Abstract

A gas pistol with the possibility of firing traumatic cartridges with a rubber bullet is intended for use as a self-defense weapon. The purpose of the utility model is to enable the use of weapons having the appearance of a Stechkin automatic pistol (APS) as a self-defense weapon, namely a gas pistol with the possibility of firing traumatic cartridges with a rubber bullet having a magazine with a capacity of not more than 10 rounds. The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the gas gun with the possibility of firing traumatic cartridges with a rubber bullet contains a barrel simulator made in the form of one assembly unit consisting of a thin-walled tube with a narrowing in the muzzle and an insert with a labyrinth front part, in the breech of which are made a chamber for accommodating a gas or traumatic cartridge and a pre-compression chamber, a single-row magazine with a capacity of 10 rounds, located symmetrically in the housing having dimensions and external forms of a double-row APS pistol magazine. The barrel simulator provides the passage of only a traumatic rubber bullet and can withstand the pressure of only a gas or traumatic cartridge. A pre-compression chamber with a diameter of 5/9 of the diameter of the rubber bullet contributes to the creation of the pressure of the powder gases sufficient to automatically reload the gun. The narrowing of the muzzle of a thin-walled tube reduces the speed of the rubber bullet to the required parameters

The enterprise made prototypes, tested with a positive result, received a certificate of conformity. Currently, the company is preparing for mass production of a gas pistol with the possibility of firing traumatic cartridges with a rubber bullet.

The utility model relates to the field of weapons technology and can mainly be used in self-defense pistols.

The well-known Stechkin automatic pistol (APS), consisting of a rifled barrel, a frame, a bolt, a trigger guard, a return spring, a mechanism to slow the rate of fire, a trigger mechanism, a two-row magazine with a capacity of 20 rounds. The principle of automatic pistol operation is the recoil of a free shutter (F.K. Babak, Small Arms of Russia, LLC AST Publishing House, 2005, pp. 55-68).

The disadvantage of this pistol is the impossibility of using it as a civilian weapon, namely as a gas pistol with the possibility of firing traumatic ammunition with a rubber bullet.

A pre-compression chamber with a diameter of 5/9 of the diameter of the rubber bullet contributes to the creation of powder gas pressure sufficient for automatic reloading of the gun.

The narrowing in the muzzle of a thin-walled tube reduces the speed of the rubber bullet to the required parameters.

A gas pistol with the possibility of firing traumatic cartridges with a rubber bullet contains a barrel simulator 1, fixedly connected to the frame 2 with a pin 3, a bolt 4, a return spring 5, a single-row magazine 6. The barrel simulator 1 is made in the form of one assembly unit, consisting of thin-walled tube 7 with a narrowing in the muzzle 8 and the liner 9 with a labyrinth front 10, in the breech of which there is a chamber for accommodating a gas or traumatic cartridge 11 and a pre-compression chamber 12. Single-row magician Zin 6, including the feeder 14 and the spring 15, is located symmetrically in the housing 13.

The gun works as follows. During the firing of a shot, a traumatic rubber bullet passing with an interference fit through the pre-compression chamber 12, the diameter of which is 5/9 of the diameter of the rubber bullet, contributes to the creation of powder gas pressure sufficient for the bolt 4 to move to its extreme rear position. Bullet,

passing through the labyrinth groove between the thin-walled tube 7 and the insert 9, as well as through the narrowing in the muzzle 8, reduces its speed to the required parameters and leaves the limits of the weapon. The shutter 4 under the action of the return spring 5 returns to the front position, sending the next cartridge from the magazine 6 to the barrel simulator 11 chamber 1. When using cartridges with a higher pressure than the traumatic cartridge, or when using a solid throwing body, the thin-walled tube of the barrel simulator is destroyed. When using a gas cartridge, the bolt 4 is retracted to its extreme rear position manually.
