Недостатком этого устройства является большая металлоемкость которая требует применен1г1я устройств разных т.олщ1/ш для корпусной мебели и для кухонной мебели. Задачей на решеш-ю которой направлена данная полезная модель является уменьшение металлоемкости и повышения надежности соед1/шения за счет увеличения прочностных характеристик изделия. Технический результат достигается тем,что на обеих полках уголка выполнено ребро жесткости,крепежные отверския имеют упрочняющие формованные буртики плавно соединенные с ребром жесткости, что и позволяет уменьшть толиу/шу используемого металла, повысить надежность соед шения и улучшить эстетичный вид изделия за счет рельефной формовки на поверхности уголка. Анализ известных технических решений в области конструкций соединительных элементов сделанных на основании проведенного патентно-информационного поиска по хШ-й Р 16 В I2/Ib-I /:: 0 по СССР за период 19бО-1993гг и по пагентному фонду США,ФРГ,Франции, Велик обриташш, Японии за период 197Е-1992гг.,а также изучение научно-технической литературы в этой области позволяет сделать вывод о соответствии заявляемого устройства критерию новизна. Успешно проведенные испытания предлагаемого устройства (винтовой стялши) на заводе показали,что и второй критерий патентоспособности - промышленная применимость такжеприс тствует в этом обьекте. I. :Г , ... , Устройство содержит уголок I, в верхней пoлкe к&тэpdгo пoлнено конусное отверстие, а в нижней открытый паз с конусным гнездом под крепежные элементы(винты ) с потайной головкой вворачиваемые в гайки 5 и отличающееся тем,что на обеих полках уголка выполнено ребро жесткости 3, а отверстия под крепежные элементы имеют формовку 2,(формовочные буртики). - -/Jc J /fЭти формованные б;уртики плавно соединены с ребром жесткости и придают устройств л чшенный эстетический вид.
