Abstract

The invention relates primarily to utilities and can be used as a garbage container for small household waste and as a flower vase with simultaneous local lighting of sidewalks in parks, gardens and crowded places and for broadcasting music, speech and emergency messages, performing anti-terrorism functions. A multifunctional ballot box made entirely of rubber consists of two main parts: a conical garbage collector and a bearing base, interconnected by the type of a rubber circular ruff. All other decorative elements are made on separate press accessories, mounted by inserting into grooves on the body.

The invention relates primarily to utilities and can be used as a garbage container for small household waste and as a flower vase with simultaneous local lighting of sidewalks in parks, gardens and crowded places and for broadcasting music, speech and emergency messages.

Known self-unloading bucket made in the form of a hopper having vertical racks and a transverse beam, on which is mounted two drum winch for raising and lowering the hopper. The winch is driven by an electric motor. The bottom of the hopper is formed of two flaps that open when unloading.

The disadvantage of this technical solution is that for raising and lowering the hopper requires the construction of a portal, the supply of electricity to it, which is very difficult to apply in the yard.

The problem to which the invention is directed is to simplify the design, reduce the size, increase the sanitary-hygienic and environmental qualities of the device, expand its functionality.

This problem is solved by the fact that it offers 2 versions of the device completely made of rubber.

Consider the first option (stationary).

The main body of the product consists of two elements. 1 - the upper part is the bowl of the garbage container. See figure 1. The lower base - the pedestal (bearing case) 2 is performed in two versions: for stationary installation of the ballot box or for its portable version. The connecting device 3 in the form of a circular "ruff"

allows you to connect when assembling the cone of the body of the waste bin 1 with the pedestal of the base 2 without the participation of other connecting elements. As an option, a solid cast construction is possible. Decorative rings 4 made of rubber are inserted into the grooves of the conical waste bin 1, thereby ensuring structural rigidity and creating a decorative item. Moreover, their color scheme can be varied. The recesses 5 in the bearing housing are used for mounting lighting elements and sound speakers. Decorative rings 6 are made of rubber of any color, are installed in the grooves of the base. Hollow channels 7 in the base are made at the time of vulcanization, pressing and calculated in advance for the diameter of lighting and sound devices. Plastic bag 8 is used directly for collecting garbage and household waste. When filling, it is easily removed and immersed in any vehicle and replaced with another package. In addition to the function of the waste bin, this device can be used as a flower vase. In this case, instead of a plastic bag, a container 9 is inserted into the conical body 1, in which flowers are planted. This device allows you to quickly replace the corresponding plants and flowers by the seasons of the year, leaving them constantly blooming.

The second variant of the urn, see srig. 2, is distinguished by its base. It is made for greater stability of a separate urn, smoothly expanded to the bottom. The bearing base in its housing around the entire perimeter has horizontal recesses 5 in, which are inserted rubber rings of stiffness. Holes 6 in the base can be used for fastening to a permanent place with dowels or screws, if necessary.

This product is made entirely of rubber with the addition of rubber waste or granular crumbs from car tires.

It can be performed by pressing a crude rubber billet in a collapsible press tool while curing the press under pressure.

Or by extruding the crude rubber compound into a collapsible press tool under pressure, by spraying the rubber mixture followed by the vulcanization of the entire tool press with rubber in a vulcanization boiler.

All other elements are made on separate press-fittings and mounted on the assembled frame of the waste bin at the final stage, being inserted into the grooves on the housing for fixing in them.

The color palette and external design features may be different.

The proposed device meets the questions of multifunctionality and security:

When using the device for its intended purpose (collection of household garbage, waste and a flower vase), it can simultaneously serve as a local illumination of sidewalks in parks, gardens, and in crowded places: multi-colored lighting will beautifully revitalize squares, parks, and pedestrian paths, allow people better see the road and navigate

the location of the urn, where you can throw out small debris and also feel more safe under lighting.
