Description

The claimed technical solution relates to containers. The case is intended for packaging products whose transportation is particularly difficult, in particular for packaging, storage and transportation of bottles with food liquids.

Known box with a capacity of 20 bottles of 0.5 liter capacity each. Such a box is an open box with individual cells for each bottle. Such boxes are made from a container board (see, for example, GOST 18575-81 “Wooden multi-turn boxes for food liquids in bottles, M. Publishing House of Standards, 1980, p.5) or polymer, (see, for example, GOST R 51289-99 “Multi-turn polymer boxes, M. GOSSTANDART, 1999, p.9). The disadvantage of such boxes is their low reliability and the inability to use containers after removing the contents with other items than the packaging.

The essence of the proposed technical solution lies in the fact that containers for bottles with food liquids, mainly alcoholic beverages, are made in the form of a case having a box and, unlike the known structures, a lid connected by hinges, lodges in the form of bottles are installed inside the box. A pile covering is located on the inner surface of such a case. The outer surface is decorated with carvings.

The technical result of the proposed solution is seen in increasing the reliability of packaging bottles with alcoholic beverages and expanding the functionality of containers by using it as a souvenir.

The case consists of a box 1 and a hinged lid 2 connected to the box by means of hinges 3. There can be a carry handle on the box 4. Inside the box, lodges 5 are made in the form of recesses, repeating; their shape is horizontal in position. Recesses may also be provided on the lid. Inside the recesses is a pile coating 6 or other decorative cushioning material. On the lid and box can be installed internal 7 or external 8 latch for fixing the closed position during transportation.

The device operates as follows. When the case is opened, the bottles with alcohol are placed horizontally in the recesses of the box, then the lid is closed and the closed position is fixed with a shutter. The lodgements of the lid (or the inner surface of the lid) equipped with cushioning material fix the bottles and protect them from damage even if the case falls out of hand. Thus, a technical result is achieved - increasing the reliability of transportation. After delivery of the contents of the bottles to the place of use, open the bag; Christmas tree and lift the lid, and then remove the bottles from the case. An empty case with wood carvings applied to it becomes an object of decorative art. Thus, a technical result is achieved - expanding the functionality of the container by using it as a souvenir.

A case, mainly for bottles with food liquids, including a box with a bottom and walls, characterized in that the box is additionally equipped with a hinged lid connected to the box through hinges, lodges are made inside the box in the form of recesses, repeating the shape of the bottle in a horizontal position. 2. The case according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains an internal and (or) external latch for fixing the closed position during transportation. 3. The case according to claim 2, characterized in that the box contains a handle for carrying. 4. The case according to claim 1, characterized in that the lodgement surface is made with a pile coating of fibers of various colors, the basis for which is the adhesive composition.
