Abstract

SUBSTANCE: acupuncture board comprises a base made of solid material in the form of two halves, replaceable inserts with nails placed on halves of the base, and substrates placed in the base with possibility of replacement. Unfolded base has the shape of a dodecagonal star and contains decorative loops and neodymium magnets for fastening its folded halves. Nails are arranged on the base halves in a mirror-like manner, with a pitch changed when the inserts are changed, and the height changed when the substrates are replaced. Threaded rivets are equipped with screws and are made with possibility of screwing replaceable inserts into the base.

Description

The invention relates to training devices specially designed for exercising individual parts of the body using nails.

A massager for affecting active points of the foot has been found, containing a housing with cells for affecting elements and sources of physical impact placed on its outer surface (patent for utility model No. 55591 dated 27.08.2006).

The disadvantages of the stated massager are as follows:

- the body is made of two detachable parts, where the upper detachable part of the body is equipped with two conduits in the form of feet, on the area of which vertical tubular cells are made, and in the upper and lower detachable parts of the body the tubular cells are made of different diameters and serve to move sources of physical impact in them;

sources of physical impact are made in the form of finger-shaped pushers;

- the lower parts of the pushers are connected to springs via washers, which ensure that when the foot is mechanically pressed on the body, the pusher is pushed out of the cell;

- in the detachable part of the housing, on both sides of the cells, there are pressure plates that serve to limit the exit of the pusher washers into the cells of the upper part of the housing.

A simulator was also found consisting of a body made of a hard material, preferably, but not the only possible option - made of wood, inside which there is a shock-absorbing layer made of a material with the property of elastic deformation and shape restoration, nails with rounded tips are fixed to the shock-absorbing layer (patent for utility model No. 198725 dated 07/23/2020).

This patent was selected as the closest analogue-prototype.

The disadvantages of the prototype are that:

- the board folds to one side;

- the trainer has a solid base with nails and a shock-absorbing layer.

The purpose of the declared product is to improve the characteristics of the simulator by expanding its functionality.

The goal is achieved by the fact that the acupuncture board contains two bases, when unfolded it is a 12-point star consisting of two halves, the shape and size of the bases can vary depending on the customer's wishes, the board can also be made in the form of 1 whole base made of solid material, in one of the possible options - solid wood, plywood, plastic and other materials, to which inserts with one of the patterns are attached, namely: "Flower of Life" or "Hexagon", "Rhombus", "Square" and a certain step (distance) between nails from 8 to 25 mm from each other, another step option is also possible, the nails in turn are placed in the plane of the insert and placed in the cavity of the base.

When conducting exercises on an acupuncture board with a nail pitch of 8 mm, after a certain time you need to switch to 10 mm, and so on. In our case, you do not need to change the entire board, it is enough to unscrew your inserts from the base and change the inserts to new ones, having previously inserted the existing nails into them yourself, thereby making the acupuncture board reusable.

By adding fasteners in the form of threaded rivets to the base structure, we were able to repeatedly change the inserts in the base with different pitches and nail patterns.

We use galvanized forged bullet nails, but it is also possible to use other nails: wooden, construction, roofing, roofing felt, ring-shaped, reinforced, copper-plated, silver-plated, gold-plated and other possible ones.

In one acupuncture board, it was possible to achieve a static and dynamic effect by using dynamic pads made of 5 mm rubber or caoutchouc or other materials with elastic deformation properties, instead of static pads for gaining height. In this case, performing reciprocating movements under the action of the weight exerted on the material, the nails adjust to the shape of the foot and activate a greater number of acupuncture points located on it.

Static effect boards are made of solid materials of different thicknesses, which are placed in the bases, which allows the possibility of controlling the height of the nails coming out of the surface of the insert.

The following options are possible when using different substrate thicknesses:

- using a board without a backing, the nail protrusion will be only 3.5 mm, which removes all restrictions on fear, pain and human weight;

- when using a 1 mm substrate for height gain - 4.5 mm;

- when using a 2 mm underlay for height gain - 5.5 mm;

- when using a 3 mm underlay for height gain - 6.5 mm;

- when using a 4 mm underlay for height gain - 7.5 mm;

- when using a 5 mm underlay for height gain - 8.5 mm;

- when using a dynamic substrate - the minimum height is 3.5 mm and the maximum is 8.5 mm.

By selecting the optimal pattern of placement, pitch (distance between nails) and nail projection, you can adapt the board to any age.

The design of the base consists of two halves, due to the mirror arrangement of the nails on each of them, it was possible to achieve the folding of the front sides of the bases on top of each other, since the nails of one half enter the free holes on the front side of the body of the other half.

Also, to securely fasten the halves when folded, removable decorative loops and neodymium magnets have been added, which allows the acupuncture board to be folded in two ways:

1. using removable decorative loops placed between the bases of the board, additionally fixed with neodymium magnets. Thus, the distance between the bases in the unfolded form is always the same;

2. without the help of hinges, fixed in folded form only on neodymium magnets, in this case the arrangement of the bases of the board from each other can be any convenient for the user, which allows using the halves of the base separately: with any arrangement of the legs, as well as for sitting and lying, in this case the holes in which the hinges are placed are closed with special plywood plugs.

An acupuncture board comprising a base made of a hard material in the form of two halves, replaceable inserts with nails placed on the halves of the base, and substrates placed in the base with the possibility of replacement, characterized in that the base in the unfolded form has the shape of a twelve-pointed star and contains decorative loops and neodymium magnets for fastening its halves in the folded form, the nails are arranged on the halves of the base in a mirror image, with a pitch that changes when replacing the inserts, and a height that changes when replacing the substrates, and the threaded rivets are equipped with screws and are made with the possibility of screwing the replaceable inserts into the base. 2. An acupuncture board according to item 1, characterized in that the inserts are made in the form of a Flower of Life pattern, a rhombus or a square, the pitch of the nails is from 8 to 25 mm. 3. An acupuncture board according to item 1, characterized in that it contains plywood plugs for closing the hinges. 4. An acupuncture board according to item 1, characterized in that the substrates are made of a hard or elastically deformable material.
