Abstract

FIELD: sanitary equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water supply equipment, in particular to shower cabins. Method to assemble a shower cabin in limited space is characterized by the fact that assembly is performed from inside the shower cabin by installation of a horizontal surface – a tray to which a horizontal profile with a tab and reinforcement for fixture is attached. Further, installing the central panel on a horizontal surface, on two vertical sides on it vertical profiles are fixed with a tab located at angle of 45°, in which rear walls are installed and fixed, after which two U-shaped vertical profiles are fixed on the rear walls, made with the possibility of the shower cabin walls connection from the inside. Next, installing the front walls, wherein for their connection to the mounted on the rear walls U-shaped vertical profiles, on each front wall, an F-shaped vertical profile is fixed, equipped with a tab, which provides angular connection of the rear and front walls of the shower cabin. Then installing the shower cabin doors, after that installing the shower cabin cover, which is fixed on the vertical walls by means of the horizontal profile with a tab. All connections of the shower cabin parts are performed by means of connecting screws with reflectors ensuring preservation of aesthetic view.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of assembling the shower cabin from the inside, which makes it possible to assemble the shower cabin in conditions that are 1 cm larger than the dimensions of the shower cabin itself.

Description

The invention relates to plumbing equipment, in particular to shower cabins. The technical task of the proposed invention is the possibility of assembly from the inside of the shower cabin, which allows the assembly of the shower cabin in conditions 1 cm larger than the dimensions of the shower cabin itself.

A shower cabin column is known (patent RU 2472902, published 20.01.2013), adjacent to a wall and having a vertical panel consisting of a vertical structure and a horizontal structure connected by their ends to form a common L-shaped structure, wherein the horizontal structure and the vertical structure are made hollow and contain water supply pipes inside. The horizontal structure is attached at one end to the wall using fasteners, and the vertical structure is attached to the vertical panel using fasteners so as to hold the column in a suspended position and spaced from the vertical panel by a distance (L).

However, the disadvantage of the known design is also the need for a large space for assembly and repair.

The closest is a shower cabin (patent RU 144387, published 20.08.2014), including the first and second profiles interconnected by means of a fastening unit, which contains a connecting element made with the possibility of placement in the internal cavity of the profiles and interconnected with the second profile through a threaded connection. The connecting element is made in the form of a clamping lever, including a support and two arms, wherein the support is made with the possibility of interaction with the supporting surface of the second profile, the first arm contains an L-shaped grip interacting with the first profile, the second arm contains an opening made with the possibility of pressing the second arm to the supporting surface of the second profile by means of a threaded connection, ensuring through the rotation of the clamping lever on the support the clamping of the L-shaped grip of the first profile to the second.

However, the known technical solution has a number of disadvantages, one of which is the difficulty of installation and the need for a large area to assemble and install the shower cabin.

The technical task of the proposed invention is the ability to assemble a shower cabin from the inside, which allows for the assembly of a shower cabin in conditions 1 cm larger than the dimensions of the shower cabin itself.

To solve the problem, the following method was developed, allowing the shower cabin to be assembled from the inside.

The method of assembling a shower cabin from the inside includes: installing a horizontal surface (tray), to which a horizontal profile with an enlarged petal and reinforcement for fasteners (3) is attached, the same profile is used to connect the vertical walls with the roof of the shower cabin; then the central panel (1) is installed on the horizontal surface, on two vertical sides a vertical profile with a petal (2) is fixed to it at an angle of 45 degrees; the next step is fixing the rear walls to the vertical profile with a petal at an angle of 45 degrees, to connect the rear walls with the front walls, two U-shaped profiles (4) are required, made with an extension, which makes it possible to connect the walls from the inside, the U-shaped vertical profile is fixed to the rear wall of the shower cabin, while an F-shaped vertical profile (5), which is equipped with a petal and provides an angular connection of the rear and front walls of the shower cabin, is fixed to the front wall; Next comes the installation of the shower cabin doors, and the final stage is the installation of the shower cabin roof, which is fixed with a profile with an enlarged petal (3), while all connections of the shower cabin parts are made with connecting screws with reflectors, to maintain an aesthetic appearance.

The method of assembling a shower cabin consists of the following steps:

The first stage is the installation of a horizontal surface (tray) to which a profile with an enlarged petal and reinforcement is attached. The same profile is used to connect the vertical walls with the roof of the shower cabin.

Next, the central panel is installed on a horizontal surface, and a vertical profile with a petal at an angle of 45 degrees is fixed to it on two vertical sides.

The next step is to fix the rear walls to the vertical profile with a petal at an angle of 45 degrees.

To connect the rear walls with the front walls, two profiles are required. The U-shaped profile is made with an extension and makes it possible to connect the walls from the inside, the U-shaped vertical profile is fixed on the rear wall of the shower cabin, while the F-shaped vertical profile is fixed on the front wall, which is equipped with a petal and provides an angular connection of the rear and front walls of the shower cabin.

The next stage is the installation of the shower cabin doors. And the final stage is the installation of the shower cabin roof, which is fixed with a profile with an enlarged petal.

All connections of the shower cabin parts are made with connecting screws with reflectors to maintain an aesthetic appearance.

For more confined spaces, a shower cabin without a central panel has been developed, which allows to reduce the space occupied by the shower cabin, while not affecting the quality and convenience of assembly and repair of the shower cabin.

The method of assembling a shower cabin from the inside in a limited space includes: connecting the rear walls of the shower cabin using an X-shaped profile (6), instead of a central panel, where the X-shaped profile serves to connect two U-shaped profiles to connect the rear walls, where U-shaped vertical profiles (4) are installed on them, and are connected with an X-shaped profile, while the rear part of the X-shaped profile is equipped with a connector, this is necessary to increase rigidity.

The proposed method of assembly from the inside ensures reliability and convenient assembly inside the cabin, as well as convenient repair if necessary.

A method for assembling a shower cabin in a limited space, characterized in that the assembly is carried out from the inside of the shower cabin by installing a horizontal surface - a tray, to which a horizontal profile (3) with a petal and reinforcement for fastening is attached, then the central panel (1) is installed on the horizontal surface, vertical profiles (2) with a petal located at an angle of 45° are fixed on it from two vertical sides, in which the rear walls are installed and fixed, after which two U-shaped vertical profiles (4) are fixed on the rear walls, made with the possibility of connecting the walls of the shower cabin from the inside, then the front walls are installed, and in order to connect them with the U-shaped vertical profiles (4) installed on the rear walls, an F-shaped vertical profile (5) is fixed on each front wall, equipped with a petal, providing an angular connection of the rear and front walls of the shower cabin, then the doors of the shower cabin are installed, after which the roof is installed shower cabin, which is fixed to vertical walls using a horizontal profile (3) with a petal, while all connections of the parts of the shower cabin are made using connecting screws with reflectors, ensuring the preservation of the aesthetic appearance. 2. A method for assembling a shower cabin in a limited space, characterized in that the assembly is carried out from the inside of the shower cabin by installing a horizontal surface - a tray, to which a horizontal profile (3) with a petal and reinforcement for fastening is attached, then an X-shaped profile (6) is installed on the horizontal surface, the back side of which is equipped with a connector that increases the rigidity of the profile, after which the rear walls are installed, on which U-shaped vertical profiles (4) are fixed, and the rear walls are connected by means of profiles (4) with the X-shaped profile (6), after which the front walls are installed, and in order to connect them with the U-shaped vertical profiles (4) installed on the rear walls, an F-shaped vertical profile (5) is fixed on each front wall, equipped with a petal, providing an angular connection of the rear and front walls of the shower cabin, then the doors of the shower cabin are installed, after which the roof of the shower cabin is installed, which is fixed on the vertical walls using a horizontal profile (3) with a petal, while all connections of the shower cabin parts are made with connecting screws with reflectors, ensuring the preservation of the aesthetic appearance.
