SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a device for making payments. In the method, a request is received from a customer to view the actual cost of goods and services, wherein based on said actual value, compensation is determined, which the buyer will receive after payment of the full value of the commodity or service; customer digital purse is determined; generating a request for transfer of currency units according to the set viewing cost from the customer's digital wallet to the digital wallet created for the given commodity or service; performing transfer of said monetary units at previous stage; subtracting from the current actual cost of the good or service the established cost of viewing to obtain the actual cost for the customer; displaying current price of goods or service to buyer; transfer of money units to the digital wallet of the seller according to the full cost of the goods or service, as well as transfer of currency units from the purse created for the goods or service to the digital wallet of the customer.

EFFECT: technical result consists in automation of reduction of actual cost of goods or service based on viewing actual value.

Description

FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The claimed solution relates to the field of computer technology and, in particular, to a computer system that implements an online trading platform on the Internet for the sale of various goods and services, including real estate, automobiles, furniture and other goods and services at selling prices and marketing promotions.

BACKGROUND

The prior art knows many solutions aimed at providing the ability to pay for goods and services on Internet trading platforms. The closest solution is the method and system of payments disclosed in the document US 20150348169, publ. 12/03/2015. This document discloses a market-based software platform that provides the ability to: negotiate the price of a retailer’s item or select from various price offers; issuing an electronic discount or discount coupon, which may correspond to the selected or agreed price; and storing and updating such discounts in real time.

A disadvantage of the known solution is the inability to track views by buyers of the product and the provision of cumulative discounts to customers, taking into account the number of views of the goods.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The technical problem, the solution of which the claimed invention is directed, is the creation of a new trading platform solution for the rapid sale of goods and services.

The technical result is the ability to automatically reduce the actual cost of a product or service based on viewing the actual cost. In future, the compensation that the buyer will receive in the event of the purchase of the goods, i.e. after paying the full cost of the goods or services.

The specified technical result is achieved by creating a method of making payments, implemented by the device for making payments, containing stages in which:

- receive from the buyer a request to view the actual cost of the goods and services, and on the basis of the said actual cost, the compensation is determined that the buyer will receive after paying the full cost of the goods or services;

- determine the digital wallet of the buyer;

- generates a request for the transfer of monetary units in accordance with the set viewing cost from the customer’s digital wallet to the digital wallet created for this product or service;

- carry out the transfer of the monetary units mentioned at the previous stage;

- subtract from the current actual cost of the goods or services the set viewing cost to obtain the current value for the buyer;

- display to the buyer the actual value of the goods or services.

Also developed is a device for making payments, comprising interconnected: module 11 for processing data of goods or services, module 12 for storing data of goods or services, module 13 for managing the value of goods or services, module 14 for processing customer requests and module 15 for wallets, and:

module 14 for processing customer requests is configured to:

- receiving from the buyer a request to view the actual cost of the goods and services, on the basis of which the compensation is determined, which the buyer will receive after paying the full cost of the goods or services;

- Definitions of a customer’s digital wallet;

- the formation of a request for the transfer of monetary units in accordance with the established cost of viewing from a customer’s digital wallet to a digital wallet created for this product or service;

the wallet management module 15 is configured to:

- receipt of the formed request and transfer of monetary units;

module 13 managing the value of goods or services is configured to:

- receiving from module 14 a request to view the current value of the goods and services;

- deductions from the current actual cost of the goods or services of the set viewing cost to obtain the current value for the buyer;

- sending information about the actual value of the goods or services to the module 14 for processing customer requests for further transmission and display to the buyer.

Other particular examples of the implementation of the claimed decision will be disclosed further in the present application materials.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In accordance with the circuit shown in FIG. 1, a system for making payments on an online trading platform on the Internet comprises: at least one seller device 1, at least one buyer device 2, and payment device 10.

The seller’s device 1 and the buyer’s device 2 can be implemented on the basis of a portable or stationary computing device, such as a mobile phone, smartphone, tablet, computer, laptop, game console, etc., equipped with specialized software and communication tools for exchanging information with device 10 to make payments. The devices are interconnected using well-known principles of network information exchange of data, in particular through the Internet.

 Using these devices, the seller and the buyer by methods well known in the art, for example, by visiting the site of the trading floor, register on the trading floor to be able to post information on the product or service offered for sale, or to purchase goods and services. Also, said devices 1 and 2 may provide a dialog box for communication between a buyer and a seller to discuss a product or service presented for sale.

The device 10 for making payments can be implemented on the basis of at least one processor or microcontroller equipped with specialized software to perform the functions assigned to it below. The device 10 for making payments contains a module 11 for processing data of goods or services, a module 12 for storing data of goods or services, a module 13 for managing the value of goods or services, a module 14 for processing customer requests, a module 15 for managing wallets and a module 16 for storing transaction data. All of these modules can be implemented on the basis of the software and hardware of the device 10 for making payments and interconnected by known from the prior art computing connections.

After registering on the trading floor, the seller using the device 1 sends a request for placing on the trading floor information about the product or service, which will be available for purchase to buyers. Means and methods that are widely known from the prior art can be used to form the aforementioned request, for example, the seller can follow the special link on the website, through which the seller opens a form to fill out information about a product or service. After filling in the information about the product or service and indicating by the seller the price for the product or service, which will be called the full price hereinafter, at the seller’s command, device 1, on the basis of information provided by the seller about the product or service, for example, based on information from the completed form, request for posting information about a product or service on the trading floor. Accordingly, the generated request includes information about the product or service, the seller’s price - the full cost of the product or service and the seller’s identifier.

The generated request arrives in the data processing module 11 of the goods or services of the device 10 for making payments, which, on the basis of the request data, generates a new record about the product or service, the seller’s price in module 12 for storing goods or services data, i.e. the full cost of the product or service, and the seller’s identifier. The data received by module 12 form the offer information posted on the trading floor for the corresponding product or service, which the buyer can familiarize themselves with.

A feature of the trading platform is also the use of digital currency as monetary units, in particular, cryptocurrency or other internal settlement unit, which is acquired when forming the corresponding digital wallets of users of the trading platform 1.

The module 11, using methods known from the prior art, creates a digital wallet for a product or service, which can also be a virtual wallet, in the wallet management module 15 and sends information about the product or service to the module 13 for managing the cost of goods or services, which determines the goods or services their current actual value. As the current actual value of the goods or services, their full value or any other value designated by the trading platform on the basis of an agreement with the seller may be indicated. Information on the current actual cost of a product or service is stored only in module 13 and on its basis, the actual cost of the product and service will be calculated for the buyer, who will send a corresponding request to view the said actual cost of the product or service.

After that, any buyer can find information about a product and service on the trading floor and using methods well known in the art to make a purchase of a product or service in accordance with the full price assigned to them. Before the fact of the acquisition of goods, users can familiarize themselves with the offer, which reflects all the essential conditions for the purchase of goods or services.

Before buying a product, the buyer can look at the actual value of the product or service in order to determine the compensation that he will receive in the event of the purchase of this product or service. Those. the actual cost of the goods or services will indicate to the buyer how much he will in fact pay for the goods or services, taking into account compensation for their purchase. To view the actual value, the buyer using the device 2 of the buyer can send a corresponding request to view the actual cost of goods and services, for example, by interacting with the corresponding element of the graphical user interface generated on the trading floor for the corresponding seller’s announcement. In particular, the user using device 2 can go to the site of the trading platform, select the product, press the “view cost” button and confirm the viewing of the current (actual) cost of the product or service and debiting from its digital wallet a predetermined amount in digital currency per view the actual cost to be performed by device 10. After receiving confirmation, the device 2 of the buyer generates a request to view the cost of the goods and services, which includes information about the product or service buyer identifier, then the generated data request is transmitted to the device 10 for making payments.

Accordingly, the said request arrives at the customer request processing module 14, which, on the basis of the customer’s identifier, determines its digital wallet, information about which can be pre-recorded in the data storage module 12, and generates a request in accordance with the predetermined cost of viewing the actual cost of the goods or service to transfer monetary units from a customer’s digital wallet to a digital wallet created for this product or service. The request for the transfer of monetary units is sent to the wallet management module 15, which transfers the monetary units from the buyer's wallet to the wallet created for this product or service, according to the set viewing cost.

Information about the transfer of monetary units can be transferred to the transaction data storage module 16 for storage by methods known in the art using blockchain technology. As a protocol for blockchain technology, various well-known solutions can be used, for example, Ethereum, Hyperledger, Hashgraph, etc.

Also, the module 14 for processing customer requests generates and sends a request to view the actual cost of the goods or services to the module 13 for managing the cost of goods or services, which subtracts from the current actual cost of the goods or services the installed cost of viewing the actual cost to obtain the current value for this buyer and sends information about the actual cost of the goods or services to the module 14 for processing customer requests for its further transfer to the device 2 of the buyer and display pok Patel. To do this, the buyer sends the request for the purchase of goods or services to the buyer’s request processing module 14 through the device 2 of the buyer, which generates a request for the transfer of monetary units from the buyer's wallet, according to the full cost of the goods or service, or the established minimum deposit amount, to the seller’s wallet or services. The buyer can pay a deposit in order to reserve this product for himself, after which the buyer can make the rest of the monetary units to pay the full cost of the goods or service by sending a corresponding request, which will be processed by the same method described below.

Additionally, the module 14 for processing customer requests before sending a request for the transfer of monetary units may request the buyer to establish the documents for the purchase of goods or services. For example, module 14 can extract from the data storage module 12 the corresponding contract templates, for example, sales contracts, and send them to the buyer’s device 2, which the buyer fills with methods well known in the art, signs them, for example, using digital signature, technology blockchain or smart contract, and sends to the module 14 for processing customer requests.

Also, for all completed transactions, the system for making payments on the Internet trading platform may charge a set commission.

The request for the transfer of monetary units is sent by the customer request processing module 14 to the purse management module 15, which transfers the monetary units according to the received request. After a successful transfer of monetary units from the buyer’s digital wallet according to the full cost of the goods or services indicated by the seller to the seller’s digital wallet, the purse management module 15 sends a notification about the completed transfer to the request processing module 14, which additionally generates a request for the transfer of monetary units from the digital wallet created for the product or service to the buyer's wallet and sends it to the wallet management module 15. The wallet management module 15 also transfers monetary units from the wallet created for the product or service to the buyer's wallet, thereby compensating the buyer for a part of the spent monetary units for viewing the actual cost of the product or service and for their purchase.

Transaction data by module 15 is sent to transaction data storage module 16, which is also stored in module 16 via blockchain technology, after which the user of device 10 for making payments or another user who can be granted access to module 16 can contact module 16, extract information about all transactions in relation to a product or service and check its integrity.

Thus, the presented solution ensures the achievement of the specified technical result, which consists in providing the ability to automatically reduce the actual cost of a product or service based on its views.

Claims (40)

1. The method of making payments, implemented by the device for making payments, comprising the stages in which: - receive from the buyer a request to view the actual cost of the goods and services, and on the basis of the said actual cost, the compensation is determined that the buyer will receive after paying the full cost of the goods or services; - determine the digital wallet of the buyer; - form a request for the transfer of monetary units according to the set viewing cost from the customer’s digital wallet to the digital wallet created for this product or service; - carry out the transfer of the monetary units mentioned at the previous stage; - subtract from the current actual cost of the goods or services the set viewing cost to obtain the current value for the buyer; - display to the buyer the actual value of the goods or services; - transfer money units to the seller’s digital wallet according to the full cost of the goods or services, as well as transfer money from the wallet created for the goods or services to the buyer’s digital wallet. 2. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that cryptocurrency is used as monetary units. 3. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that they additionally generate information about the offer, placed on the trading floor for the relevant product or service, which the buyer can familiarize themselves with. 4. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that it further comprises stages in which: - Receive a request from a buyer to purchase a product or service; - ask the buyer for the established documents for the purchase of goods or services; - form a request for the transfer of monetary units, according to the full cost of the goods or service or the set minimum deposit amount, from the digital wallet of the buyer to the wallet of the seller of the goods or service; - transfer currency according to the request formed at the previous stage; - after transferring monetary units to the seller’s digital wallet, according to the full cost of the product or service, the money units are transferred from the wallet created for this product or service to the buyer’s digital wallet. 5. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the transaction data is stored in the transaction data storage module by means of blockchain technology. 6. A device for making payments containing interconnected: a module (11) for processing data of goods or services, a module (12) for storing data of goods or services, a module (13) for managing the value of goods or services, a module (14) for processing customer requests and a purse management module (15), wherein: a customer request processing module (14) is configured to: - receiving from the buyer a request to view the actual cost of the goods and services, on the basis of which the compensation is determined, which the buyer will receive after paying the full cost of the goods or services; - Definitions of a customer’s digital wallet; - the formation of a request for the transfer of monetary units according to the set viewing cost from the customer’s digital wallet to the digital wallet created for this product or service; the purse management module (15) is configured to: - receipt of the formed request and transfer of monetary units; - transferring monetary units to the seller’s digital wallet according to the full cost of the product or service; - transferring monetary units from a wallet created for a product or service to a customer’s digital wallet; module (13) for managing the value of goods or services is configured to: - receiving from module (14) a request to view the actual cost of goods and services; - deductions from the current actual cost of the goods or services of the set viewing cost to obtain the current value for the buyer; - sending information about the actual cost of the goods or services to the module (14) for processing customer requests for further transmission and display to the buyer. 7. The device according to claim 6, characterized in that cryptocurrency is used as monetary units. 8. The device according to p. 6, characterized in that it is additionally configured to generate information about the offer placed on the trading floor for the corresponding product or service, which the buyer can familiarize with. 9. The device according to p. 6, characterized in that the module (14) for processing customer requests is additionally configured to: - receiving from the buyer a request for the purchase of a product or service; - request from the buyer of the established documents for the purchase of goods or services; - the formation of a request for the transfer of monetary units in accordance with the full cost of the goods or services or the set minimum deposit amount from the digital wallet of the buyer to the wallet of the seller; - sending the generated request to the wallet management module (15); - receiving from the purse management module (15) a notification of the completed transfer of monetary units according to the full cost of the goods or service; - formation of a request for the transfer of monetary units from a digital wallet of a product or service to a buyer's wallet and sending it to the purse management module (15). 10. The device according to p. 9, characterized in that it further comprises a transaction data storage module, configured to save transaction data by means of blockchain technology.
