Currently, services are becoming more and more popular, providing an opportunity to give another user a gift.

It is known in the art to purchase and send physical or digital coupons. In a particular case, one of the disadvantages of such solutions is the inability to purchase and present a gift or certificate from another country in local currency and in accordance with local legislation.

Also, from the prior art it is known the possibility of purchasing electronic coupons in other countries via the Internet. The disadvantages of such solutions include the impossibility of studying the data about the gift in your own language, or in some single publicly available in this area of the Earth, as well as, due to local legal requirements, the impossibility of making a transaction on the website of another country with a bank card of your country. Also, the local regulator may oblige to indicate the local address as confirmation of the local means of payment, which in most cases does not have the sender from another country.

From the prior art, the possibility is also known, carried out by some social networks (for example, VKontakte or classmates) for giving virtual gifts to the interlocutor. The disadvantage of such solutions is the inability to donate or provide the user with a real product or service.

From the prior art it is known the possibility of ordering a courier delivery of goods on behalf of the donor to the recipient. This option is not always convenient for the donor, because binds him to the need to agree on the time and place of delivery of the goods, and it is also often impossible to order a service.

The proposed invention allows to overcome at least part of the above disadvantages or all of these disadvantages, as well as to realize the advantages of the present invention, as described in the framework of the present invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The technical result achieved by the proposed invention is to increase the efficiency, security of data processing and operations with digital coupons in cross-border interactions, taking into account compliance with the laws of the countries.

In one particular embodiment, a method for computerized cross-border digital coupon processing (digital coupon / voucher data processing) includes the following steps:

• A request to enable roaming is sent from the personal device of the first user located in the first country to the first server located in the first country;

• Receive on the first server a request to enable roaming and register the first user on the arbiter server, which then registers the first user as a roaming user on the second server located in the second country;

• They display on the personal device of the first user the available cities for purchasing goods and services in the second country, as well as the goods and services available in the selected city and their cost, provided in the currency of the first country by the arbiter server, taking into account the exchange rate;

• Receive from the personal device of the first user on the first server a request to purchase the selected product and / or service in the selected city of the second country;

The digital coupon can be displayed using a web browser on any computing device, as well as in an appropriate application for storing (eg e-wallet, wallet) and tracking the status (active / used) of the digital coupon.

A digital coupon can be distributed by transmission to a computing device in the form of a web link, for example, https://api.gmoji.world/voucherXyZ, and delivery (transfer) can be carried out after successful payment, or without it, depending on the requirements ( necessity) of its issuer.

Upon presentation of a digital coupon (voucher), in particular, an active digital coupon, the bearer will receive the product or service for which (for which) this digital coupon was generated. The goods can be tangible and non-tangible, can be provided for self-pickup or delivered. Services, like goods, have the same set of properties.

The bearer is any natural or legal person presenting an active (unredeemed) digital coupon.

The issuer can be any legal entity that has access to the described system, in particular, at least to that part of it that generates digital coupons, under its login (identifier). The issuer can generate any number of coupons within the established limits in the system. The issuer can generate coupons for its product or for the product available in the system. If the issuer generates a coupon for its product, it will have to indicate the necessary information, in particular, the name of the product or service, the type of product or service, the place of receipt (if required), indicate the type of coupon authorization (by its codes) or by the codes of the described system, and etc.

A partner is a legal entity that accepts coupons and provides goods or services from the coupon in return. In the particular case of the implementation of this technical solution, the validity time of the digital coupon is the same for all users (senders and / or recipients) and, in a particular case, is calculated (counted out) by the time of the capital of the recipient country, and the validity period of the digital coupon may be accompanied in this case by a corresponding clarification (notification) of the user in the application, for example, "Moscow time", "Moscow time", etc., and the text of the notification may be changed depending, for example, on the location of the server or the region of the services provided, or depending on the location of users (sender or recipient).

The described system and method may include a module (its functionality) that monitors user behavior and, if matches are found for given patterns, block their transactions as potential fraud control. For example, this module can collect data on the user's behavioral model, in particular, determining the approximate location based on the IP address, which will allow blocking transactions above the average check when changing the country, and the above is only an approximate model, the rules and algorithms themselves may change depending on from the circumstances.

The method of computer cross-border processing of digital coupons data includes the following steps: sending from the personal device of the first user located in the first country, a request to enable roaming to the first server located in the first country; receiving a request on the first server to enable roaming and registering the first user on the arbiter server, which then registers the first user as a roaming user on the second server located in the second country; displaying on the personal device of the first user the available cities for purchasing goods and services in the second country, as well as the goods and services available in the selected city and their cost, provided in the currency of the first country by the arbiter server, taking into account the exchange rate; receive from the personal device of the first user on the first server a request to purchase the selected product and / or service in the selected city of the second country; processing the payment for the selected goods and / or service by the payment center of the first country in the currency of the first country, and determining the currency / exchange rate ratio based on the data on the exchange rate published by the state bank determining the exchange rate in the first country, where the data on the exchange rate is used as at the time of purchase of goods and / or services, and for reconciliation of exchange rates between countries; sending from the first server to the arbiter server a request to purchase a paid product and / or service; at the request of the arbiter server on the second server, generate a digital coupon and its attributes for the product and / or service selected by the first user and send data about the generated digital coupon, taking into account the requirements of the legislation of the second country, to the arbiter server, including restrictions or permits for the transfer of the user's personal data from the ability of the arbiter server to receive the user's personal data, anonymize the user's personal data and transfer the anonymized data by the arbiter server; save on the arbiter server the received data of the generated coupon, data on the operation and form or update the debt of the first country to the second country in the amount of the value of the purchased goods and services by the first user; generating on the first server a digital coupon identical to that generated on the second server based on the generated coupon data received from the arbiter server; displaying on the personal device of the first user a digital coupon generated on the first server; receiving from the personal device of the first user a request to send said digital coupon to the second user located in the second country, and sending it to the personal device of the second user; the second user activates the received coupon, while the second server marks the coupon as activated and, upon the request of the arbiter server, provides the status of the said digital coupon, after which the identical digital coupon is marked as activated on the first server. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the second server periodically provides a digital coupon status upon request of the arbiter server. 3. The method according to claim 1, further comprising the step of offsetting the debts of the first and second countries. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the digital coupon comprises a unique identifier. 5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the digital coupon generated on the second server is associated with the roaming user who made the purchase.
