EFFECT: invention aims at simplifying assembly and disassembly of pallet guard.

Description

The invention relates to means for storage and transportation of goods, in particular on pallets.

Known pallet of sheets of tinplate hot tinning, made in the form of flooring with longitudinal grooves, mounted on bars with transverse grooves (AS USSR No. 555037, B65D 19/26, 1977).

Known pallet containing a frame consisting of longitudinal and transverse elements, and additional inserts - reinforcing elements installed in the longitudinal elements (RF patent No. 2238892, B65D 19/00, 2004).

The disadvantages of the known devices is the lack of cargo protection.

Known fencing for pallets with a hinged lid containing a mesh reinforced box-shaped body with supports in the form of legs, with the possibility of installing a pallet in it (sonata-pro.ru).

Known nozzle for pallets containing an open mesh body, box-shaped, rigidly fixed to the pallet (www.kravtel.ru, article SVM NP-120885 S-4L).

Closest to the claimed device is a pallet nozzle containing an open mesh body, box-shaped, rigidly fixed to the pallet (www.korbis-to.ru SC1280-24 Standard).

The disadvantages of the known devices is the need to perform installation operations for the rigid fastening of devices to pallets and operations for removing devices from pallets.

The objective of the invention is to simplify the installation and dismantling of the fence for the pallet.

The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that the enclosure for the pallet is box-shaped, and its internal dimensions correspond to the external dimensions of the pallet, it is equipped with latches of the enclosure to the pallet, the latches are installed on at least two opposite walls of the enclosure, with the possibility of their installation between the supports of the pallet, the walls of the fence are movable relative to each other with the possibility of folding.

The pallet guard has a box-shaped shape and is formed by walls 1 with latches 2 and walls shortened from below 3. Walls 1 and shortened walls 3 can be made of metal or plastic mesh, integral of plywood, boards, sheet metal or plastic, and can also be made in the form laths with openings between the elements of the lathing. The internal dimensions of the walls 1 and walls 3 of the pallet guard correspond to the external dimensions of the pallet 4. The pallet guard may have a cover 5. Walls 1, shortened walls 3 and cover 5 are equipped with an oarlock 9 for installing a lock, seal, bolt, clamp and other elements. It is possible to install additional oarlocks 9 in the lower part of the walls.

The pallet guard is used as follows.

The latches 2 of the wall 1 are inserted into the openings 7 of the pallet 4. Due to the walls 1 and the shortened walls 3, connected movably by means of loops 6, they bend around the pallet 4, introducing the latches 2 of the walls 1 into the openings 7 between the supports 8. The cover 5 is lowered onto the walls 1 and shortened walls 3, and the oarlock 9 of the cover 5 is combined with the oarlocks 5 of the wall 1 and the shortened wall 3. After that, the assembled pallet guard is fixed to the oarlocks 9 by installing a lock, seal, bolt or clamp.

Through the shortened walls 3, forks of hydraulic carts, loaders or stackers are introduced into the openings 7 between the supports 8 of the pallet 4, after which they are manipulated with a pallet having a guard to protect the cargo.

Having finished servicing the cargo installed on the pallet with the pallet guard, the user opens the cover 5, opens the walls 1 and the shortened walls 3, after which the pallet guard is compactly folded in loops 6.

The technical result of simplifying the installation and dismantling of the fence for the pallet is achieved due to the fact that the fence does not have a rigid fixation to the pallet.

For this pallet fence, special installation is not required due to bolt and other connections.

The pallet guard is easy to install on the pallet and can be easily removed from the pallet without the use of tools and hardware.
