As watch fasteners at strap extends at least one clamp for passage of strap, protruding above surface of rear cover. Replaceable decorative watch frame comprises thin-wall frame with rim encasing watch, on which there are elements of decoration, and attached to frame fasteners of decorative border on watch strap arranged on both sides relative to frame opening. Technical field

The invention relates to the watch industry, in particular to watches having a decorative case, usually partially made of precious metals, mainly gold, with a replaceable decorative frame.

State of the art

Luxury gold watches are known having a case made entirely of high carat gold (14-18 carats). Such watches require a large consumption of gold (the golden case of men's watches weighs 30-80 grams). Such watches, as a rule, have an original design and are made by hand, which significantly increases the cost of these gold watches.

The modern market for watches, for example, watches, is experiencing an urgent need for watches with improved decorative design, which could compete with luxury watches. Such watches require less gold for their manufacture, have a lower cost than watches with a gold case, but they are practically indistinguishable from watches with a gold case. Currently mastered the manufacture of several types of watches with a decorative gold case made of gold or with a gilded case.

In the manufacture of watches, a decorative case can be made by casting, followed by machining of the internal cavity of the decorative case, seating surfaces and capsule fixation elements with a clockwork in the decorative case. The known solution allows you to save all the aesthetic characteristics of the appearance of the product, use any finishing methods to give the desired texture to the outer surface of the watch case and significantly reduce the consumption of precious metals, for example, compared to watches in which the entire case is made of precious metal. On the decorative case, you can fix any decorative decoration. However, since the decorative case is an independent structural element and carries a power load, it is necessary to ensure sufficiently high strength characteristics of the decorative case, and therefore it is necessary to make the watch mounts massive to the bracelet or strap, and for the manufacture of the decorative case, a rather high consumption of precious metal is required, up to 8-15 grams of gold.

Famous watches with a decorative design, having a case in which the clock mechanism, a dial, covered with glass, a back cover and a decorative design is placed. Decorative design of the watch is made in the form of a removable bezel covering the upper part of the case ring and fixed to the watch case using a threaded connection (RF patent for the invention No. 2403606, G04B 37/00 from 10.11.2012). This watch design allows the watch user to replace the bezel if necessary and thereby change the appearance of the watch, for example, to give the watch a strict look for business meetings or to turn the watch into an expensive piece of jewelry for informal meetings. However, in this invention, the possibility of transforming the appearance of the watch is actually limited by the bezels in the form of a purely round ring or close in shape to a cylindrical ring. The use of a threaded connection requires accuracy when installing or removing the rim in order to prevent accidental misalignment, which leads to jamming of the threaded connection. In addition, the area and shape of the surface on which decorative elements can be placed are limited by the dimensions of the watch case.

There are known watches in which elements with decorative design are fixed on a strap or on a bracelet (RF patent for the invention No. 2465793 G04B 33/00 from 11/10/2012). In this patent, decorative elements are placed on the clasp of a watch strap, which sharply limits the size of the area on which decorative elements can be placed. In addition, the decoration cannot be changed without reworking the entire fastener.

Thus, there is a problem of expanding the possibilities of decorative design of watches, which, if necessary, can easily be replaced without the use of any tools.

Disclosure of invention

The present invention is the development of watches with decorative design, the size and shape of which will not be rigidly associated with the shape and dimensions of the watch case and which, if necessary, can be easily replaced without the use of any tools.

To solve this problem, we propose a watch with a decorative case and a removable decorative frame on the strap, comprising a watch case with a clockwork, a dial, a closed glass and a back case with fastening elements on the watch strap, a replaceable decorative frame with a frame with a decorative decoration freely covering the watch case and own fastening elements of the frame on the watch strap, placed on both sides relative to the watch case so that the fastening elements on the watch strap on the back case hours accommodated therebetween, and a strap for fixing the arm hours passed through the fastening elements on the frame of the decorative frame and fixing elements on the back cover of the watch case.

In this case, the watch is equipped with a thin-walled decorative casing mounted on the watch case, which completely or partially covers the watch case from the outside, and the decorative casing is made in the form of a thin-walled frame attached to the bearing case of the watch, and the thin-walled frame is made of precious metal or of an alloy containing one or several precious metals.

Preferably, in the proposed watch, the fastening elements of the watch on the strap have at least one bracket for the passage of the strap protruding above the surface of the back cover.

In addition, the said at least one bracket is integral with the back cover.

Alternatively, said at least one bracket is made in the form of a separate element fixed to the surface of the back cover, wherein said at least one bracket is fixed to the surface of the back cover with screws used to fasten the back cover to the supporting body.

In addition, in the proposed watches, the interchangeable decorative frame for watches is made in the form of a thin-walled frame having a bezel framing the frame opening covering the watch case, on which decorative frames are placed, and decorative frame fastening elements attached to the frame on the watch strap, placed from two sides relative to the opening of the frame, the frame may be made of precious metal or an alloy containing one or more precious metals.

To solve this problem, we also propose a watch case with a decorative case, comprising a supporting case with a clockwork inside, a dial covered with glass, and a back case with fastening elements of the watch case on the watch strap.

It is preferable that the fastening elements of the watch case on the strap have at least one bracket for passing the strap protruding above the surface of the back cover.

At the same time, said at least one bracket is integral with the back cover.

Alternatively, said at least one bracket is made in the form of a separate element fixed to the surface of the back case, said at least one bracket being fixed to the surface of the back cover with screws used to fasten the back cover to the bearing case of the watch case.

To solve this problem, it is also proposed a watch back with a decorative case, containing the cover itself and watch fastening elements on the strap, located on the outer surface of this cover.

In addition, the watch fastening elements on the strap have at least one bracket for passing the strap protruding above the surface of the back cover.

At the same time, said at least one bracket is integral with the back cover.

Alternatively, the said at least one bracket is made in the form of a separate element mounted on the surface of the back cover.

To solve this problem, it is also proposed a removable decorative frame for watches, containing a thin-walled frame having a bezel framing the frame opening, covering the watch case, on which decorative framing elements are placed, and decorative frame fastening elements attached to the frame on the watch strap, placed on both sides relative to the opening of the frame.

Moreover, the frame is made of precious metal or an alloy containing one or more precious metals.

In addition, the frame and the fastening elements of the decorative frame on the watch strap are made as one unit.

The use of the invention gives great freedom in the manufacture of watches with decorative design, as in the proposed watch the interchangeable decorative frame and the watch case have their own attachment points on the strap, which provide stand-alone fastening of the interchangeable decorative frame and watch case on the strap (or on the bracelet). At the same time, the constructive unity of the interchangeable decorative frame and watch case is maintained due to a certain predetermined location of the interchangeable decorative frame relative to the watch case, since the interchangeable decorative frame has a frame with decorative decoration that freely covers the watch case and the frame fastening elements on the watch strap are placed on both sides relative to the case hours so that the fastening elements of the watch case on the watch strap on the back case are placed between them, as a result of interchangeable f decorative bezels simultaneously acquire two properties: its position is fixed relative to the watchcase, while maintaining the unity of design hours as complete products, and at the same time removable decorative surround may have an arbitrary outer configuration without reference to the contoured shape of the watch case. The implementation of the fastening elements of the watch case and interchangeable decorative frames in the form of brackets provides ease of installation of the watch case and decorative frames and their reliable fixation on the watch strap.

The above-mentioned advantages of the proposed watches are fully ensured by the individual watch elements offered: the watch case, the back of the watch with a decorative case and a replaceable decorative frame for the watch.

The technical result achieved by the invention consists in the development of watches with a wide range of changes in the decorative design of watches in terms of size, shape and structure and the possibility of changing the appearance of watches by quickly replacing interchangeable decorative frames.

MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

It should be understood that this description is only to illustrate the implementation of the invention and in no way limits the scope of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the proposed watch with a decorative case and a replaceable decorative frame contains a watch case 1 having a bearing case 2, a clock mechanism 3, a dial 4 with arrows 5, closed on the front side with glass 6. The watch case has a back case 7 with fastening elements 8 for mounting the watch case on the watch strap 9. The watch mechanism is equipped with a crown 10. A thin-walled decorative casing 11 can be fixed on the support case 2, which covers the support case 2 hours completely or partially from the outside, forming the outer contours of the case 1. The watch has a removable decorative frame 12, having a frame 13 freely covering the watch case 1 with decorative decorations 14 and its own fastening elements 15 for attaching the decorative frame to the strap 9. The fastening elements 15 of the decorative frame are placed on both sides relative to the watch case 1, so that fasteners 8 for fastening the watch case on the strap 9 are located between the fasteners 15. The decorative casing can be made in the form of a thin-walled frame 16, attached in any known manner to the bearing case 2 of the watch case. The thin-walled frame has a rim 17 that frames the opening in which the glass 6 is placed (or a bead covering the side of the glass 6). Thin-walled frame 17 can be made of any material, but it is preferable to make it of precious metal or alloys containing one or more precious metals.

The back cover of 7 hours with a decorative case has actually a cover 18 and fastening elements 8 for fastening the watch case on the strap 9, located on the outer surface of the cover 18. The fastening elements 8 can be made in the form of at least one bracket for the passage of the strap 9, but for oversized watches, two or more staples can be used.

This bracket (brackets) can be integral with the back cover.

In another embodiment, this bracket (staples) can be made in the form of a separate element mounted on the surface of the back cover. In this case, it is preferable to use the same screws 19 for fastening the brackets that are used to fasten the back cover 18 to the supporting body 2.

Replaceable decorative frame 12 for watches contains a thin-walled frame 13 having a bezel 20 framing the frame opening, covering the watch case 1, on which decorative elements 21 are placed, and fastening elements 15 attached to the frame for fastening the decorative frame on a 9-hour strap, placed with two sides relative to the frame opening. It is preferable that the frame and the fastening elements of the decorative frame on the watch strap are made in one piece. The proposed decorative frame may have a different design.

In particular, the decorative frame may have an open-loop frame, for example, the frame is in the form of an open arc, as shown in the embodiment, or may have a U-shape in plan, or any other shape in plan.

However, it is possible to make a decorative frame with any closed contour (ring, closed rectangular or square frame, trapezoidal frame, hexagonal frame, etc.).

The frame 13 may be made of precious metal or an alloy containing one or more precious metals.

As elements of decorative decoration interchangeable decorative frames can be used any available technical means. In particular, you can use precious and semiprecious stones with and without cutting, inlay, decorative metal lace, enamels and other similar paintings, etc.

Thin-walled decorative casing 11 is expediently made of sheet metal. As indicated above, for the manufacture of a thin-walled casing, you can use a wide variety of precious metals and their alloys, yellow gold, white gold, pink gold and other gold alloys, silver and alloys based on it, palladium and alloys based on it, platinum and its alloys and other similar materials. The thickness of the used sheet metal depends on the technological properties of the alloy, the requirements for the finish, the dimensions of the supporting body, etc. It is preferable to use sheet metal with a sheet thickness of 0.1-1 mm. However, this range of sheet thickness is not exhaustive and, if necessary, thin-sheet metal of precious metals and their alloys with a larger sheet thickness can be used.

In the above embodiment, the watch is described with a round bearing case, however, the present invention can be used for watches of any external shape: square, rectangular, oval, triangular, etc.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The offered watches can be made at any specialized watch factory.

For the manufacture of removable decorative frames and decorative casing, any materials developed by the industry with any texture and any decorative decoration of the external surface, including relief and flat patterns from a different material than the basis of the decorative ring, can be used.

The above embodiment is merely an example and does not limit the scope of the claims. The presented principle can be easily applied to other variants of watches with a decorative case within the scope of the claims.
