The invention relates to dietary supplements containing trace elements, the lack of which leads to disorders of the endocrine system, in particular the thyroid gland.

In the full functioning of the thyroid gland, an important role is played by the daily provision of the human body with iodine and selenium.

The iodomarin 100 tablet contains 131 μg of potassium iodide, which corresponds to 100 μg of iodine. The iodomarin 200 tablet contains 262 mcg of potassium iodide, which corresponds to 200 mcg of iodine. The basis of the invention is the task of developing a dietary supplement in the form of a tablet, which would ensure the simultaneous intake of iodine and selenium within the norms of daily physiological needs and in a ratio that ensures balanced thyroid hormone formation by the thyroid gland.

In a dietary supplement in the form of a tablet containing iodine and selenium, the rest are other substances, according to the invention, the problem is solved in that the tablet contains iodine and selenium in a mass ratio of about 2: 1 with an iodine content of 100-400 μg.

The dietary supplement according to the invention provides a physiological daily requirement for iodine, which, depending on iodine deficiency in the body and body weight is 100-400 μg.
