The BAS represents a phyto tea mixture of milled medicinal plant raw materials which contains rhodiola rosea rootstock, guarana seeds, common St. John's wort herb, strawberry leaves, green tea leaves, blood-red hawthorn berries, and black currant leaves at weight parts ratio equal to 1:1:2:2:4:2:2. Milled phyto tea mixture is packed into filter bags.

EFFECT: biologically active food supplement possesses a tonic and adaptogenic effect and may be recommended as a natural bioregulator stimulating physiological functions of human organism organs and systems as well as for increasing intellectual and physical work capacity in case of chronic fatigue syndrome.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the food and medical industries and can be used to obtain high-quality biologically active additives (BAA) used in food as a prevention of physical and psychological stress, as well as to create functional food products. Dietary supplement is a phyto-collection of crushed medicinal plant material that contains seven components: the rhizome of Rhodiola rosea, the seeds of guarana, perforated St. John's wort, strawberry leaves, green tea leaves, blood-red hawthorn fruits, black currant leaves, in a ratio of 1: 1: 2: 2: 4: 2: 2, respectively. The crushed phyto-collection is packaged in filter bags.

Food supplements are a source of glycosides (salidroside, rosavin, rosaries), alkaloids (guaranin, caffeine), flavonoids, vitamins, trace elements, organic acids, essential oils and have a tonic and adaptogenic effect.

The proposed food supplement can be used in the food industry for the targeted production of new products with high biological value and properties.

The aim of the invention is the creation of effective and convenient in the application of dietary supplements to food tonic and adaptogenic effects for representatives of professions whose activities are associated with high physical activity and prolonged psychological stress.

Currently, collections of tonic and adaptogenic effects from raw materials of plant origin based on aralia, lemongrass, ginseng, zamanicha, eleutherococcus, Rhodiola rosea and other plant materials have been developed.

Known RF Patent for the invention No. 2119798 6 A61K 35/76, "Collection of general strengthening action 2" containing eleutherococcus, shikshu, hawthorn, knotweed, clover, juniper in a ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1: 1: 1. The composition of the collection includes rather rare herbs that are not common in central Russia, such as shiksha, which complicates the manufacture of the collection.

Known RF Patent No. 2185186 A61K 35/78 "Gathering for the restoration of strength." This collection contains hawthorn flowers, leaves and flowers of black currant, leaves and flowers of primrose and St. John's wort in a ratio of 1/3: 2: 1: 1. The collection has a pronounced antimicrobial, restorative, cold, expectorant, emollient, sedative effects and reduces blood cholesterol.

Known collection "Hussars" (RF Patent No. 2131333 (13) C1), containing hawthorn fruits, rose hips, sage leaves, licorice root, buckthorn bark, senna leaves, yarrow inflorescences, oak bark, eleutherococcus root, Rhodiola rosea root, calamus root , grass of Lungwort, grass of motherwort, oat of milk maturity, leaves of birch, Kalang root, badger root, flax seed, immortelle inflorescences, elecampane root, bearberry leaves, chamomile flowers and St. John's wort. The collection normalizes the processes of excitation and inhibition, increases endurance, and the ability to work both physical and mental. A significant drawback of the collection is the multicomponent composition.

Closest to the claimed collection is considered, containing Rhodiola rosea, high zamani, wild rose hips, dioica nettle, hawthorn blood-red and St. John's wort perforated. The presence of two components that increase blood pressure (Rhodiola rosea and Zamanicha high) significantly limits the use of collection for hypertension.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Supplements for food tonic and adaptogenic action, containing the following components:

1. Rhodiola rosea rhizome - 1 part;

2. Guarana seeds - 1 part;

3. St. John's wort perforated grass - 2 parts;

4. Strawberries leaves - 2 parts;

5. Green tea leaves - 4 parts;

6. Hawthorn blood-red fruit - 2 parts;

7. Blackcurrant leaves - 2 parts.

New and significant in dietary supplement for food is a balanced composition, which includes these components in the optimal ratio, which allows you to mutually complement each other and enhance the action in the complex. Unlike the prototype, dietary supplements contain guarana seeds that exhibit a psychostimulating effect and leaves of strawberries and green tea, which have antioxidant activity.

A biologically active food supplement has a multidisciplinary effect on the body:

- Rhodiola rosea has a stimulating effect and adaptogenic activity, normalizes metabolic processes, improves energy metabolism in muscles and the central nervous system due to the earlier use of not only carbohydrates, but also fats as substrates;

- green tea leaves have antioxidant activity. Green tea bioflavonoids bind free radicals, inhibit the synthesis of lipid peroxides, reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, reduce vascular fragility;

- leaves of blackcurrant with a high content of ascorbic acid (0.25%) have a pronounced general strengthening effect: they increase redox processes in the body, activate a number of enzyme systems, stabilize the content of adrenaline, catecholamines, stimulate the synthesis of hormones, favorably affect carbohydrate metabolism, vascular permeability;

- triterpene glycosides of hawthorn fruits improve coronary and cerebral blood circulation, regulate vascular system tone, have a sedative effect, reduce nervous system excitability and improve sleep. The antispasmodic and hypotensive effect of hawthorn preparations is also associated with the presence of flavonoid and triterpene compounds.

It should be noted that indications for the use of strawberries and black currants are partially general, due to which, when taking dietary supplements, the effects of the herbal ingredients used are summed up. At the same time, there are differences in the indications of one and the other ingredient that allow us to expand the range of preventive and healing actions of the proposed dietary supplement.

Supplements are recommended as a means to overcome chronic fatigue syndrome in active people. Supplements for food can be used for general malaise and vitamin deficiency of the body.

Food supplements are obtained by mechanical mixing of pre-dried and crushed medicinal plant materials to a particle size of 1.5-2 mm, followed by packing in filter bags.

Supplements are prepared as follows: pour 200 ml of hot water into the filter bag, close the lid and insist for 15 minutes. Take orally in a warm form after eating, 1 glass 2 times a day until 17 hours. The course is 4-6 weeks.
