Компоненты дозируют в требуемых количествах. Портландцемент, керамзит (фракция 20-40 мм), керамзитовый песок, керамзитовую пыль смешивают, добавляют воду с предварительно разведенным в ней костным клеем, суперпластификатор С-3 и еще раз смешивают. Приготовленную бетонную смесь укладывают в металлические (предварительно смазанные минеральным маслом) формы, уплотняют и оставляют до затвердевания.The components are dosed in the required amounts.
