LABEL FOR TRANSPARENT LIQUID BOTTLES

The utility model relates to the field of advertising and printing, and in particular to means of identification and indication, in particular to labels that can be used on transparent vessels with a transparent liquid.

Labels for marking beverage bottles are widely known. Usually they are made on paper or film and fixed on a bottle, glass or plastic. There are bottles with one label, which occupies part of the circumference of the bottle. There are bottles with two labels - a label and a counter label, on which the information about the drink enclosed in the bottle is applied.

Bottles with three labels are known (label, counter-label and tint), also with information about the drink in the bottle.

The closest technical solution to the proposed one can be considered the certificate of the Russian Federation for utility model No. 10982, IPC: G09F 23/00, dated 23.02.1999, in which a tape carrier of advertising information is offered, encircled; its capacity. The tape carrier is mounted on the side of the bottle, free of labels with standard thematic information.

The objective of the proposed solution is to create an original advertising medium of a simple design that allows you to use the properties of the advertised beverage.

To solve this problem, the label for bottles with a transparent liquid in the form of a tape carrier of opaque material is made bilaterally, on one side there is a transparent window of arbitrary shape, and on the other side there is a graphic image with the possibility of placing a graphic image opposite the window.

The contours of the window can be complemented by a decorative frame of arbitrary shape.

The proposed design of the label allows you to use the properties of a transparent liquid to increase the image like a lens. As a result, the image made on one side of the label and observed through a transparent window on the other side of the label through a transparent liquid will be enlarged, which gives the label originality and allows you to expand the design possibilities of label decoration.

The label has the form of a tape medium 1. Can be made on paper or on a special film.

A transparent window 2 is made on the filler field of the carrier 1 (Fig. 1). On paper, it can simply be a cutout, and on a film it can be made in the form of a transparent section.

The contour 3 of the window can have any graphic execution. In FIG. 1 shows a contour of complex shape with a decorative ribbon 4 at the bottom.

On the opposite side of the tape carrier 1 (Fig. 2) is a decorative graphic image 5, in particular, the dome of a wooden cathedral. On the outside of the carrier 1, this image is not visible. On the inner side of the carrier 1, in addition to the image, a window 2 can be seen from the opposite side, without a decorative frame along contour 3.

In FIG. Figure 3 shows the proposed label mounted on the side of the bottle. The main condition for attaching the label to the bottle is that image 4 should be opposite the window 2. In this case, image 5 will be visible through window 2. If there is a transparent liquid in the transparent bottle, this image will be enlarged, since the liquid creates the effect of a lens.

The tape carrier 1 of the label must be equal in length to the circumference of the bottle so that it can encircle the entire side surface of the bottle. This will ensure image quality, as well as simplify the process of attaching labels to the bottle. The height of the tape carrier 1 does not exceed the distance from the shoulders to the bottom of the bottle.

The paper label can be fixed to the bottle with glue. A film label is put on the bottle with a stocking and fixed by heat treatment.

In FIG. 4 shows a label attached to the bottle from the side opposite to the transparent window 2.

On the filler field of the carrier 1, service labels can be made (see reproduction 5).

The proposed label design allows simple methods to obtain an original spectator effect and thereby expand the possibilities of design solutions for labels.
