Abstract

The utility model relates to furniture production, namely to collapsible beds with a built-in drawer for storing items. The bed consists of a headboard, side rails and a cross rail, as well as a movable base for a sleeping place, equipped with a lifting mechanism that ensures its longitudinal lifting. The side rails and the frame of the movable base for a sleeping place are made composite, and the elements of the side rails are connected to each other using a hinged joint. The elements of the frame of the movable base are made of tubular elements with a rectangular cross-section. The elements of the frame of the movable base are connected in such a way that one of the ends of the pipe connected to each other is crimped and inserted into a joint pipe with a larger diameter. The technical result is the creation of a collapsible bed structure with an increased compactness index during transportation. 3 fig.

Description

The utility model relates to furniture production, namely to collapsible beds with a built-in drawer for storing items.

The prior art discloses a bed with a lifting mechanism and a linen box (see Russian Federation Patent No. 155984, IPC A47C 17/00, 10/27/2015), comprising an open rectangular box formed by a headboard, which is the front wall of the box, a transverse side bar, which is the back wall of the box, and two longitudinal side bars, which are the outer side walls of the box, as well as a movable base for the sleeping area, equipped with a lifting mechanism, ensuring its longitudinal lifting.

The disadvantages of the known device are its large dimensions when disassembled, which makes it difficult to transport the product to the consumer.

The technical result of the claimed utility model is the creation of a collapsible bed structure with an increased compactness index during transportation.

The required technical result is achieved by the fact that the bed consists of a prefabricated frame consisting of a headboard, side rails and a transverse rail, as well as a movable base for the sleeping area, equipped with a lifting mechanism that ensures its longitudinal lifting, wherein the side rails and the frame of the movable base for the sleeping area are made composite, and the elements of the side rails are connected to each other using a hinged joint.

Making a bed from composite elements, in particular from composite side rails and a composite frame of a movable base for a sleeping place will reduce the compactness of the structure during transportation, since when disassembled, these same large structural elements of the bed will take up less space, and connecting the elements of the side rails with a hinged joint will allow the elements of the side rails to be compactly folded together, which also affects the technical result achieved.

The essence of the claimed utility model is explained by figures.

Fig. 1 shows a general view of a collapsible bed with a lifting mechanism, on which the following are indicated:

1 - headboard;

2 - composite side rails;

3 - transverse column;

4 - mounting corners;

5 - composite movable base for a sleeping place;

6 - actuators for the lifting mechanism;

7 - cross stops for the base;

9 - threaded fasteners.

The bed contains a frame formed by a headboard 1, composite side rails 2, and a cross rail 3. The connection of the bed frame elements is carried out thanks to fastening corners 4. The number of fastening corners may vary depending on the geometric parameters of the side and cross rails.

In addition, the bed contains a composite movable base for a sleeping place 5, consisting of a prefabricated frame made of tubular elements with a rectangular or square cross-section, connected to each other using threaded fasteners. For a strong connection of the tubular elements to each other, one end of the pipe is crimped and inserted into a pipe with a larger size. The corner elements of the frame of the composite movable base are subjected to bending with the formation of a rounding radius. Moreover, the bending is performed in such a way that in the bending places the pipe acquires an H-shaped profile with the formation of additional ribs.

In the example shown in Fig. 1, the frame of the composite movable base consists of four L-shaped elements located along the side rails and two straight tubular elements located along the headboard and the transverse rail.

The composite movable base for the sleeping place 5 is provided with two actuators 6 on both sides, providing its longitudinal lifting. In addition, the composite movable base is fixed to the side rails using fastening plates, thereby forming a hinged joint (see Fig. 2). And on the opposite side, the movable base for the sleeping place rests against the transverse stops for the base 7, fixing the base for the sleeping place in a fixed position in a state of rest.

The base is made up of transverse wooden slats.

The cross stops can be made from tubular elements of various cross-sections, and they are fastened to the inner side of the side rails 2. It is possible to use adapter bushings for fastening.

Each actuator 6 is secured at one end to the fastening plate, which is attached to the inner part of the frame using threaded fasteners (to the side rails 2), and at the other end is connected to the base for the sleeping area, also using an additional transition fastening plate. In the given example, a furniture gas lift is used as an accumulator.

The headboard is made in the form of a box with a cavity inside, closed on the back side with a zipper (Fig. 3).

In this case, the headboard can serve as additional storage space; it is also possible to place all the components of the collapsible bed in this headboard during transportation.

The side rails 2 consist of at least two component parts which are connected to each other using a hinged connection, for example, using a card hinge.

Thus, the design of the bed provides not only the possibility of daytime and nighttime rest, but also the possibility of organizing additional hidden storage space for bedding, other items and things at the head of the bed.

The bed parts can be made of plywood and laminated and/or non-laminated chipboard, which ensures the necessary reliability and long service life of the bed.

Fastening elements, including corners and plates, are made of metal.

The upholstery of the back, located on the headboard, the outer sides of the side rails, etc. can be made of various soft materials, such as fabric, leather (eco-leather), etc.

The presented figures, description of the design and use of the chair do not exhaust the possible design options and do not limit in any way the scope of the claimed technical solution. Other design options are possible within the scope of the claimed formula.

The implementation of the proposed utility model allows solving the stated technical problem and ensuring the achievement of the stated technical result.

The proposed technical solution, which has constructive unity, implements a common functional purpose (functional unity).

The prior art does not contain an analogue characterized by features identical to all essential features of the claimed utility model.

The applicant tested the proposed device, which confirmed its purpose, feasibility and operability, and therefore the claimed utility model complies with the patentability requirement of “industrial applicability”.

A bed consisting of a headboard, side rails and a cross rail, as well as a movable base for a sleeping area, equipped with a lifting mechanism that ensures its longitudinal lifting, characterized in that the side rails and the frame of the movable base for the sleeping area are made of composites, and the elements of the side rails are connected to each other using a hinged joint, the elements of the frame of the movable base are made of tubular elements with a rectangular cross-section, and the elements of the frame of the movable base are connected in such a way that one of the ends of the pipe being connected to each other is crimped and inserted into the pipe being joined with a larger diameter. 2. A bed according to item 1, characterized in that the headboard is made in the form of a box with a cavity inside, and the headboard is made with the possibility of closing on the back side with a zipper.
