A container for a single-component beverage, which in its upper part contains a holder for one capsule, which has one opening, the shape and size of which allows one capsule to be installed in it, wherein the holder is provided with a piercer, containing a piercing element, which has two rods, passing upward into additional openings in the said holder and protruding from it, wherein each rod contains a hook at its protruding end, wherein, when there is no effect on the rods, the piercing element does not interact with the capsule, and when a pulling force is applied to the rods, the piercing element pierces the capsule, wherein the capsule seat is provided with a lower support platform, providing a stop for the lower part of the capsule, wherein the container contains water for preparing the beverage. Field of technology

The utility model relates to devices for preparing beverages, as well as to containers specially adapted for special products. The utility model can be used for preparing and consuming beverages in difficult conditions, for example, by passengers of vehicles, in particular, taxis.

State of the art

The prior art discloses containers for preparing and consuming beverages described in RU 218200 U1, 16.05.2023, RU 219996 U1, 18.08.2023, RU 221418 U1, 07.11.2023, RU 220130 U1, 28.08.2023, RU 220368 U1, 20.07.2023, RU 220129 U1, 28.08.2023, as well as in RU 229407 U1, 04.10.2024, RU 229400 U1, 04.10.2024, RU 228658 U1, 09.09.2024, and equipped with capsule holders, and also with piercers.

However, in known solutions, neither the capsule holders nor the piercers are movable, and therefore the capsule is pierced by the user when they are inserted into the holder, immediately before preparing the drink.

Thus, known solutions cannot be stored with installed capsules, and also require the user to have the skills to correctly install the capsules, and when the coffee machine is operating with incorrectly installed capsules, they can lead to splashing hot water, which can get on the passenger, burn him, stain clothes and/or the interior of the car.

Thus, the known designs are unsafe to operate.

The technical result achieved by the utility model consists in increasing the safety of operation of the declared device.

In order to achieve the technical result, a container for a single-component beverage is claimed, which in its upper part contains a holder for one capsule, which has one opening in shape and size, allowing one capsule to be installed in it, wherein the holder is provided with a piercer, containing a piercing element, which has two rods, passing upward into additional openings in the said holder and protruding from it, wherein each rod contains a hook on its protruding end, wherein, when there is no impact on the rods, the piercing element does not interact with the capsule, and when a pulling force is applied to the rods, the piercing element pierces the capsule, wherein the capsule socket is provided with a lower support platform, providing a stop for the lower part of the capsule, wherein the container contains water for preparing the beverage.

In this case, when there is no effect on the rods, the piercing element does not interact with the capsule, and when a pulling force is applied to the rods, the piercing element pierces the capsule.

When water is supplied under pressure into the capsule through a puncture in the upper part of the capsule, the water, when passing through the extract of the drink, creates pressure inside the capsule body, which creates tension on the walls of the capsule body, which can lead to its stretching and thinning, which can lead to a rapid destruction of the capsule body and a splash of explosive hot water under pressure from the ruptured capsule body. Such an explosion of the capsule under pressure can damage the body of the glass from the inside, which can lead to splashing of hot liquid on the user. To reduce the likelihood of such a danger, the claimed device contains a capsule socket with a lower support platform providing a stop for the lower part of the capsule, which is made in the form of a flat ring, inseparably connected by means of guides to any element of the claimed device. The lower support platform is provided with an opening that ensures the piercing of the lower part of the capsule and the flow of the finished drink from the lower piercing of the capsule into the glass, while the location of the opening corresponds to the location of the lower piercing element and is designed with the possibility of access of the lower piercing element to the capsule.

The use of the capsule holder of the claimed design, due to the lower support platform, allows to contain the pressure of water entering the capsule, preventing its stretching. Since the lower support platform takes on part of the water pressure, thereby preventing the stretching of the capsule body, preventing its thinning and rupture, thus increasing the safety of operation of the claimed device.

To prepare the drink, water is used, which passes under pressure through the substance in the capsule. To add water to the coffee machine, it is necessary to pour water into this device from a bottle. In this case, it is necessary to open the bottle, turn it over and pour water into the device. In the conditions of a moving vehicle, where there may be shaking, braking or sharp maneuvers, such an operation can lead to spilling water on the user or elements of the car interior. To reduce the likelihood of such a danger, the declared device contains water from which the drink is prepared.

The coffee machine is designed to receive water from the container using a receiving piercer, which is a pointed tube designed to pierce the lid, which is lowered vertically to the bottom of the container, for example, using a lever or a linear actuator, with the tube opening down and pumps water out of the container using a pump. The water passes through the elements of the beverage preparation device and is fed into the capsule through the upper piercer and, after passing through the capsule filler, flows into the container in the form of a ready-made drink.

The user can use a beverage container that is already equipped with a capsule according to the beverage recipe. The user can also assemble it himself by installing the appropriate capsules in the beverage container holder. It is important to note that the capsules are not pierced during installation.

The user then places the beverage container into the coffee machine, which, by moving the holder, pierces the capsules from below. In addition, the coffee machine pierces the capsules from above by its own means.

Next, the coffee machine heats and supplies water under pressure through the capsules into the container, according to the recipe, so the user receives a ready-made drink.
