SUBSTANCE: invention relates to warp knitted knitwear manufacture. Knitting method of warp knitted single jacquard-plush incomplete knitted fabric with course forming pattern is that linen ground is formed by chain weave and broadcloth by threads, made thread through the eye; nap stitch is formed by means of jacquard rack, also which is made thread by threads through one eye, so that threads are laid on free from stitches needles by means of jacquard guide bars, using piled stitches. Additionally sections of smooth linen without nap are formed by means of eyes displacement of jacquard guide bar for one additional needle pitch.

EFFECT: diversification of linens on the basis of incomplete warp knitted stockinet and improvement of consumer properties, developed stockinet, at usage of low number of guide bars.

Description

The invention relates to warp knitting.

A known method of obtaining a single full jacquard knitwear with patterns formed by shelters of broaches and various forms of holes in the canvases formed by soil threads tucked into the ears of soil combs and threads tucked into jacquard combs forming a pattern

[one]. The disadvantage of this method of obtaining warp knit is that warp knit can be worked out with lace, embossed and other effects, but warp knit plush knit cannot be worked out.

There is also a method of producing a single partial plush warp knitted fabric formed from a warp system with an incomplete part in which pile loops are formed over the entire surface of the fabric [2]. The disadvantage of this method of obtaining warp knit is that warp knit does not form patterns of pile loops, as they are formed over the entire surface of the fabric.

The aim of the invention is to expand the assortment of fabrics based on an incomplete warp knit due to the formation in them of patterns of any given shape from pile loops and sections of smooth knitwear and to improve the consumer properties of the developed knitwear when using a small number of combs.

The problem is achieved in that they use a method for producing a warp knitted single jacquard-plush incomplete knitwear with a looped pile, which consists in the fact that the canvas’s soil is formed by weaving a chain and cloth with threads made through one ear, and pile loops are formed using a jacquard comb, also penetrated by threads through one ear, in such a way that the threads are laid on a needle-free needle using a jacquard comb, forming pile loops, and sections of a smooth canvas without pile and form due to additional shifts of the ears of the jacquard comb by one needle step.

Figure 1 presents the rapport of the cartridge pattern of knitwear obtained by this method, which consists of gray and white cells. The gray cells (section “a”) are formed in even rows and indicate the needles on which the pile loops are formed, the white cells (section “b”) form a smooth knitted fabric. Figure 2 presents a graphical record of such a knitwear. This knitwear is formed by the threads of three combs. Combs G1 and G2 are soil. Comb G1 forms a weave chain, and G2 forms a weave of cloth. Comb G3 is a jacquard comb with piezo-controlled ears [3], [4]. Comb G3 forms a weave of charm, laying the thread according to the pattern, which is marked with a dashed line, in each second row onto the needles II, IV, VI, VIII, X free of loops, forming pile loops marked in gray in Fig. 2. Figure 3 shows the structure of this knitwear on the example of the first three rows of looped columns III, IV, V, VI, VII, which corresponds to the graphic notation shown in figure 2.

Figure 4 presents an analytical record of the work of combs G1, G2, G3, sutured by threads through one ear, to produce this knitwear according to the proposed method. For comb G1:

For the formation of sections of a smooth knitted fabric, it is necessary due to additional shifts of the jacquard comb G3 to increase the base masonry behind the needle backs by one needle step 1t in every second row. Then the analytical record of the jacquard comb G3 will be:

In figure 4, for the jacquard comb G3, an analytical record is shown only for the first hinge column. An analytical record of the remaining hinge columns is formed similarly depending on in which rows sections of a smooth knitted fabric are formed.

Claims (1)

A method of obtaining a warp knitted single jacquard-plush incomplete knitwear with a looped pile, which consists in the fact that the canvas is formed by weaving a chain and a cloth with threads made through one ear, and the pile loops are formed using a jacquard comb, also woven with threads through one eyelet, characterized in that the threads are laid on needles free of loops using a jacquard comb, forming pile loops, and sections of a smooth cloth without pile form due to additional shifts of the jacqui ears rdovoy comb on one needle pitch.
