Изобретение касается создания состава для маркировки дорожного полотна с асфальтобетонным покрытием с целью обеспечения безопасности дорожного движения.The invention relates to the creation of a composition for marking a roadbed with an asphalt concrete coating in order to ensure road safety.
Известен ряд составов дорожно-разметочных покрытий (ДРП), которые отличаются друг от друга, прежде всего, типом пленкообразующего определяющего основные технические показатели материала. Связано это с различными требованиями, эксплуатационными условиями работы материала, наличием сырьевой и производственной базы. Так, в патенте Австралии АИ-В-33-909/93, МКИ C09D 001/08, 005/10, 007/12, С04В 024/176 в качестве пленкообразующих смол использованы полиакрилаты и сополимеры акрилатов со стиролом.A number of compositions of road marking coatings (DRP) are known, which differ from each other, first of all, by the type of film-forming material that determines the main technical parameters. Thus, in Australian patent AI-B-33-909 / 93, MKI C09D 001/08, 005/10, 007/12, C04B 024/176, polyacrylates and copolymers of acrylates with styrene were used as film-forming resins.
Аналогичное пленкообразующее использовано в патенте Японии (заявка 496976, МКИ C09D 4/02, C09D 5/00). В патенте России 2083374, МКИ В32В 5/16, E01F 9/00 в качестве полимерной основы применяется полиуретан и его смесь с полиэфирной смолой. В других отечественных разработках термопластичных маркировочных составов в качестве пленкообразующего используются твердые полиэфирные смолы (патенты РФ 2074921 С1, E01F 9/04, 2216564 С1, E01F 9/04) или в другом случае углеводородная смола на основе продуктов полимеризации ароматических углеводородов фракции С9-С10, полученных при пиролизе нефтяного сырья (состав ТР-1, ТУ 218-50-84, отчет СКТБ «Дорстройтехника», Белоруссия). В последнем случае, однако, термопластичный состав обладает повышенной хрупкостью, очень низкой белизной (т.к. значение цветности самой смолы неудовлетворительно высокое - не менее 35, т.е. смола темная) и резким неприятным запахом, что исключает возможность использования состава в широкой практике.A similar film-forming was used in the Japanese patent (application 496976, MKI C09D 4/02, C09D 5/00). In the latter case, however, the thermoplastic composition has increased brittleness, very low whiteness (since the color value of the resin itself is unsatisfactory high - at least 35, i.e. the resin is dark) and a sharp unpleasant odor, which excludes the possibility of using the composition in a wide practice.

Поставленная задача достигается путем использования в составе ДРП в качестве пленкообразующего твердых углеводородных алифатических смол в сочетании с термоэластопластами, полученными блок-сополимеризацией стирола и непредельных алифатических углеводородов [стирол - изопренстирольный блок-сополимер (SIS) и предельная версия стирол-этилен/бутиленстирольного блок-сополимера (SEBS)], а также сополимерами этилена и винилацетата, при использовании в качестве пластификаторов сложных эфиров ароматических и алифатических кислот или минеральных масел.The task is achieved by using solid aliphatic hydrocarbon resins as a film-forming component in the composition of DRP in combination with thermoplastic elastomers obtained by block copolymerization of styrene and unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbons [styrene - isoprenstyrene block copolymer (SIS) and the limiting version of styrene-ethylene / butylene styrene block copolymer (SEBS)], as well as copolymers of ethylene and vinyl acetate, when used as plasticizers esters of aromatic and aliphatic acids or mineral s oils.

Пример 1. Берут навески компонентов для конкретно выбранного состава (см. таблицу), смешивают и плавят массу при температуре 200±10°С в течение не менее 2 часов.
