Field of technology

The utility model relates to devices for preparing beverages, as well as to containers specially adapted for special products. The utility model can be used for preparing and consuming beverages in difficult conditions, for example, by passengers of vehicles, in particular taxis.

State of the art

The prior art discloses containers for preparing and consuming beverages described in RU 218200 U1, 16.05.2023, RU 219996 U1, 18.08.2023, RU 221418 U1, 07.11.2023, RU 220130 U1, 28.08.2023, RU 220368 U1, 20.07.2023, RU 220129 U1, 28.08.2023, as well as in RU 229407 U1, 04.10.2024, RU 229400 U1, 04.10.2024, RU 228658 U1, 09.09.2024, and equipped with capsule holders, and also with piercers.

However, in known solutions, neither the capsule holders nor the piercers are movable, and therefore the capsule is pierced by the user when they are inserted into the holder, immediately before preparing the drink.

Thus, known solutions cannot be stored with installed capsules, and also require the user to have the skills to correctly install the capsules, and when the coffee machine is operating with incorrectly installed capsules, they can lead to splashing hot water, which can get on the passenger, burn him, stain clothes and/or the interior of the car.

Thus, the known designs are unsafe to operate.

The technical result achieved by the utility model consists in increasing the safety of operation of the declared device.

In order to achieve the technical result, a container for preparing and consuming a single-component beverage is claimed, which in its upper part contains two annular grooves, one above the other, wherein the container is provided with a holder for one capsule, which has one opening, the shape and size of which allows a capsule to be installed in it, wherein the holder has a protrusion allowing it to be fixed in the upper or lower grooves of the container, wherein the holder is designed with the possibility of moving from its upper position, in which its protrusion is in the upper groove of the container, to its lower position, in which its protrusion is in the lower groove of the container, wherein the container is provided with a piercer containing one piercing element, which is inside the container and is attached to the inside of the container, wherein the piercer is located in such a way that when the holder is in its upper position, the piercing element does not interact with the capsule, and when the holder is in its lower position, the piercing element pierces the capsule, wherein the capsule socket is provided with a side wall, the shape of the inner surface of which repeats the shape of the outer side surface of the capsule, and also a lower support platform, providing support for the lower part of the capsule and inseparably connected to the side wall of the nest to form a single body of the capsule nest, while the container contains a sealed package containing water for preparing the drink.

Implementation of a utility model

In this case, the holder has a projection 7, allowing it to be fixed in the upper or lower grooves of the container. In addition, the holder is configured to move from its upper position, in which its projection is in the upper groove of the container, to its lower position, in which its projection is in the lower groove of the container. The container is provided with a piercer 9, containing a piercing element 8 (for example, a needle), which is inside the container and is attached to the inner part of the container. In this case, the piercer is located in such a way that when the holder is in its upper position, the piercing element does not interact with the capsule, and when the holder is in its lower position, the piercing element pierces the capsules.

When water is supplied under pressure into the capsule through a puncture in the upper part of the capsule, the water, when passing through the extract of the drink, creates pressure inside the capsule body, which creates tension on the walls of the capsule body, which can lead to its stretching and thinning, which can lead to a rapid destruction of the capsule body and a splash of explosive hot water under pressure from the ruptured capsule body. Such an explosion of the capsule under pressure can damage the body of the glass from the inside, which can lead to splashing of hot liquid on the user. To reduce the likelihood of such a danger, the claimed device contains a capsule socket with a side wall, the shape of the inner surface of which repeats the shape of the outer side surface of the capsule, as well as a lower support platform providing a stop for the lower part of the capsule and inseparably connected to the side wall of the socket with the formation of a single body of the capsule socket. The lower support platform is provided with an opening that ensures the piercing of the lower part of the capsule and the flow of the finished drink from the lower puncture of the capsule into the glass, wherein the location of the opening corresponds to the location of the lower piercing element and is made with the possibility of access of the lower piercing element to the capsule. In this case, the connection of the lower support platform with the side wall of the capsule nest can be performed either by soldering or gluing, or formed in the process of manufacturing the part by casting.

The use of the capsule holder of the claimed design, due to the side wall of the capsule nest and the lower support platform, allows to contain the pressure of water entering the capsule, preventing the stretching of its walls. Since, according to Pascal's law, the pressure produced on a liquid or gas is transmitted to any point without changes in all directions, causing the stretching of the capsule walls, the lower support platform takes on part of the water pressure, thereby preventing the stretching of the walls both to the sides and downwards, preventing their thinning and rupture, thus increasing the safety of the operation of the claimed device.

The drink is prepared by using water that passes under pressure through the substance in the capsule. To add water to the coffee machine, you need to pour water into this device from a bottle. In this case, you need to open the bottle, turn it over and pour water into the device. In a moving vehicle, where there may be shaking, braking or abrupt maneuvers, such an operation may result in water spilling on the user or elements of the car interior. To reduce the likelihood of such a hazard, the declared device contains water from which the drink is prepared. At the same time, the water inside the container may leak during its movement from the production line to the storage location and / or from the storage location to the place of use or at any other stage of the operation of the declared device. To reduce the likelihood of such a hazard, the water is in a sealed bag.

The coffee machine is designed to receive water from a sealed package using a receiving piercer, which is a pointed tube designed to pierce the lid and the sealed package, which is vertically lowered to the bottom of the container, for example, using a lever or a linear actuator, with the opening of the tube down and pumps water out of the sealed package using a pump. The water passes through the elements of the beverage preparation device and is fed into the capsule through the upper piercer and, having passed through the capsule filler, flows into the container in the form of a ready-made drink.

The utility model works as follows.

The user can use a beverage preparation and consumption container that is already equipped with a capsule in accordance with the beverage recipe. The user can also assemble it himself by installing the appropriate capsules into the beverage preparation and consumption container holder. It is important to note that the capsules are not pierced during installation.

Next, the user places the container for preparing and drinking the drink into the coffee machine, which, by moving the holder, pierces the capsules from below. In addition, the coffee machine itself pierces the capsules from above.
