The utility model relates to devices for preparing beverages, as well as to containers specially adapted for special products. The utility model can be used for preparing and consuming beverages in difficult conditions, for example, by passengers of vehicles, in particular, taxis. A container for a single-component beverage, which in its upper part contains a flexible element that passes into a single capsule holder, which has one opening, the shape and size of which allows a capsule to be installed in it, wherein by means of said flexible element the holder can move from its upper position to its lower position, wherein the container is provided with a piercer containing one piercing element, which is located inside the container and attached to the inner part of the container, wherein the piercer is located in such a way that when the holder is in its upper position, the piercing element does not interact with the capsule, and when the holder is in its lower position, the piercing element pierces the capsule, wherein the piercer is provided with a capsule positioner, the internal shape of which repeats the external shape of the lower part of the capsule, wherein the container contains a sealed package containing water for preparing the beverage, wherein the capsule holder is provided with an adhesive layer located in the area of contact with the capsule. Field of technology

The utility model relates to devices for preparing beverages, as well as to containers specially adapted for special products. The utility model can be used for preparing and consuming beverages in difficult conditions, for example, by passengers of vehicles, in particular, taxis.

State of the art

The prior art discloses containers for preparing and consuming beverages described in RU 218200 U1, 16.05.2023, RU 219996 U1, 18.08.2023, RU 221418 U1, 07.11.2023, RU 220130 U1, 28.08.2023, RU 220368 U1, 20.07.2023, RU 220129 U1, 28.08.2023, as well as in RU 229407 U1, 04.10.2024, RU 229400 U1, 04.10.2024, RU 228658 U1, 09.09.2024, and equipped with capsule holders, and also with piercers.

However, in known solutions, neither the capsule holders nor the piercers are movable, and therefore the capsule is pierced by the user when they are inserted into the holder, immediately before preparing the drink.

Thus, known solutions cannot be stored with installed capsules, and also require the user to have the skills to correctly install the capsules, and when the coffee machine is operating with incorrectly installed capsules, they can lead to splashing hot water, which can get on the passenger, burn him, stain clothes and/or the interior of the car.

Thus, the known designs are unsafe to operate.

The technical result achieved by the utility model consists in increasing the safety of operation of the declared device.

In order to achieve the technical result, a container for a single-component beverage is claimed, which in its upper part contains a flexible element that passes into a holder for one capsule, which has one opening, the shape and size of which allows a capsule to be installed in it, wherein by means of the said flexible element the holder can move from its upper position to its lower position, wherein the container is provided with a piercer containing one piercing element, which is located inside the container and attached to the inner part of the container, wherein the piercer is located in such a way that when the holder is in its upper position, the piercing element does not interact with the capsule, and when the holder is in its lower position, the piercing element pierces the capsule, wherein the piercer is provided with a capsule positioner, the internal shape of which repeats the external shape of the lower part of the capsule, wherein the container contains a sealed bag containing water for preparing the beverage, wherein the capsule holder is provided with an adhesive layer located in the area of contact with the capsule.

Implementation of a utility model

The beverage container 2 contains a flexible element 3 in its upper part, which passes into a holder 4, for one capsule 5, which has one opening, the shape and size of which allows the capsule to be installed in it. By means of the mentioned flexible element, the holder can move from its upper position to its lower position. The container is provided with a piercer 7, containing a piercing element 6, which is located inside the container and is attached to the inner part of the container. In this case, the piercer is located in such a way that when the holder is in its upper position, the piercing element does not interact with the capsule, and when the holder is in its lower position, the piercing element pierces the capsule.

When moving the capsule from the upper position to the lower position, the capsule may become tilted, as a result of which the puncture of the lower part of the capsule may not occur, which will lead to splashing of water supplied through the puncture in the upper part of the capsule through the connection of the upper piercer with the capsule, or a rupture of the water lines of the beverage preparation device may occur.

This situation creates a risk of hot water splashing on the user. To reduce the likelihood of such a risk, the piercer is equipped with a positioner fixed to the piercer, the internal shape of which repeats the external shape of the lower part of the capsule, made with the possibility of positioning the capsule when it is moved from the upper position to the lower and pierced. Thus, the positioner allows to avoid the capsule tilting and guarantees the piercing of the lower part of the capsule, which increases the safety of the declared device.

The drink is prepared by using water that passes under pressure through the substance in the capsule. To add water to the coffee machine, you need to pour water into this device from a bottle. In this case, you need to open the bottle, turn it over and pour water into the device. In a moving vehicle, where there may be shaking, braking or abrupt maneuvers, such an operation may result in water spilling on the user or elements of the car interior. To reduce the likelihood of such a hazard, the declared device contains water from which the drink is prepared. At the same time, the water inside the container may leak during its movement from the production line to the storage location and / or from the storage location to the place of use or at any other stage of the declared device's operation. To reduce the likelihood of such a hazard, the water is in a sealed bag.

The coffee machine is designed to receive water from a sealed package using a receiving piercer, which is a pointed tube designed to pierce the lid and the sealed package, which is vertically lowered to the bottom of the container, for example, using a lever or a linear actuator, with the opening of the tube down and pumps water out of the sealed package using a pump. The water passes through the elements of the beverage preparation device and is fed into the capsule through the upper piercer and, having passed through the capsule filler, flows into the container in the form of a ready-made drink.

When tilting the claimed device while drinking a beverage, the liquid inside the claimed device may press on the installed capsule, which may cause the capsule to fall out of the capsule seat, which may cause the hot beverage to leak through the capsule seat, which is not covered by the capsule, onto the user. To reduce the likelihood of such a hazard, the capsule holder is provided with an adhesive layer located in the area of contact with the capsule, designed to glue the capsule to the capsule seat.

Hot melt adhesive for the food industry is used as an adhesive, such as silicone adhesive, epoxy resin or other adhesives that do not contain solvents and emit a small amount of volatile organic compounds, which makes them safe for contact with food products. The adhesive layer is applied to the finished product in advance in a continuous layer or dotted.

The presence of an adhesive layer on the capsule seat in the area of contact between the capsule and the declared device ensures that capsules do not fall out of the capsule nest. The use of an adhesive layer in the area of contact between the capsule and the lid allows the capsule to be fixed in the nest, preventing it from falling out, increasing the safety of the device.

The utility model works as follows.

The user can use a beverage container that is already equipped with a capsule according to the beverage recipe. The user can also assemble it himself by installing the appropriate capsules in the beverage container holder. It is important to note that the capsules are not pierced during installation.

The user then places the beverage container into the coffee machine, which, by moving the holder, pierces the capsules from below. In addition, the coffee machine pierces the capsules from above by its own means.

Next, the coffee machine heats and supplies water under pressure through the capsules into the container, according to the recipe, so the user receives a ready-made drink.
