Трусы, содержащие основу и соединенную с ней ластовицу, отличающиеся тем, что трусы содержат основу и соединенную с ней ластовицу, выполненную сужающейся кверху формой с боковыми краями, с вогнутыми дугообразными шаговыми краями, с нижним краем в форме дуги и верхним краем, доходящим до верха трусов, а основа представляет собой заднюю часть с боковинами, соединенную с ластовицей, ширина которой в передней части не меньше ширины ластовицы в промежностной части, при этом ластовица выполнена из двух слоев, внешнего из влаго- и воздухонепроницаемого материала и внутреннего слоя из мембранного материала с односторонним пропусканием воздуха от промежностной части к верхней части ластовицы, причем в верхней части на внутреннем слое ластовицы имеются прорези, ластовица соединена с задней частью основы нижним краем швом с закрытым срезом и с боковинами основы - боковыми краями плоским швом. 4 ил.
