Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of clothing, in particular clothing for the lower part of the body. The technical result achieved by the solution consists in ensuring a better fit of the user's body with a simultaneous corrective effect. The said technical result is achieved due to the fact that an item of clothing for the lower part of the body has been developed, comprising a yoke, which is an element of the item of clothing, which is designed with the ability to encircle the torso with its upper part, and encircle each leg with its lower part and pass through the crotch; the trousers are sewn so as to form a seam under the gluteal muscles, the trousers are sewn with the yoke, while the yoke and trousers are made of the same elastic material. 5 cl., 1 fig.

Description

The field of technology to which the utility model relates

The utility model relates to the field of clothing, in particular clothing for the lower part of the body.

State of the art

A shaping knitted elastic garment for the lower part of the body is known (RU 2610806 C9, published 24.04.2017). The known invention relates to a knitted elastic underwear item comprising panties (1) with an elastic base knitted product connected to a mesh (7) made of elastic rubber applied to one surface of the elastic base knitted product of the panties, which forms the base of the panties, from the front and/or from the back of the panties, characterized in that on said surface of the base knitted product (5, 6) a knitted elastic lining (20) is provided, lighter than the base knitted product (5, 6), for free application, at least in the location of said rubber mesh (7).

However, this solution uses a different cut of the product, which does not provide a sufficiently good fit to the user's body.

A trouser product is known (RU 171883 U1, published on 20.06.2017) aimed at increasing the effect of buttock tightening and creating the effect of each buttock being bulged ("push-up" effect) when the trouser product is worn by the user, for example leggings, jeans, leggings, tights, sweatpants. The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the trouser product, which contains front and back panels made of elastic fabric, which are connected to each other by side and crotch seams, forming two legs, and the back and front panels are connected to each other by a seam, a stretched elastic band is sewn into the seam, the edges of which are fixed on one side in the area of the central part of the seam connecting the back panels, on the other side in the area of the fly of the seam connecting the front panels. Additionally, a flannel insert is made on the seam where the front and back panels are connected. In the finished product, the elastic band is in a free, unstretched state, and when put on, the band stretches, lifting, hugging and highlighting each buttock, creating the effect of tightening the buttocks from the crotch side.

However, this solution uses a different cut of the product, which does not provide a sufficiently good fit to the user's body.

A garment for the lower part of the body selected as a prototype is known (RU 211436, published 06.06.2022), comprising a yoke, which is an element of the garment, which is designed with the ability to encircle the body with its upper part, and encircle each leg with its lower part and pass through the crotch, trousers sewn to the lower part of the yoke and tightening elements, tightening elements passing under the gluteal muscles and sewn to the yoke, wherein the yoke is made of a less stretchable material than the trousers, characterized in that the tightening elements are made of a less stretchable material than the trousers, an elastic band is sewn along at least part of the perimeter of the tightening elements.

However, this solution uses a different approach to ensure correction of the shape of the gluteal muscles: the yoke is made of less stretchable material, which does not allow it to fit the user's body well enough.

The main task solved by the utility model is to ensure better fit of the user's body.

The essence of the utility model is that the garment contains a yoke, trousers, and tightening elements, with the yoke and trousers made of the same elastic material, the trousers are sewn in such a way as to form a seam under the gluteal muscles, which ensures that the garment fits the user more tightly, especially when playing sports.

The technical result achieved by the solution is to ensure a better fit of the user's body with a simultaneous corrective effect.

Implementation of a utility model

The proposed garment is a trouser product comprising trouser legs sewn to a yoke. Optionally, the yoke can be sewn to a belt. Fig. 1 shows the elements of the product, where:

The length of the trousers 104 does not limit the proposed product and can be from 15 cm to 1 meter. The product can be shorts, cycling shorts, leggings slightly below the knee, leggings with a length to the middle of the shin, leggings with a length below the middle of the shin, leggings up to the ankle, etc.

Since the product is designed to fit the body and emphasize the figure, the yoke 101 and trousers 104 are made of any elastic material used in sewing clothes. One material for the yoke and trousers allows for a better fit on the user's body since there are no areas where too dense and poorly stretchable material instead of fitting creates tension and deformation. Denser and less stretchable areas are formed only at the seams in specified places in order to achieve the stated beneficial effect.

The yoke 101 is shaped like panties, the seams 102 are areas of complex shape passing under the gluteal muscles. The seams 102 are formed at the junction of the elements of the trouser legs 104, for which the appropriate cutting is used.

In the prototype, the yoke 101 is less stretchable, which leads to the fact that the fit of the product on the body is worsened, in the claimed solution, the yoke 101 has the same stretch as the legs, which allows for a better fit on the user's body. In order to further improve the fit, the seams 102 contain elastic bands (latex or rubber). The presence of elastic bands allows for the product to be pressed tightly to the user's body in those areas in which the fabric usually stretches less compared to the most convex areas of the gluteal muscles. The material of the yoke 101 does not prevent the stretching and fit of the body to a greater extent than the material of the legs 104 does.

The presence of elastic bands in the seams 102 allows the product to be pressed more tightly to the user's body and ensures a better fit to the user's body.

The width, thickness, and specific parameters of the material of the rubber band used are not disclosed in this description, since their selection depends on the desired density of the product fit.

The optional belt 103 is made of or contains elastic material and provides better fixation of the product on the hips or waist. Good fixation on the belt 103 helps to maintain the product in a given location on the body, which helps the product fit the user's body.

The sizes of the yoke 101 and the legs 104 are generally selected in a standard way, for example, to correspond to sizes XS, S, M, L.

The product may be of such a height as to sit on the hips or waist, which is not the subject of this utility model.

For ease of manufacture, yoke 101 is sewn from two halves: front and back, the halves are joined at the bottom (in the crotch area) and on the left and right sides (on the sides of the body). It is possible to make yoke 101 from a single piece of material with a connection only on the left and right sides, which does not affect the declared technical result.

The shape of the halves of the yoke 101 as a whole is a concave triangle with the apex at the bottom, the sides at the apex of the triangle contain elastic bands.

In some embodiments, to improve the fit, the lower part of the back half of the yoke 101 is made no more than 5 cm wide, in particular, the lower half or lower two-thirds of the back half of the yoke 101 are made no more than 5 cm wide. In preferred embodiments, the lower part of the back half of the yoke 101 is made no more than 4 cm wide, in particular, the lower half or lower two-thirds of the back half of the yoke 101 are made no more than 4 cm wide.

In some embodiments, in the crotch area, the yoke 101 has a width of no more than 3 cm.

The narrow lower part of the back half of the yoke 101 ensures a tight fit to the coccygeal region, and due to this, it ensures the lifting of the deeper gluteal muscles, and not only the superficial ones, as in the case of the wide yoke 101, which does not ensure a fit to the coccygeal region. The width of the yoke 101 used in the product was determined experimentally to ensure the correction of the shape of the muscles and the outlining of the gluteal muscles.

In one embodiment, the trouser legs 104 contain seams 102, which are located under the gluteal muscles (along the line of the gluteal muscles), the seams 102 are sewn to the yoke 101 with one end in the crotch area, and the other end in the area of the user's sides. The presence of a seam 102 on each trouser leg 104 under the gluteal muscles ensures a tight fit of the product to the user's body without sagging material, without gathers or with a minimum number of them.

The sizes of all elements are selected based on the size of the garment, based on the general knowledge of a specialist in this field of technology.

Sewing the product

To manufacture the product, you need to perform the following steps:

1. Cut out the product;

2. Sew the side seams of the yoke 101 (seams on the back part);

3. Sew the lower part of the legs 104, the front upper part of the legs 104, the back upper part of the legs 104 (each pair of elements);

4. Sew a 7 mm elastic band along the seam where the back upper part of the trousers is attached 104;

5. Sew a finishing stitch along seam 102 (wide overlock);

6. Sew the step seams;

7. Sew the yoke in a circle 101;

8. Overcast the top of the product;

9. Sew a 7 mm elastic band along the yoke seam 101 in a circle;

10. Sew a finishing stitch along the yoke seam 101 (wide overlock);

11. Fasten the elastic band of the belt 103 into the ring;

12. Treat the elastic joint of the waistband with tape 103;

13. Place fastenings in the overlock stitches;

14. Stitch the elastic band along the top edge of belt 103.

Option 1 implementation

In one embodiment, the trousers 104 are connected to the yoke 101 by means of a seam and an elastic material is attached to the seam, wherein the elastic material is a tape at least partially consisting of latex or rubber. The width of the tape is from 0.25 to 1 cm, it is selected based on considerations of ensuring a tight fit (tightness), but this compression should not be excessive, so as not to dig into the user's skin. Specific parameters (width, thickness, elasticity) can be selected by a specialist in this field of technology, taking into account the above considerations and taking into account the parameters of the fabric of the garment. The presence of an elastic material additionally corrects the shape of the gluteal muscles, ensuring an increase in their roundness.

Option 2 of implementation

In one embodiment, the length of the trousers 104 is such that they reach at least one of: the middle of the thigh, the area below the knee, the middle of the shin, the ankles, which is not related to the essence of the solution.

In one embodiment, the height of the yoke 101 is from 15 to 30 cm for different clothing sizes.

Option 3 implementation

In one embodiment, the yoke 101 is sewn to the belt 103, which allows for better fixation of the yoke 101 in the place intended for it on the body (does not allow it to slip down), which allows for better correction of the shape of the gluteal muscles.
