Description

The invention relates to the field of computer technology, namely to information technology, and can be used in the processing of information materials of business entities that are hosted on certain servers on the Internet.

Various methods of information processing on the Internet for personalized use are widely known, implemented in various search engines - English-speaking “Yahoo” (www.yahoo.com), Russian-language “Rambler” (www.rambler.ru). The systems comprise remote subscriber devices in the form of computers and / or servers and a server device or devices for receiving, processing, storing and issuing information documents and addresses of subscribers. An information document sent from the subscriber’s device along with the subscriber’s address for processing and further storage on the server device of the system includes various characteristics and may have its own name. Both the document and the address can be changed by the subscriber. The search for information documents and / or their attributes is carried out from remote devices by a subscriber request that includes the required characteristics. The subscriber is given a list of documents and / or their attributes (for example, names and addresses) according to the document's correspondence to the subscriber’s request, and the document attributes can be ranked according to the degree of compliance with the request. There is also known a method with wider possibilities of processing information upon requests in formal and / or natural language (RF patent No. 2138076, 1999). Known methods are not sufficiently adapted for processing specialized information about business entities (enterprises, entrepreneurs). In addition, the methods are not suitable for processing in different languages a document of one subscriber transmitted only in any one particular language. For example, the Rambler system, although adapted to work in Russian or English, but these multilingual versions are not integrated one into another for registration and search purposes.

A known method of processing commercial information, selected as a prototype, implemented in the search engine TRADEREPORT (certificate for utility model of the Russian Federation No. 16684, 2000). The system is designed to process information about business entities for personalized use on the Internet, including remote devices of subscribers in the form of computers and / or servers and a server device or device for receiving, processing, storing and issuing information documents and their attributes. An information document of a business entity sent from the subscriber’s device for processing and further storage on the server device includes the characteristics of the business activity of a particular enterprise, and this document can be changed or deleted by the same subscriber, or by the server device software, or by the system administrator of the server device. The search for information documents or their attributes stored on the server device is carried out from remote devices by a subscriber request that includes the required characteristics of entrepreneurial activity. The issuance of a list of documents, documents themselves or their attributes to the subscriber from the server device is done according to the correspondence of the document to the subscriber request. Subscriber devices and the server device process information documents using official classifications of characteristics of entrepreneurial activity, goods, and / or services, and / or official output data of business entities, and the server device indexes information documents according to the specified official classifications.

The method has limited capabilities for processing and subsequent use of multilingual information, does not allow you to quickly find the required document, even if it is known that this document is stored on a server device.

Solved technical problems - creating a method for integrated multilingual processing on the Internet of information about business entities; expansion of functionality for finding the required information.

Both proposed variants of the method are designed to process information about business entities for personalized use on the Internet, including remote devices of subscribers in the form of computers and / or servers and a server device or device for receiving, processing, storing and issuing information documents and their attributes. An information document of a business entity sent from the subscriber’s device for processing and further storage on the server device includes the characteristics of the business activity of a particular enterprise, and this document can be changed or deleted by the same subscriber, or by the software of the server device, or by the system administrator of the server device. The search for information documents or their attributes stored on the server device is carried out from remote devices by a subscriber request that includes the required characteristics of entrepreneurial activity. The issuance of a list of documents, documents themselves or their attributes to the subscriber from the server device is done according to the correspondence of the document to the subscriber request. In addition, according to the first embodiment of the method, the subscriber device and server device process information documents using official classifications of characteristics of entrepreneurial activity, goods, and / or services, and / or official output data of business entities, and the server device indexes information documents according to the specified official classifications .

New according to the first variant of the method is that the server device has the ability to receive, process, store and issue information documents and their attributes in two or more languages, and on the server device create copies of the document transmitted for storage in a language or languages other than a language, which document was transferred for storage, with the ability to process such copies from subscribers' devices. Also on the server device information is constantly stored in the form of separate directories of official classifications of characteristics of entrepreneurial activity by goods, services, activities, geographical areas in all languages used by the server device. The content of the characteristics of the entrepreneurial activity of the directory in one language is fully consistent with the structure of the contents of the corresponding directory in another language. At least part of the document stored on the server device consists of the characteristics of entrepreneurial activity, which is selected from at least one directory, and a similar part of a copy of this document in another language is created by software using the appropriate characteristics of entrepreneurial activity of the corresponding directory in another language. T.O. the subscriber has the ability to register, or change information about himself, or search for information about others without the services of a translator and with great semantic accuracy in all languages at the same time (except for unique information: address, contact person, company name, key search words, etc. ) If there is no official description of entrepreneurial activity in the official classification guide in one language that is present in the corresponding official classification guide in another language, the missing characteristic is included in the form of a translation. The subject of legal protection is also the artificial addition of translated terms to the classification of a particular language version, so that its content includes all the features of similar classifications in other languages. An example is "Activities to ensure rafting" (as a type of unique transport activity in Russia), which is subject to added to the directory "Types of activity" in all other language versions of this directory.

It’s better when users’s devices search for documents stored on the server device by a request containing the characteristics of business selected from at least one directory, and the request is refined by the characteristic taken from the geographical area directory.

New according to the second variant of the method is that information documents of business entities are assigned unique numbers on the server device for storage, while business entities post information about their unique numbers and the commercial designation and / or domain name of the server device on their advertising tangible media that are not tangible media of the server device, and subscriber devices have the ability to search for documents tov for the indicated unique numbers

T.O. counterparties of a business entity can simply find information about this business entity using a search by a unique number, in particular when re-searching. Advertising material other than the material of a server device refers to other disks of other servers or computers, magnetic media, paper media, outdoor advertising, business cards, etc.

The invention is illustrated in graphic materials. Figure 1 presents a block diagram of a TradeVISA system that implements both versions of the method. Figure 2 presents the registration form, and figure 3 is its continuation; figure 4, 5 and 6 are variants of the forms for the implementation of the search. In Fig.7 presents a form for displaying information about the client in Russian, and Fig.8 is the same form of the same client in English. Forms are intended for display on the monitor of the user's personal computer.

The invention is illustrated by the example of the current information retrieval system "TRADEVISA" (www.tradevisa.net), in which both the first and second versions of the proposed method are implemented.

The international system "TRADEVISA" is designed to search for enterprises and entrepreneurs - manufacturers of goods and services in various regions of the world. The system operates in Russian, English and Hungarian.

The proposed system contains personal computers (PCs) of users 1, a server of system 2, a PC of system administrator 3 (see figure 1). The structure of server 2 includes the server part 4, the client part 5, the administrator part 6. The nodes included in the system can easily be implemented using firmware based on microchips, for example, Intel. The Sun 250 Enterprise server platform used is Solaris 8 04/01. Used software: Apache http server 1.3.20 (+ mod_auth_oci8); PHP 4.0.6 (+ OCI8); Oracle 8i 8.1.7; web-interface (php, pl-sql) -x86 Win32 IE 5.01+. Parts of server 2 include the following software modules (not shown).

Server part 4 includes

- The main operating module (skeleton of the web-interface of the system), entirely made in PHP. The module is responsible for rendering the interface, processing user requests for issuing this or that information in the required language;

- a client registration module, which consists of two parts: a stored PL-SQL Oracle routine that directly records data, and a PHP module that provides an interface to it. The PHP module receives data sent by the client through the browser, parses, pre-checks and populates the parameters of the subprogram. This is followed by a subroutine call and analysis of the results. Depending on the result of its actions, the stored routine returns either a unique client number in the system (hereinafter referred to as TV #) upon successful registration, or an error and TV # if the same object is re-registered, or an error in other cases. The PHP module is also responsible for sending registration notifications to the client by email;

- module for making changes to registration data. The composition and actions are similar to the above, but, in addition, at the initial stage it gives the client the current registration data;

- a search module, consisting of a number of submodules (PHP part), connected depending on the type of search task. If the request is made directly on TV #, the client’s registration card is displayed, provided that the account is activated. If the search is performed using symbolic values and / or informational directories of the system, the search results are displayed in the form of a list of companies found, where each name is essentially a link to the registration card of this company (in this case, the stored PL-SQL Oracle subroutine is called, which searches and returns results found);

- a module for working with directories, which is a stored PL-SQL Oracle subroutine, the input parameters of which are: the type of the directory, the language of the returned results and the optional parent node, the outgoing parameter is a set of records - directory lines that meet the incoming criteria, and the PHP interface to it, which is responsible for parsing the user's POST and filling out the parameters of the subprogram, as well as outputting the results to an HTTP stream;

- module for multilingual system support, implemented according to the PHP + Oracle scheme. The main work is performed by the Oracle PL-SQL stored routine, which selects data in the required language. The input parameters are the section number and the response language; as a result, the output is a set of records containing all string resources of the selected section in the required language. Client part 5 includes

- a customer registration module, which is a PHP module responsible for displaying a registration card, calling the module of registration directories at the second stage of registration;

- a module for making changes to registration data, which is a PHP module that displays the current customer registration data and allows you to change this information, as well as add / remove information about activities, products, etc. etc.;

- a search module, which is a PHP module that allows users of the system to enter search criteria for subsequent calling the search engine;

- a module for displaying directories and searching in them, responsible for displaying directories in the system and transmitting search criteria for searching in them.

Admin Part 6 includes

- module editing string resources of the system;

- a module for editing information in the search directories of the system;

- a module for translating symbolic information of client data;

- Admin console, combining the above modules.

Previously, registration directories of business classifications translated into all languages of the system are entered into the memory of server 2. The selection of the main registration guides is determined by the following criteria:

a) the classifications are selected in such a way that the topics of the handbooks do not overlap. This simplifies the registration and provides the ability to search both for each directory individually, and an integrated search for parameters from several directories at the same time;

b) directories are grouped into two groups: "Services / Activities / Operations" and "Goods". To clarify the registration and search, the "Geographic" reference is used;

c) all directories are compiled using the terminology (or completely copy the content) of international classifications that are widely used in business practice: OKDP (ISIC, TEAOR); commodity groups of the customs tariff (HS);

d) directories allow you to formulate a search task of any level of complexity (from the most general to the most specific). System directories are absolutely identical on all language versions, this is the result of international classifications. A prerequisite is the artificial addition of the translated terms in the classification of a particular language version, so that its content includes all the features of similar classifications in other languages. An example is “Activities to ensure rafting” (as a type of unique transport activity in the Russian Federation), added to the directory “Activities” in all other language versions. Using the terminology of directories, the user can register, supplement or change information about himself without the services of a translator and with great semantic accuracy in all languages at the same time (except for the registration of unique information: address, contact person, company name, key search words, etc. by the administrator).

The system operation includes registration of clients of business entities (enterprises, entrepreneurs) and search for data on registered clients at the request of subscribers.

To register a client by posting information about him on server 2, the subscriber from remote PC 1 enters in one of the system languages in the fields of the electronic form (see figures 2 and 3) received from server 2, company data, search keywords consumers, contact information, type of activity. The completed questionnaire is sent via the network to server 2, where the information on the type of activity is correlated with the directories "Services / Types of Activities / Operations" and "Goods" and a customer registration card is generated (see Fig. 7) containing data on the types of activity in terms of official classifications . Server 2 also assigns a unique number to the client in the TV # system and sends this number to client’s PC 1. Client registration cards are translated into other languages of the system (for example, Fig. 8) as follows: registration data and contact data are translated by the administrator and transferred to server 2 from PC 3, and activity information is translated by server 2 automatically by extracting the relevant classification terms from the directories in other languages. Cards are stored on server 2 with the possibility of making changes to them by the client from PC 1.

The search for the required information is carried out by the interested user from remote PC 1 also by electronic request in the form of a questionnaire (see figures 4, 5 and 6) received from server 1 by entering: type of activity, and / or services, and / or goods, and / or materials (selected from directories), and / or keywords, and / or contact data, and / or location. After the request is sent to server 2, the latter indexes the received data, processes and selects, in accordance with them, the names of enterprises and / or names of entrepreneurs, a list of which, ranked by the degree of compliance with the request, is transferred to the user's PC 1. The user has the opportunity to view the registration data of the required subject in any language of the system (see Fig. 7 and 8). The system has a unique feature of the subject’s search on its TV #, which the user found in the client’s advertising materials (for example, a line on business cards, outdoor advertising - www.tradevisa.net No. 102418). In addition, TV # is practical for remembering it for the purpose of re-searching.
