Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agricultural technology, in particular to plant protection.
122-124).A known method of preventing the development of epiphytoties, which provides for the treatment of plants with fungicides or stimulants of plant protective reactions (Androsova V.M. et al. Fusariotoxin contamination of varieties of winter wheat with different tolerance to Fusarium graminearum Schwabe and ways to reduce it // Agrochemistry, 1996, No. 11, p. .122-124).
The disadvantage of this method is the low efficiency when using stimulants of the protective reactions of plants or a mutagenic effect on phytopathogenic microflora with a simultaneous inhibitory effect on plants when using fungicides.
Наиболее близким к предлагаемому является способ предотвращения развития эпифитотий, предусматривающий внесение в почву антагонистов фитопатогенной микрофлоры (RU 94038110 А1, 10.02.1997).Closest to the proposed one is a method of preventing the development of epiphytoties, involving the introduction of antagonists of phytopathogenic microflora into the soil (RU 94038110 A1, 02/10/1997).
The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of the technology associated with the need to isolate and maintain pure cultures, the production and immobilization of antagonists.
The technical result of the invention is the simplification of technology.
This result is achieved by the fact that in the method of preventing the development of epiphytoties, including the use of antagonists of phytopathogenic microflora, their use is made by applying to the soil by planting and cultivating sorghum plants, which suppress the development of epiphytoties of fusarium and rhizoctoniosis.
The method is implemented as follows.
Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Gnt.On agricultural land with signs of the development of epiphytoties, sorghum plants are planted and cultivated. Along with the development of sorghum plants, their mycorrhiza microflora develops, which included Pseudomonas fluorescens 38A and Pseudomonas aureofaciens 1393, which are antagonists of phytopathogenic microflora and prevent the development of epiphytoties Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Gnt.
It should be noted that the use of the proposed method eliminates the need to isolate and maintain pure cultures of antagonists, their production and immobilization in a production environment, which simplifies the technology.
To confirm the achievement of the technical result, a series of experiments was carried out. At the sites of development of epiphytoties of Fusarium and Rhizoctoniosis in the standard, cultivated crops were treated with the preparation obtained according to the closest analogue; in the experiment, the sites were sown with grain sorghum of varieties Zerst 90, Zerst 85, Zerst 80, Stavropol 25 and fodder sorghum varieties 63 French Citri or hybrids , Cactus, Tamarin. The following season, the same crops were cultivated on the reference and experimental plots without any treatment. Epiphytoties were suppressed in both cases. At the same time, it should be noted that the soil condition has improved in the experimental plots. On meadow soil, its bulk density in the standard was 1.2-1.35 g / cm 3 , in the experiment 1.1-1.15 g / cm 3 ; the content of toxic salts in the standard was 0.119%, in the experiment 0.053% by weight. On humus-gley soil, the same indicators were 1.3-1.45 and 1.13-1.18 g / cm 3 ; 0.152 and 0.068%, respectively.
Thus, the proposed method allows to suppress the development of epiphytoties with a simplified technology and at the same time improve the condition of soils.
