Demonstration stands made in the form of a panel with holes for mounting attachments are widely used for demonstration of goods sold or advertised.

A known demonstration stand (Patent DE 3434759, A47F 5/12, 1985.), made in the form of a flat panel with grooves for mounting removable elements. The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of its design and high complexity when it is installed in a store or in the exhibition hall.

A well-known demonstration stand (Certificate RU 17122, A47F 5/08, published March 20, 2001) in the form of a flat panel with T-shaped grooves made of a CONTINUOUS array of material (the closest analogue). The disadvantage of this device is the limited choice of material from which the panel is made, low strength, due to the form of execution of the sides of the groove, which

may lead to chips and kinks, both during manufacture and during operation of the stand. The disadvantages of the known stand can also include difficulties encountered when installing the inserts in the grooves, and the insufficient strength of their fixation, which leads to the loss of the inserts during operation.

Utility Model Essence

The objective of the utility model is to eliminate the above disadvantages, in particular, increasing the strength of the panel, the reliability of fixing the inserts in it and reducing its material consumption.

The problem is solved in that the demonstration trading stand is made in the form of a flat panel with T-grooves intended for installation of attachments, the opposite sides of the groove are made in the form of concave or convex curved surfaces intersecting parallel to the front surface of the panel of the groove side at different distances relative to the plane symmetry of the T-groove.

In one embodiment of the demonstration trading stand, curved surfaces intersect the parallel to the front surface of the panel and the side of the groove adjacent to it at distances relative to the symmetry plane of the groove smaller than the other side of the groove parallel to the front surface of the sang.

It is advisable to perform inserts of a T-shaped and / or L-shaped.

It is preferable to perform inserts elastically deformable, which in combination with the shape of the grooves ensures their strong fixation in the product.

The implementation of these sides of the groove curved leads to an increase in the strength of the panel with the same thickness. This is achieved due to the fact that, both in the manufacture of grooves, for example, by milling, and in the operation of a demonstration trading stand, at the intersection of curved surfaces with the smaller of the sides of the groove parallel to the front surface, the stress concentration decreases. The shape of the internal surfaces of the groove is selected in each case, depending, in particular, on the panel material, the manufacturing technology of the grooves, the shape and material of the inserts.

Information confirming the feasibility of implementing a utility model

The demonstration stand contains panels 1, in which there are T-shaped grooves 2 for installing various types of attachments from the front side 3 of the panel. In the grooves 2 placed T-shaped 4 or L-shaped 5 insert.

Panel 1 is made of wood, plywood, plastic, chipboard, fiberboard or similar materials. The panel is made monolithic or multilayer (several interconnected, for example, glued sheets forming a package). In some cases, the panel is faced, for example, with a film or plastic (not shown in the figures). It is possible to make panels of any shape - rectangular, multifaceted, oval, depending on the interior of the store or exhibition hall. Depending on the purpose of the stand, T-grooves 2 are performed either on the entire surface of the panel parallel to the horizontal surface, or at an angle to it and / or to each other. The grooves can be made shorter than the panel, and not located on the entire surface of the panel.

The choice of the shape of the inner surfaces of the T-grooves, in particular, convex (a) and concave (b) sides, is due to the solution of the following problems:

-increasing the strength of the panel, which in some cases allows to reduce its thickness (to a greater extent this applies to the embodiment of the grooves according to Fig. 2 and 3);

-improving the fixation of the inserts in the grooves when using both rigid inserts and deformable during the assembly of the stand (when performing grooves according to Figs. 2-5).

The stand is assembled from panels 1 and hung on the wall or installed using a special support. With the help of grooves 2, demonstration supports, hooks, hangers or any other devices on which the displayed goods are mounted or suspended are attached to the stand. Inserts 4 or 5, in addition to the decorative functions of closing the open parts of the grooves 2 (if the devices for displaying goods installed in them do not occupy their entire length), facilitate the movement of the holders along the grooves 2 by reducing friction. Inserts can be made in color. In addition, the presence of inserts increases the strength of the display stand.

Demonstration trading stand, made in the form of a flat panel with T-grooves designed for installation of attachments, characterized in that the opposite sides of the groove are made in the form of concave or convex curved surfaces intersecting parallel to the front surface of the panel side of the groove at different distances relative to plane of symmetry of the T-groove.  2.
