Abstract

FIELD: appliances for carrying of such accessories as hand small arms, mainly a pistol or a self-defense revolver, and a sound-producing device-player or radio receiver, a concealed carrying of weapon is supposed.

SUBSTANCE: the universal device for concealed carrying of small arms has a case with a hidden stock for hand small arms. The device is provided with a sound-producing device including the main and peripheral sections for identification of the universal device as a sound-producing device by an irrelevant observer on the basis of the external view.

EFFECT: enhanced operating characteristics of the universal device as a concealed storage of weapon, improved its consumer's qualities by increasing the masking visual-psychological effect.

Description

The invention relates to devices for carrying such camping accessories, such as handguns (primarily a pistol or self-defense revolver) and a sound reproducing device (player or radio), while concealed carrying of weapons is contemplated.

A holster (holster), a bag or case for carrying a hand weapon (usually a pistol or revolver) contains a case, the walls of which form a space (pocket, compartment, bed) for receiving weapons, and holders of a holster, bag or case on the user's body (on the belt, under the arm or leg). When openly worn, the holster, as a rule, has a shape and dimensions that mainly correspond to the shape and size of the weapon (“tight” or almost “tight”), and when hidden, the case or bag has a shape and dimensions that make it difficult for them to be identified by an outside observer .

Typical examples of this disguise are a police rifle-protective chest complex containing a rectangular bag that opens from top to bottom and opens up a drill with a weapon [1], and a rectangular waist bag with an internal compartment for weapons and at least one external closed compartment for other small travel accessories [2].

There are also various universal devices for carrying pistols, a spare clip and various small travel accessories, for example, a purse described in the source [3].

As a fairly close analogue, a universal device is also known (designed and protected by the author “Individual portable sound reproducing device”), containing a sound reproducing device, for example, a player with headphones (earphones) and wired connection, a color music device and lighting elements, with a pronounced possibility of its identification as a sound reproducing device by an outside observer according to external signs [4].

Closest to the claimed invention by purpose and combination of design features (prototype) is a universal device for covert carrying small arms, containing a case with a secret bed for hand small arms [5].

As a weapon, a small-sized revolver is used. The case is made in the form of a round or oval buckle for a waist belt, which is equipped with a device for fixing it on the user's body and is used, at the same time, for its intended purpose. Being openly located on the outside of the universal device, it is, accordingly, identified as a belt buckle by an outside observer by external signs.

The principle of multifunctionality is thus embodied in this device (buckle - case for weapons - camouflage device).

However, when using such a universal device, its disadvantages are manifested. Firstly, when carrying a weapon, the buckle of its unusual (for belt buckles) bulkiness can hardly be considered a sufficiently reliable, "convincing" masking tool (when, of course, certain masking functions are performed). Secondly, in preparing for the extraction and actual removal of the weapon, the user's manipulations with the buckle cannot be regarded by a potential adversary and / or by an outside observer as anything other than self-defense actions by means of a weapon located probably behind the buckle (do not “recover” it will be due to the fright caused by the threat of attack!).

The task to which the claimed invention is directed is to increase the tactical and operational capabilities of a universal device as a secret weapon storage, improve its consumer qualities by enhancing the masking visual and psychological effect (in relation to a potential adversary and / or outside observer), not only when worn, but also in preparation for the extraction and actual extraction of weapons, due to the appearance of the illusion that they do not have weapons in the wearable device, but sound reproduction the driver’s device and the user's usual manipulations in turning on / off, adjusting or recharging the sound-reproducing device or automatically trying to protect it from forcible removal, as well as using the buckle (and, accordingly, the case of the pencil case) as a carrier, securely fixed in the waist position fixtures.

The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that the universal device for the covert carrying of small arms, containing a case with a secret bed for small arms, is additionally equipped with a sound reproducing device that includes the main and peripheral parts, for example, a player with headphones and a wired connection, with the possibility of identification as sound reproducing device by an outside observer according to external signs.

The solution of this problem is also achieved due to additional design features (with the above main set of features):

- the main part of the sound reproducing device is openly located on the outside of the case, at least in most of its frontal area;

- in the previous additional set of features, the case is made round in shape, with a convex lid on the outside, with the possibility of placing a standard laser disc with sound recording in the sound reproducing device;

- the case is equipped with a device for fixing it on the user's body.

Among the known devices and methods, no such combination of essential features would coincide with the declared one. At the same time, it is due to the latter that a new technical result is achieved in accordance with the task.

The inventive universal device for the covert carrying of small arms is illustrated in the drawings: in Fig.1 is a universal device, rear-side-top view with the arms removed; figure 2 is a universal device, side view, front view; figure 3 - user with a universal device in the execution of "belt buckle", front view.

A universal device for covertly carrying small arms contains (see FIGS. 1-2) a case 1 with a secret box 2 for small arms 3. Access to the box is organized from the back of the case, i.e. from the side of the user’s body 4. On the front side of the case 1 (as a preferred embodiment, it is undisguised, at least in most of its frontal area) there is the main part 5 of a sound reproducing device, for example, a player (player), connected with its peripheral part 6, for example, headphones (earphones), through a wired connection 7. In this case, the case 1 does not have to be part of the body of the main part 5 of the sound reproducing device (or, conversely, the case of part 5 is part of the case 1). The case 1 can be made with a compartment (compartment, pocket) 8 (for example, with a zipper 9 or a fixing clasp-tongue in its upper part).

The device and design of the “player” compartment 8 of the sound reproducing device are based on the principle of evidence (for an outside observer by external signs) of its functional purpose (in other words, with the possibility of identifying the universal device as a whole as a sound reproducing device). This can be achieved by the openness of the wired connection 7, the presence on the main part 5 of the controls and information (not shown) such as buttons and indicator lights, using a perforated or transparent case or cover (compartment 8), etc. For the same purpose, case 1 (compartment 8) can be made round or oval, with a convex (streamlined) cover on the outside, with the possibility of using a standard laser disc (CD) with sound recording in a sound reproducing device.

The universal device (like the prototype) is preferably made in the form of a buckle of a waist belt (with its direct functional purpose), for which the case is equipped with a device for fixing it on the user's body 4: elements 10 (swivel arm or bracket for fixing one end of the belt) and 11 (hook for quick-detachable fixation of the other end of the belt) fixation.

On the back of the case, one or more additional boxes can be provided for a spare revolver drum, a replaceable pistol holder (depending on the weapon used), and other weapon accessories (not shown). It is possible that the device for producing a shot directly from the case.

Fixation of the weapon 3 in the bed 2 can be provided with an arched (arched) lock 12.

Other particular embodiments of the universal device are possible within the claimed combination of essential design features.

The device operates as follows.

When carrying a weapon 3 in a holster (specifically, in a box 2), it is located on the side of the user's body 4 (see Figs. 2, 3), isolated on the front and sides of the front wall of the case 1 and, moreover, also in compartment 8 with the main part of a sound reproducing device. Thus, it is invisible to an outside observer.

The fixing of the case on the body of the user 4 is carried out traditionally, in particular when combining the case with a buckle (see figure 3) - on the belt (belt) by means of elements 10, 11.

Manipulations of user 4 on the “combat” extraction of weapons 3 from case 1 (see FIG. 3) will initially be most likely to be perceived by a potential adversary or other observer as ordinary, widespread manipulations by a user of a sound reproducing device (mainly by the presence of wired connection of case 1 with the peripheral part (headphones) 6), especially if user 4 uses the temporary opportunity to really devote a few seconds to a sound reproducing device, thereby “knocking down” the peak of attention to his m arms and their actions at all. Shaping the illusion of having only a sound reproducing device in the case 1, the user 4, due to the surprise effect, acquires a significant preemptive advantage, which, in particular, can generally prevent further undesirable development of the incident.

Of course, the use is consistent with the general rules and recommendations for the storage and carrying of weapons, in particular, the recommendation of the possibility of covert carrying in order to avoid the possible provocation by the obvious fact of the presence of weapons of attempts to capture them or preventive detention by law enforcement forces.

Using the invention allows to increase the tactical and operational capabilities of a universal device as a secret weapon storage, to improve its consumer qualities by enhancing a masking visual-psychological effect (in relation to a potential adversary and / or an outside observer), not only when worn, but also in preparation for removal and the actual extraction of weapons, due to the appearance of the illusion that they do not have weapons in the wearable device, but a sound-reproducing device and ordinary ones in case of user manipulations on switching on / off, adjusting or recharging a sound reproducing device or automatically trying to protect it from forcible removal, as well as using a buckle (and, accordingly, a pencil case) as a carrier that is securely fixed in the waist position.

A universal device for covertly carrying small arms, comprising a case with a countersunk bed for small arms, characterized in that it is equipped with a sound reproducing device including the main and peripheral parts and is configured to identify it by external signs by an outside observer as a sound reproducing device. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that it is equipped with a device for fixing the case on the body of the user. 3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the main part of the sound reproducing device is the player, and the peripheral part is headphones connected to each other by a wired connection. 4. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the main part of the sound reproducing device is openly located on the outside of the case, at least in most of its frontal area. 5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the case is made round in shape, with a convex lid on the outside, with the possibility of placing in the sound reproducing device a standard laser disc with sound recording.
