Abstract

A multi-storey building, including external walls with entrance doors, residential blocks located on several floors and consisting of residential premises, and an elevator shaft with doors leading to landings, characterized in that the building additionally contains entrance doors located on the opposite side from the existing with the possibility of communication with residential blocks of the first floor, while the residential blocks of at least the first and second floors are made in the form of a multi-level apartment, and the doors of the elevator shaft have access to the stairwells and starting on the floor after a multi-level living space.

MULTI-STOREY BUILDING

The utility model relates to civil engineering, in particular to the layout of residential multi-storey buildings in urban areas, and can be used in the industrial construction of multi-storey residential buildings.

A well-known multi-storey residential building with elements of individualization of living conditions, including the same type of blocks installed on each other, each of which is made in the form of a platform for resting and growing plants and a combination of residential premises located on several floors with a lifting device serving them, and elevators located outside living quarters and connecting all the blocks together. At the same time, the platforms were made open, taken outside the blocks and covered with a layer of soil with the possibility of growing shrubs and trees, the blocks being located with the formation of residential sections, and the elevators separated into separate sections and placed between the residential sections (see RF patent K 2052614, IPC E 04H 1/00, published on January 20, 1996).

The design of the well-known multi-story residential building provides only the creation of conditions for the relaxation of each family living in the building, however, there are no conditions providing comfortable living for individual families.

Also known is the construction of the building from volumetric modules with the spatial distribution of the premises of each apartment in two levels to increase the volume of the apartments, increase the degree of natural light and reduce the cost of construction and operation of the building. Volumetric modules are arranged in two rows, mounted on top of each other according to the number of floors and are interconnected horizontally and vertically. The end faces of the modules form a common corridor. Modules of even floors of both rows are joined by their internal ends, equal to them in section by volume blocks. Volumetric modules of each odd floor of one row are connected with volumetric modules of upstream even floors of the second row, forming a single volume of apartments in two levels with the exit of light openings in opposite directions. The corridors between the inner ends of the volumetric modules are formed only on odd floors (see RF patent No. 2109900, IPC E 04H 1/00, E 04B 1/348, publ. 04/27/1998).

A well-known technical solution is aimed at increasing the volume of apartments, but does not provide comfortable conditions for individual living of individual families in an apartment building.

Also known is a multi-storey residential building in which, to improve the living conditions, collective recreational areas created as internal premises of the house are created (see US patent No. 4918889, IPC Е04Н 31/04, 1990).

A disadvantage of the known solution is the lack of conditions for individual living of individual families in a multi-storey building.

The closest technical solutions are a multi-storey building, including external walls with an entrance door, residential blocks, an elevator shaft with doors on each floor leading to the stairwells, and an elevator car with a door located near the shaft wall with doorways. At the same time, residential blocks are located on several floors and consist of residential premises, and the cabin and shaft in the lower part are made with an additional door and doorway in the wall opposite the walls, respectively, with the main door and doorways and directed towards the entrance door, the level of which corresponds to building zero located

at ground level (see RF patent No. 2005860, IPC E 04B 1/00, publ. 15.01.1994).

The known solution is aimed at creating favorable conditions for boarding and alighting passengers, mainly disabled people, but does not provide the possibility of individual living in a multi-storey building.

The objective of this utility model is to increase the comfort of living of an individual family in a multi-storey building by creating isolated residential blocks in it with an individual entrance to the apartment.

This object is achieved in that the well-known multi-storey building containing external walls with entrance doors, residential blocks located on several floors and consisting of residential premises, and an elevator shaft with doors facing the staircases, according to the utility model, further comprises entrance doors, placed on the opposite side from those available with the possibility of communication with residential blocks of the first floor, while the residential blocks of at least the first and second floors are made in the form of a multi-level apartment, and the doors elevator shafts have access to the stairwells, starting from the floor after a multi-level residential building.

The claimed combination of features allows you to create isolated residential blocks with a personal garage and a multi-level apartment of increased comfort and individual layout on the first two, three floors of a multi-storey building, which increases the comfort of living of an individual family in a multi-storey building, ensuring the prestige of the first floors.

A multi-storey residential building contains external walls with public doors 1 placed on one of its sides. On the opposite side of the outer wall are individual entrance openings 2 consisting of doors 3 and garage doors 4 (Fig. 1).

At least the first two floors are several residential blocks, each of which consists of a separate multi-level apartment 5, containing residential 6, auxiliary 7 rooms and a garage 8. Each residential block is connected to the street by an entrance aperture 2 and has access to the street or through doors 3, or through a garage door 4, and internal doors 9, which connect the interior of the garage 8 to apartment 5 (Figs. 1 and 4).

The floors located above the multi-level apartments consist of residential premises 10 of a standard layout with access to a common platform 11. On each platform 11 there are doorways 12 of the elevator box 13 (Fig. 2 and 4). The doorways 12 of the elevator shafts 13 on the first floor communicate with the street through the public entrance doors 1, located on the opposite side of the individual doors 3 (Fig. 4).

Possible options for the implementation of multi-level apartments: ground floor - 1st floor - 2nd floor. For example, an embodiment of a residential block in the form of a 2-level apartment located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a multi-level residential building. On the 1st floor there are: a garage 8, a kitchen-dining room 14, a living room 15, a bathroom 16, a hall 17, a pantry 18, a staircase 19 to the 2nd floor, loggias 20 (Fig. 1). On the 2nd floor there are: bedrooms 21, one or two bathrooms 16, office 22, hall 17 and loggias 23 (Fig. 3).

The construction of a multi-storey building allows you to have a 2-level apartment built into a multi-storey building, with a separate entrance and a private garage.

The multi-story building operates as follows.

Residents who occupy the apartment in an individual residential block enter apartment 5 through the entrance doors 3 or enter the garage 8 through the gate 4, from where they enter the living quarters through the internal door 9 (Figs. 1 and 4).

Residents living in dwellings 10 of a standard layout, go into the public entrance door 1, go up by elevator to the desired floor, exit through the doorways 12 of the elevator shaft 13 to a common area 11 of the corresponding floor. From a common site 11, each family enters their apartment (Figs. 2 and 4).

A multi-level apartment of this type allows its owner to drive into the garage by car, put the car in and go straight into the apartment from the garage. The apartment, as it were, is conditionally divided into two zones: the first is the guest, located on the 1st floor, which includes: a garage, a kitchen-dining room and a living room (in some cases it is possible to place a study or library); the second is a bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, which includes: bedrooms, one of the bedrooms (matrimonial) has its own separate large toilet room, which allows you to place the desired set of plumbing fixtures.

The presence of loggias around the entire perimeter of the apartments also creates additional living comfort, providing additional protection against the effects of adverse weather events. The division of the apartment into guest and sleeping areas in the domestic plan provides additional advantages over the standard planning solution. The first and second level of the apartment are interconnected by an internal staircase. Residential premises of individual development use the general communications of the house.

The proposed layout of multi-level apartments allows in a multi-storey building to increase the comfort of individual families.
