Изобретение относится к сфере производства предметов потребления и может быть использовано при изготовлении ювелирных и неювелирных украшений: колец, перстней, браслетов, колье, диадем и др. Известно кольцо, состоящее из двух шинок и поперечной вилки, образующих в сборе гнездо под ювелирный камень. Шинки имеют форму замкнутых колец с пружинящими отводами и установочными пазами в верхней части и фиксатором в нижней части в виде выступа на одной шинке и впадины на другой. Шинки и вилки соединены посредством пазов и зафиксированы вставленным ювелирным камнем (А.с. СССР N293588, кл. A 44 B 9/00, 1971г.)
Указанной конструкции изделия присущи следующие недостатки:
- сложная технология и высокие затраты на изготовление, обусловленные замкнутой кольцевой формой шинок, требующей для крепления их между собой и установки декоративного элемента использования большого количества усложняющих деталей: отводов, вилок, фиксаторов, пазов;
- неуниверсальность конструкции и технологии, связанные с выполнением шинок в виде замкнутых колец, ограничивающие вариабельность конструктивного решения, определяющие тривиальность общей формы изделия, сдерживающие возможности расширения ассортимента;
- недостаточно высокие потребительские качества при повышенной трудоемкости замены декоративного элемента вследствие того, что замкнутая кольцевая форма шинок требует для его крепления применения сложных дополнительных элементов;
- низкая эксплуатационная надежность, обусловленная повышенной вероятностью самопроизвольного разрушения конструкции изделия при его эксплуатации ввиду многочисленности соединений, необходимых для связи двух замкнутых кольцеобразных шинок;
- недостаточная техническая безопасность использования, не гарантирующая ввиду замкнутой формы шинок легкости снятия изделия без его необратимого разрушения или травматизации человека при несоответствии размера или длительном ношении, порождающем опасность "врастания" кольца.A ring is known, consisting of two tires and a transverse fork, which form an assembly for a jewelry stone. - insufficiently high consumer qualities with the increased complexity of replacing a decorative element due to the fact that the closed ring shape of the shanks requires the use of complex additional elements for its fastening;
- low operational reliability, due to the increased likelihood of spontaneous destruction of the product structure during its operation due to the multiplicity of connections needed to connect two closed ring-shaped tires;
- insufficient technical safety of use, which does not guarantee the ease of removal of the product due to the closed shape of the splint without its irreversible destruction or personal injury if the size is mismatched or worn for a long time, giving rise to the danger of ring ingrowth.

Целью изобретения является упрощение технологии и снижение затрат на изготовление, расширение ассортимента, повышение потребительских качеств, эксплуатационной надежности и безопасности использования изделия.
