Техническое решение относится к области медицины и гигиены, а именно к приспособлениям для медикаментозного или терапевтического воздействия. Заявлен предмет нижнего белья для мужчин, изготовленный в виде гибкого чехла для пениса, открытого на проксимальном участке и закрытого на дистальном участке, выполненного с образованием цилиндрического пространства внутри. Согласно заявляемому техническому решению, предмет нижнего белья на проксимальном участке с боковой стороны включает два разъединенных края, содержит элементы текстильной застежки, выполненные с возможностью соединения краев друг с другом для охвата цилиндрического пространства. Элемент текстильной застежки может быть выполнен на внутренней стороне одного края, а соответствующий ему элемент текстильной застежки выполнен на наружной стороне второго края.
