Description

 The invention relates to systems for searching goods in stores using subscriber terminals.

 There are known systems for ordering the required goods both over wired telecommunication networks (WO 95/27949 A1, G 06 F 17/30, 10.19.95, US 5956727 A, G 06 F 17/30, US 5960424 A, G 06 F 17/30, 09/28/99, WO 00/00908 A2, G 06 F 17/30, 01/06/2000), and over wireless telephone networks (WO 95/23389 A1, G 06 F 17/30, 08/31/95, WO 95 / 23390 A1, G 06 F 17/330, 08/31/95, WO 95/26535 A1, G 06 F 17/30, 10/05/95).

 The first ones allow you to search the databases of stores where the required product is available, however, the search for products in large stores with information about the required products is difficult in itself. The second also allows you to determine the availability of the required goods by contacting the store’s inquiry and information service, however, finding goods in the largest store (supermarket) is difficult.

 The technical result consists in increasing the serviceability of customer service (buyers) when searching for goods.

 To do this, after the user has accessed and connected to the product information node at the subscriber terminal, data on the required product is transmitted and the database is searched, and after the data on the required product is transmitted, the product information node generates and transmits a barcode to the subscriber terminal the required product, which is indicated on the information panel or display of the subscriber terminal, while the store is reading the bar code from the information panel or display of the subscriber terminal and transmitting a visa complete and / or acoustic information about the location of the required product.

 And also the fact that as a subscriber terminal they use a cellular telephone or mobile phone.

 The method according to the invention is illustrated as follows.

 The subscriber at the subscriber terminal, which can be used as a mobile phone mobile phone, dials, for example, the node number of information about the goods and after the connection transmits data on the required goods. At the same time, if data on goods is transmitted from the keyboard of the subscriber terminal using an alphanumeric code known to the subscriber, they are sent directly to a computer, which, using its database, checks the availability of the goods and transmits the barcode of the available goods. If data on goods is transmitted acoustically (table of orders), the operator enters data from his keyboard into the computer and then the above search for goods is carried out.

 The bar code of the required product is displayed on the display panel or display of the subscriber terminal.

 In addition, the subscriber enters the order and data on the quantity of the purchased goods, as well as the address and time of delivery, into the node of information on goods, which by default are the time the order was entered and the location of the barcode reader. The ordered goods are delivered to the specified address and at the specified time.

 Entering the store, the subscriber approaches the administrative terminal installed in the store and reads the barcode information by holding the subscriber terminal in front of the reading element, which can be performed, for example, in the same way as in US 3553438, G 07 K 7/10 , 1976. By the barcode, the administrative terminal provides acoustic or visual (on its display) information about the location of the goods (floor, section, etc.). The goods can also be delivered to the subscriber at the location of the barcode reader.

 Thus, the subscriber does not need to look for where the required product is located, i.e. saving his time.

The way to search for goods in a store by a bar code, which consists in connecting the subscriber terminal to the product information node, transferring data on the required product from the subscriber terminal to the product information node and searching for the product information on the desired product in the database, which differs the fact that the product information node after being in the database of the required product transmits to the subscriber terminal a barcode of the required product, which is displayed on the information panel or display of the subscriber term la, and the store via administration terminal reads the barcode with the information panel or the subscriber terminal display and issuing administrative terminal stores the visual and / or acoustic information about the location of the required goods.  2.
