Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности и может быть использовано при изготовлении фиточаев - заменителей обычного чая, предпочтительно применяемых при профилактике сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Новая композиция обладает приятным вкусом, специфическим запахом, положительно влияет на сердечно-сосудистую деятельность человеческого организма. Каждый компонент новой смеси является ее неотъемлемой частью и существенно влияет на все свойства состава. Новая композиция, как и прототип, содержит боярышник и мяту перечную, но в других весовых количествах. Кроме того, боярышник в новом составе используется в виде цветков, а не в виде плодов, как в прототипе, что существенно влияет на цвет, аромат состава. Биологическая активность нового состава определяется тем, что каждый компонент смеси содержит те или иные биологически активные вещества. The new composition is obtained by mixing the dried and ground components in the desired weight ratio and subsequent packaging.
