 A composition of ingredients for balsam is known, which is based on the combined use of rowan fruit drinks, rosehip with essential lemon oil and aromatic raw materials, which include birch buds, corn stigmas, lingonberry leaf, dill, sweet clover, oregano, bird cherry, pine buds, sea buckthorn, motherwort (RU, patent 2070918, class C 12 G 3/06, 1996).

 A disadvantage of the known composition is not sufficiently high targeted healing properties.

 A known composition of ingredients for balsam containing birch buds, birch bark, valerian, oak bark, ginger, galangal, coriander, almonds, dill, allspice, cinnamon, honey, St. John's wort, bison, nettle, thyme, apple leaves, apple and cherry spirit juices, lemon oil, orange oil, sugar syrup and water-alcohol liquid (RU, patent 2110565, class C 12 G 3/06, 1998).

 Although the well-known balm is enriched with a complex of biologically active substances containing natural preservatives and adsorbents, it is not sufficiently enriched with tannins, organic acids, enzymes that regulate the mass transfer of biologically active substances.

 Closest to the proposed one is a composition of ingredients for balsam, containing sandwort immortelle (flowers and leaves), oregano (tops of flowering stems), birch buds, St. John's wort (flowers and leaves), fireweed (flowers and leaves), peppermint (leaves), medicinal chamomile, valerian (root), clove (unblown flower buds), cinnamon (bark), galangal (root), coriander (fruits), honey, vanillin, Rhodiola rosea, licorice root, dill, horsetail, celery, violet, catnip, linden, pine needles, hops, as well as apple alcohol with , Rowan juice, chokeberry juice, bird cherry juice, berry juice hips, hawthorn berry juice, sugar syrup, color and water-alcohol liquid (RU, patent 2081159, cl.  A disadvantage of the known composition is the presence of scarce ingredients - Rhodiola rosea, insufficient content of natural essential oils, which give the balsam its original taste and aroma, as well as lignin, fiber and sterol, which improve the course of metabolic processes in the body.

 The technical result of the present invention is to increase the tonic properties and phytotherapeutic activity of the balm, giving the taste and aroma a very pleasant jasmine tone and expanding the range of balms with therapeutic and prophylactic properties.

Each group is subjected to double infusion with a water-alcohol liquid separately. The conditions of the bay in each group are the same and the bay is carried out in 2 parallel stages. 27-30 kg of a mixture of dry ingredients of the 1st group are poured with a 50% aqueous-alcoholic liquid, insist 10-15 days with daily stirring, the first plum infusion is decanted from the precipitate, the remaining raw materials are poured with 40% aqueous-alcoholic liquid, it is also insisted for 5-6 days , decanted from the precipitate and combined with infusion I drain, receiving 600-650 l of the mixture.

 In parallel, a water-alcohol infusion of 9-10 kg of a mixture of dry ingredients of group II is prepared, receiving 150-160 l of infusion.

 All obtained infusions are mixed and used as a blending material.

 Alcoholized juices are obtained from cherries and apples, and fruit juice is extracted from rowan berries twice.

 Sugar is introduced into the blend in the form of sugar syrup with a concentration of 65-70%.

 Honey is dissolved in hot water before being added to the blend. Vanillin and essential oil are pre-dissolved in rectified alcohol in a ratio of 1:10.

 Fruit drinks, alcoholized juices, herbal infusions, rectified spirit, vanillin, essential oils, part of the corrected water, sugar syrup, color, honey and the rest of the water are successively added to the blending vat to bring the blend to the specified volume.

 Mixing the blend is done periodically after making each component for 3-5 minutes, and after blending for 15-30 minutes.

 After blending, an average sample is taken for analysis.

 If the prepared blend does not match the recipe according to one of the indicators, it is adjusted by introducing the required components.

 After repeated mixing, the blend is again analyzed, incubated for 2-3 days and sent for filtering, and then for bottling.
