Полезная модель относится к устройствам для обработки рыбы, в частности к приспособлениям для ручной очистки рыбы, и может быть использована как в домашних условиях, так и на предприятиях общественного питания.Техническая задача заявляемой полезной модели - обеспечение более надежного зажима рыбы на доске при очистке ее от чешуи.Доска разделочная для рыбы состоит из двух частей, причем одна часть выполнена П-образной и снабжена упором, другая часть, выполненная в виде полки, является подвижной, а между собой части соединены шарнирно с возможностью зажима между ними рыбы, отличающаяся тем, что торец П-образной части доски в месте зажима рыбы снабжена пазом, а ответный торец полки выполнен с гребнем. 3 ил.The utility model relates to devices for processing fish, in particular to devices for manual cleaning of fish, and can be used both at home and at public catering establishments.
