Claims (15)
1. Композиция смазочного масла для двигателя внутреннего сгорания, содержащая базовое масло GTL (полученное газо-жидкостной конверсией), синтезированное способом Фишера-Тропша, и агент для улучшения индекса вязкости, причем содержание агента для улучшения индекса вязкости относительно общего количества композиции смазочного масла составляет от 0,1 до 20% мас. по количеству смолы, и указанная композиция смазочного масла удовлетворяет следующим условиям (a) – (e):
(а) вязкость при высокой температуре и высокой скорости сдвига (HTHSV (ASTM D4683 или ASTM D5481)) при 150°C, 106 с-1 составляет 1,0 мПа•c или более;
(b) кинематическая вязкость (KV (JIS K2283)) при 100°C составляет 3,0 мм2/с или более;
(c) HTHSV50°C/HTHSV150°C составляет 6,50 или менее;
(d) KV50°C/HTHSV150°C составляет 8,00 или менее; и
(e) летучесть по NOACK (JPI-5S-41) составляет 15% мас. или менее.
2. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, содержащая одно или более базовых масел, имеющих KV100°C от 1 до 8 мм2/с, индекс вязкости 110 или более, %CA (содержание ароматических соединений) по ASTM D3238 5 или менее, и %CP (содержание парафиновых цепей) по ASTM D3238 60 или более, причем:
содержание базовых масел относительно общего количества композиции смазочного масла составляет 50% мас. или менее, и фракция всех базовых масел при 380°С или менее при газохроматографической перегонке по ASTM D2887 составляет 10% мас. или менее.
3. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что выполнено по меньшей мере одно из условий (f) - (i), приведенных ниже:
(f) композиция смазочного масла содержит металлосодержащую моющую присадку, содержащую по меньшей мере одно, выбранное из Ca и Mg, и [Ca] + [Mg] = от 0,10 до 0,25, где [Ca], [Mg], соответственно, представляют собой концентрации (% мас.) кальция и магния в композиции смазочного масла;
(g) композиция смазочного масла содержит сукцинимидный беззольный диспергирующий агент и/или модифицированный бором сукцинимидный беззольный диспергирующий агент, и указанные диспергирующие агенты составляют от 0,01 до 0,20% мас. (относительно общего количества композиции смазочного масла) в пересчете на концентрацию азота;
(h) композиция смазочного масла содержит ZnDTP в количестве от 0,03 до 0,09% мас. (относительно общего количества композиции смазочного масла) в пересчете на концентрацию фосфора; и/или
(i) композиция смазочного масла содержит органическое соединение молибдена в количестве от 0,01 до 0,12% мас. (относительно общего количества композиции смазочного масла) в пересчете на концентрацию Mo.
4. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-3, содержащая по меньшей мере одно, выбранное из ингибитора коррозии, фенольного антиоксиданта, аминного антиоксиданта и серосодержащей присадки.
5. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что агент для улучшения индекса вязкости представляет собой гребнеобразный полимер, при этом указанный гребнеобразный полимер предпочтительно содержит (1) повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из макромономеров на основе полиолефинов, и (2) повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из низкомолекулярных мономеров, выбранных из группы, содержащей стирольные мономеры, которые содержат от 8 до 17 атомов углерода, алкил(мет)акрилаты, которые содержат от 1 до 10 атомов углерода в спиртовом фрагменте, виниловые сложные эфиры, которые содержат от 1 до 11 атомов углерода в ациле, виниловые простые эфиры, которые содержат от 1 до 10 атомов углерода в спиртовом фрагменте, (ди)алкилфумараты, которые содержат от 1 до 10 атомов углерода в спиртовом фрагменте, (ди)алкилмалеаты, которые содержат от 1 до 10 атомов углерода в спиртовом фрагменте, а также смеси указанных мономеров, входящие в состав основной цепи.
