Claims (36)
1. Сборка уплотняющего переходника для герметизации скважинного инструмента, содержащая:
уплотняющий переходник, содержащий присоединительную составляющую, выполненную с возможностью присоединения уплотняющего переходника к скважинному инструменту, причем в уплотняющем переходнике выполнен сквозной канал;
корпус головки детонатора, имеющий внешнюю поверхность, первый конец и второй конец, причем внешняя поверхность корпуса головки детонатора герметично размещена в канале уплотняющего переходника; и
электрическую контактную составляющую, проходящую через корпус головки детонатора и выполненную с возможностью электрической проводимости через корпус головки детонатора,
причем корпус головки детонатора и электрическая контактная составляющая имеют общую продольную ось, а по меньшей мере часть электрической контактной составляющей выполнена с возможностью поворота относительно корпуса головки детонатора.
2. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что электрическая контактная составляющая содержит первый конец, смежный с первым концом корпуса головки детонатора, и второй конец, смежный со вторым концом корпуса головки детонатора, при этом обеспечена непрерывная электрическая проводимость от первого конца до второго конца электрической контактной составляющей.
3. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что электрическая контактная составляющая дополнительно содержит:
контактор, имеющий первый радиус;
головку контактора, расположенную внутри канала корпуса головки детонатора, причем головка контактора имеет второй радиус, больший первого радиуса контактора; и
смещающий элемент, прилегающий к головке контактора и расположенный внутри канала корпуса головки детонатора.
4. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что смещающий элемент выполнен с возможностью поджатия головки контактора от первого конца корпуса головки детонатора ко второму концу корпуса головки детонатора.
5. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что указанный канал содержит концевой канал, проходящий через второй конец, причем концевой канал имеет радиус концевого конца, меньший, чем радиус канала, проходящего между первым концом и вторым концом.
6. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что
первый радиус контактора меньше радиуса концевого канала; и
второй радиус головки контактора больше радиуса концевого канала.
7. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что второй радиус головки контактора имеет такой размер, чтобы она могла проскальзывать внутрь канала корпуса головки детонатора.
8. Сборка уплотняющего переходника для герметизации скважинного инструмента, содержащая:
уплотняющий переходник, содержащий присоединительную составляющую, выполненную с возможностью присоединения уплотняющего переходника к скважинному инструменту, причем в уплотняющем переходнике выполнен сквозной канал;
корпус головки детонатора, имеющий внешнюю поверхность, первый конец и второй конец, причем внешняя поверхность корпуса головки детонатора герметично размещена в канале уплотняющего переходника; и
электрическую контактную составляющую, содержащую контактор, проходящий через корпус головки детонатора и выполненный с возможностью электрической проводимости через корпус головки детонатора, причем контактор содержит головку контактора, расположенную с возможностью скольжения в корпусе головки детонатора, причем корпус головки детонатора и электрическая контактная составляющая имеют общую продольную ось, а по меньшей мере часть контактора электрической контактной составляющей выполнена с возможностью поворота относительно корпуса головки детонатора, и причем сборка уплотняющего переходника выполнена с возможностью поддержания перепада давления между первым концом и вторым концом корпуса головки детонатора, когда уплотняющий переходник присоединен к скважинному инструменту.
9. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что электрическая контактная составляющая содержит первый конец, смежный с первым концом корпуса головки детонатора, и второй конец, смежный со вторым концом корпуса головки детонатора, при этом обеспечена непрерывная электрическая проводимость от первого конца до второго конца электрической контактной составляющей.
10. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 8 или 9, отличающаяся тем, что контактор проходит через второй конец корпуса головки детонатора.
11. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по любому из пп. 8-10, дополнительно содержащая смещающий элемент, расположенный внутри канала корпуса головки детонатора и прилегающий к головке контактора.
12. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что смещающий элемент выполнен с возможностью поджатия головки контактора от первого конца корпуса головки детонатора ко второму концу корпуса головки детонатора.
13. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по любому из пп. 8-12, отличающаяся тем, что указанный канал содержит концевой канал, проходящий через второй конец корпуса головки детонатора, причем концевой канал имеет радиус, меньший, чем радиус канала, проходящего между первым концом и вторым концом корпуса головки детонатора.
14. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 13, отличающаяся тем, что
радиус контактора меньше радиуса концевого канала; и
радиус головки контактора больше радиуса концевого канала.
15. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по любому из пп. 8-14, дополнительно содержащая провод, проходящий через первый конец корпуса головки детонатора и присоединенный к электрической контактной составляющей.
16. Сборка уплотняющего переходника по п. 15, дополнительно содержащая изоляцию между проводом и первым концом корпуса головки детонатора.
17. Сборка головки детонатора, содержащая:
корпус головки детонатора, имеющий первый конец, второй конец и канал, проходящий между первым концом и вторым концом;
электрическую контактную составляющую, содержащую контактор, соединенный с головкой контактора, причем радиус головки контактора больше радиуса контактора, причем головка контактора расположена с возможностью скольжения в канале корпуса головки детонатора, и причем электрическая контактная составляющая выполнена с возможностью электрической проводимости через корпус головки детонатора, причем корпус головки детонатора, электрическая контактная составляющая и канал корпуса головки детонатора имеют общую продольную ось.
18. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 17, отличающаяся тем, что корпус головки детонатора и электрическая контактная составляющая выполнены с возможностью поворота относительно друг друга вокруг общей продольной оси.
19. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 17 или 18, дополнительно содержащая смещающий элемент, расположенный внутри канала корпуса головки детонатора и прилегающий к головке контактора.
20. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 19, отличающаяся тем, что смещающий элемент выполнен с возможностью поджатия головки контактора от первого конца корпуса головки детонатора ко второму концу корпуса головки детонатора.
