Claims (21)
1. Катализатор для очистки выхлопного газа, содержащего SО2, NОх и элементарную ртуть, в присутствии азотистого восстановителя, причем катализатор содержит композицию, содержащую оксиды:
(i) молибдена (Мо) и/или вольфрама (W);
(ii) ванадия (V);
(iii) титана (Тi); и
(iv) цеолит МFI,
где данная композиция содержит, в расчете на полную массу композиции:
(i) от 1 до 6 масс.% МоО3 и/или от 1 до 10 масс.% WО3; и
(ii) от 0,1 до 3 масс.% V2О5; и
(iii) от 48,5 до 94,5 масс.% ТiО2; и
(iv) от 35 до 50 масс.% цеолита МFI.
2. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором данная композиция не содержит фосфора.
3. Катализатор по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором данная композиция состоит из цеолита МFI и оксидов Мо, W, V и Тi.
4. Катализатор по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где данный катализатор является пластинчатым катализатором.
5. Катализатор по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором цеолит МFI является цеолитом Н–МFI.
6. Катализатор по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором цеолит МFI является цеолитом Н–ZSМ–5.
7. Способ очистки выхлопного газа, содержащего SО2, NОх и элементарную ртуть, в котором:
осуществляют взаимодействие потока выхлопного газа с катализатором по любому из пп. 1–6 в присутствии азотистого восстановителя, с получением тем самым очищенного выхлопного газа.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором азотистым восстановителем является аммиак, гидразин или предшественник аммиака, выбранный из группы, состоящей из мочевины ((NН2)2СО), карбоната аммония, карбамата аммония, гидрокарбоната аммония и формиата аммония.
9. Выхлопная система для источника сгорания для выполнения способа по п. 7 или 8, содержащая трубопровод для переноса потока выхлопного газа, источник азотистого восстановителя, катализатор по любому из пп. 1–6, расположенный на пути течения выхлопного газа, и средство для дозирования азотистого восстановителя в поток выхлопного газа выше по потоку от катализатора.
10. Выхлопная система по п. 9, дополнительно содержащая мокрый или сухой скруббер для извлечения окисленной ртути из очищенного выхлопного газа.
11. Выхлопная система по п. 8 или 9, в которой источник сгорания представляет собой печь или бойлер, предпочтительно на угольной или нефтяной электростанции, цементном заводе или мусоросжигателе.
