Claims (18)
1. Растение соевых бобов или часть указанного растения, содержащие трансгенное событие CIGBDt–Def1 или трансгенное событие CIGBIs–Def5, где семена соевых бобов, репрезентативные для указанных событий, депонировали в National Collection of Industrial, Food and Marine Bacteria (NCIMB), United Kingdom, под номером доступа NCIMB 42724 (событие CIGBDt–Def1) и NCIMB 42725 (событие CIGBIs–Def5).
2. Растение соевых бобов по п. 1, которое представляет собой потомство любого поколения указанного растения соевых бобов, содержащее событие CIGBDt–Def1 или событие CIGBIs–Def5.
3. Растение соевых бобов по п. 1, являющееся результатом скрещивания растения соевых бобов, которое содержит трансгенное событие CIGBDt–Def1 или событие CIGBIs–Def5, с не трансгенным растением соевых бобов.
4. Часть растения по п. 1, которая представляет собой корень, почку, лист, пыльцу, яйцеклетку, цветок или клетку.
5. Семя растения соевых бобов, содержащее событие CIGBDt–Def1 или событие CIGBIs–Def5.
6. Продукт соевых бобов, получаемый из растения или из семени соевых бобов, содержащих событие CIGBDt–Def1 или событие CIGBIs–Def5.
7. Продукт по п. 6, который представляет собой муку, хлопья, масло или продукт для питания человека или животного.
8. Способ получения растения соевых бобов, устойчивого к гербициду глифосату и к заболеваниям, обусловленных грибами или оомицетами, в котором событие CIGBDt–Def1 или событие CIGBIs–Def5 вводят в геном указанного растения.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором заболевание соевых бобов представляет собой азиатскую ржавчину, обусловленную Phakopsora pachyrhizi.
10. Способ по п. 8, включающий скрещивание растения соевых бобов, содержащего событие CIGBDt–Def1 или событие CIGBIs–Def5, с другим растением соевых бобов и отбор потомства, содержащего одно из этих событий.
11. Набор реактивов для обнаружения нуклеиновой кислоты, соответствующей событию CIGBDt–Def1 или событию CIGBIs–Def5, в образце геномной нуклеиновой кислоты соевых бобов, который содержит по меньшей мере пару олигонуклеотидов для амплификации фрагментов нуклеиновой кислоты, соответствующих областям объединения между нуклеиновой кислотой растения соевых бобов и нуклеиновой кислотой, соответствующей событию CIGBDt–Def1 или событию CIGBIs–Def5.
12. Способ диагностики события CIGBDt–Def1 или события CIGBIs–Def5 в образце соевых бобов, включающий анализ указанного образца для обнаружения присутствия нуклеиновой кислоты или белка, соответствующих событию CIGBDt–Def1 или событию CIGBIs–Def5.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором используют набор реактивов по п. 11.
14. Способ увеличения урожая сельскохозяйственной культуры соевых бобов в поле, который включает
a) высев семян растения соевых бобов, содержащих событие CIGBDt–Def1 или событие CIGBIs–Def5,
b) создание сельскохозяйственной культуры соевых бобов в поле,
c) обработку поля эффективным количеством гербицида глифосата для того, чтобы контролировать сорняки.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором поле обрабатывают между фазами сельскохозяйственной культуры V1 и R4.
