Claims (43)
1. Система для высвобождения имплантата, содержащая:
плетеный имплантат, содержащий первый конец и второй конец;
доставочную трубку, содержащую и дистальный конец, и наружную поверхность, содержащую прорезь, расположенную на ней вблизи дистального конца;
внутренний удлиненный элемент, содержащий дистальный конец, прикрепленный с возможностью отсоединения к первому концу плетеного имплантата; и
расширительное кольцо, механически соединенное с плетеным имплантатом рядом со вторым концом плетеного имплантата и выполненное с возможностью перемещения из сжатой конфигурации в развернутую конфигурацию, причем в сжатой конфигурации оно находится в зацеплении с прорезью, и при этом в развернутой конфигурации высвобождается из зацепления с прорезью, высвобождая таким образом доставочную трубку.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой плетеный имплантат содержит:
складку, расположенную дистально по отношению к дистальному концу доставочной трубки,
наружный сегмент складки, проходящий в проксимальном направлении из складки и содержащий второй конец плетеного имплантата, и
внутренний сегмент складки, охватываемый наружным сегментом складки, проходящий в проксимальном направлении из складки и содержащий первый конец плетеного имплантата.
3. Система по п. 2, в которой расширительное кольцо механически соединено с частью наружного сегмента складки, причем наружный сегмент складки покрывает по меньшей мере часть прорези и по меньшей мере часть расширительного кольца.
4. Система по п. 1, в которой развернутая конфигурация расширительного кольца содержит:
крепежный сегмент, прикрепленный к плетеному имплантату и открывающий первую область окклюзирующего мешка в первую окружность; и
выступающий участок, прикрепленный к крепежному сегменту и открывающий вторую область окклюзирующего мешка во вторую окружность, которая больше первой окружности.
5. Система по п. 1, в которой расширительное кольцо содержит множество элементов в форме лепестков, которые проходят в радиальном направлении при перемещении расширительного кольца из сжатой конфигурации в развернутую конфигурацию.
6. Система по п. 1, в которой расширительное кольцо в сжатой конфигурации содержит множество сегментов, соединенных с формированием по существу трубчатой зигзагообразной структуры.
7. Система по п. 2, в которой доставочная трубка дополнительно содержит проходящий сквозь нее просвет, а внутренний сегмент складки плетеного имплантата расположен внутри просвета.
8. Система по п. 1, в которой за счет проталкивания внутреннего удлиненного элемента в дистальном направлении плетеный имплантат имеет возможность проталкивания в дистальном направлении для имплантации по меньшей мере части плетеного имплантата.
9. Устройство для лечения аневризмы, содержащее:
трубчатый доставочный элемент, содержащий дистальный конец, внутреннее пространство, наружную сторону и прорезь, расположенную с наружной стороны вблизи от дистального конца;
внутренний удлиненный элемент, расположенный внутри внутреннего пространства трубчатого доставочного элемента, содержащий дистальный конец и проксимальный конец;
плетеный трубчатый имплантат, выполненный с возможностью перемещения из конфигурации доставки в имплантированную конфигурацию, причем конфигурация доставки содержит:
первый конец, проходящий в проксимальном направлении внутри внутреннего пространства трубчатого доставочного элемента и прикрепленный с возможностью отсоединения к дистальному концу внутреннего удлиненного элемента, и
второй конец, проходящий в дистальном направлении от дистального конца трубчатого доставочного элемента и складывающийся в проксимальном направлении над по меньшей мере частью прорези; и
расширительный компонент, расположенный внутри прорези и прикрепленный к плетеному трубчатому имплантату вблизи второго конца, причем расширительный компонент выполнен с возможностью перемещения из сжатой конфигурации в развернутую конфигурацию, при этом в сжатой конфигурации он находится в зацеплении с прорезью и при этом в развернутой конфигурации он высвобождается из зацепления с прорезью.
10. Устройство по п. 9, в котором прорезь содержит кольцевую выемку на наружной поверхности трубчатого доставочного элемента.
11. Устройство по п. 10, в котором расширительный компонент при нахождении в сжатой конфигурации расположен в кольцевой выемке.
12. Устройство по п. 9, в котором имплантированная конфигурация плетеного трубчатого имплантата содержит окклюзирующий мешок, и при этом расширительный компонент расположен внутри окклюзирующего мешка.
13. Устройство по п. 12, в котором расширительный компонент содержит множество выступающих элементов, смыкающихся с окклюзирующим мешком в развернутой конфигурации.
14. Устройство по п. 9, в котором сжатая конфигурация расширительного компонента содержит отверстие, через которое проходит плетеный трубчатый имплантат при перемещении из конфигурации доставки в имплантированную конфигурацию.
15. Способ лечения аневризмы, при этом способ включает в себя этапы, на которых:
обеспечивают систему доставки плетеного имплантата, в которой система доставки имплантата содержит плетеный имплантат, доставочную трубку, содержащую прорезь, и расширительный компонент;
прикрепляют плетеный имплантат к расширительному компоненту;
вводят расширительный компонент в зацепление с прорезью;
имплантируют плетеный имплантат в аневризму;
расширяют расширительный компонент для высвобождения расширительного компонента из зацепления с прорезью; и
высвобождают расширительный компонент из доставочной трубки, за счет чего плетеный имплантат высвобождается из доставочной трубки.
16. Способ по п. 15, дополнительно включающий стадию расширения расширительного компонента для окклюзии по меньшей мере части шейки аневризмы.
17. Способ по п. 15, в котором стадия имплантации плетеного имплантата в аневризму включает в себя стадию формирования окклюзирующего мешка, и
при этом стадия расширения расширительного компонента включает в себя стадию прохождения окклюзирующего мешка через шейку аневризмы.
18. Способ по п. 15, в котором система доставки плетеного имплантата дополнительно содержит внутренний удлиненный элемент, причем способ дополнительно включает стадию прикрепления плетеного имплантата к внутреннему удлиненному элементу.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором стадия имплантации плетеного имплантата в аневризму дополнительно включает в себя стадии:
проталкивания внутреннего удлиненного элемента в дистальном направлении с проталкиванием таким образом части плетеного имплантата в аневризму; и
отсоединения плетеного имплантата от внутреннего удлиненного элемента.
