Claims (31)
1. Пресс-форма для формования PVB-пленки для HUD (дисплея на лобовом стекле), причем пресс-форма для формования включает верхнюю форму и нижнюю форму, обе из которых могут создавать замкнутую формообразующую полость, когда сжаты друг с другом, причем на внутренних поверхностях верхней формы и нижней формы соответственно размещаются защитные пленки для поддерживания PVB-материала и предотвращения сцепления PVB-материала с верхней формой и нижней формой, и причем конфигурации защитных пленок соответствуют конфигурациям верхней формы и нижней формы.
2. Пресс-форма для формования по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что толщины защитных пленок являются равномерными.
3. Пресс-форма для формования по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что толщины защитных пленок составляют 0,1-1 мм.
4. Пресс-форма для формования по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что толщины защитных пленок составляют 0,1-0,25 мм.
5. Пресс-форма для формования по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что поперечное сечение формообразующей полости по одному направлению является клиновидным.
6. Пресс-форма для формования по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что поперечное сечение формообразующей полости по одному направлению является клиновидным, и поперечное сечение формообразующей полости по еще одному другому направлению является изогнутым.
7. Пресс-форма для формования по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что оба поперечных сечения формообразующей полости по двум направлениям являются изогнутыми.
8. Пресс-форма для формования по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что изогнутые поверхности могут компенсировать четкость изображения за счет изогнутой поверхности стекла, используемого для HUD-изображения.
9. Способ формования PVB-пленки для HUD, включающий следующие стадии:
(а) сэндвичеобразного размещения PVB-материала между двумя защитными пленками, и затем размещения PVB-материала в предварительно нагретой пресс-форме; или размещения первой защитной пленки из двух защитных пленок в предварительно нагретой пресс-форме, и затем размещения PVB-материала на первой защитной пленке, и, наконец, размещения второй защитной пленки из двух защитных пленок на PVB-материале;
(b) зажимания пресс-формы,
(с) создания давления в пресс-форме и нагревания пресс-формы до желательной температуры;
(d) извлечения сформованной PVB-пленки вместе с двумя защитными пленками;
(е) охлаждения сформованной PVB-пленки; и
(f) отслаивания двух защитных пленок и получения PVB-пленки для HUD.
10. Способ формования по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что стадия (с) проводится при температуре 120-200°С.
11. Способ формования по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что стадия (с) проводится при температуре 160-170°С.
12. Способ формования по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что давление на стадии (с) находится в диапазоне 10-100 МПа.
13. Способ формования по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что давление на стадии (с) находится в диапазоне 20-30 МПа.
14. Способ формования по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что продолжительность нагревания на стадии (с) составляет 20-180 секунд.
15. Способ формования по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что продолжительность нагревания на стадии (с) составляет 60-120 секунд.
16. Способ формования по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что защитные пленки изготовлены из термостойкой подложки и антипригарного покрытия.
17. Способ формования по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что защитные пленки изготовлены из стекловолоконной подложки и тефлонового покрытия.
18. Способ формования по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что толщины защитных пленок составляют 0,1-1 мм.
19. Способ формования по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что толщины защитных пленок составляют 0,1-0,25 мм.
20. PVB-пленка для HUD, в которой систематическая погрешность HUD-изображения, достигаемая PVB-пленкой, составляет ±0,1 мрад.
21. PVB-пленка для HUD по п. 20, отличающаяся тем, что поперечное сечение PVB-пленки по одному направлению является клиновидным.
22. PVB-пленка для HUD по п. 20, отличающаяся тем, что поперечное сечение PVB-пленки по одному направлению является клиновидным, и поперечное сечение PVB-пленки по еще одному другому направлению является изогнутым.
23. PVB-пленка для HUD по п. 20, отличающаяся тем, что оба поперечных сечения PVB-пленки по двум направлениям являются изогнутыми.
24. PVB-пленка для HUD по п. 23, отличающаяся тем, что изогнутые поверхности могут компенсировать точность изображения сообразно изогнутой поверхности стекла, используемого для HUD-изображения.
25. PVB-пленка для HUD по п. 20, отличающаяся тем, что PVB-пленка получается способом формования по любому из пп. 9-19, причем пресс-форма представляет собой пресс-форму для формования по любому из пп. 1-8.
