Claims (19)
1. Отвержденное на воздухе окрашенное в массе фиброцементное изделие для настила, которое содержит по меньшей мере один или более пигментов.
2. Отвержденное на воздухе окрашенное в массе фиброцементное изделие для настила по п. 1, которое содержит по меньшей мере один тип синтетических волокон.
3. Отвержденное на воздухе окрашенное в массе фиброцементное изделие для настила по п. 1 или 2, которое содержит по меньшей мере один тип волокон на основе поливинилового спирта.
4. Отвержденное на воздухе окрашенное в массе фиброцементное изделие для настила по любому из пп. 1–3, содержащее комбинацию из по меньшей мере двух типов синтетических волокон.
5. Отвержденное на воздухе окрашенное в массе фиброцементное изделие для настила по любому из пп. 1–4, где указанная комбинация из по меньшей мере двух типов синтетических волокон представляет собой комбинацию из по меньшей мере полипропиленовых волокон и волокон на основе поливинилового спирта.
6. Отвержденное на воздухе окрашенное в массе фиброцементное изделие для настила по любому из пп. 1–5, дополнительно содержащее аморфный диоксид кремния в количестве от приблизительно 4 вес. % до приблизительно 7 вес. % в пересчете на общий сухой вес фиброцементной композиции указанного отвержденного на воздухе окрашенного в массе фиброцементного изделия для настила.
7. Отвержденное на воздухе окрашенное в массе фиброцементное изделие для настила по любому из пп. 1–6, где указанные один или более пигментов присутствуют в общем количестве от приблизительно 2 вес. % до приблизительно 10 вес. % в пересчете на общий сухой вес фиброцементной композиции указанного отвержденного на воздухе окрашенного в массе фиброцементного изделия для настила.
8. Отвержденное на воздухе окрашенное в массе фиброцементное изделие для настила по любому из пп. 1–7, которое представляет собой фиброцементную панель для настила или фиброцементную плитку для настила.
9. Способ изготовления отвержденного на воздухе окрашенного в массе фиброцементного изделия для настила, включающий по меньшей мере этапы:
(i) обеспечения фиброцементного раствора;
(ii) изготовления фиброцементного изделия для настила с применением способа получения фиброцемента;
(iii) обеспечения отверждения на воздухе фиброцементного изделия для настила;
при этом указанный способ отличается тем, что в ходе этапа (i) и/или этапа (ii) в указанное фиброцементное изделие добавляют один или более пигментов.
10. Способ по п. 9, где указанный способ получения фиброцемента представляет собой способ Гатчека.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 9 и 10, где в ходе этапа (i) обеспечения фиброцементного раствора в фиброцементный раствор добавляют один или более пигментов.
12. Способ по п. 10, где указанные один или более пигментов добавляют с помощью отдельного элемента для подачи пигментной суспензии.
13. Способ по п. 12, где в ходе изготовления указанные один или более пигментов добавляют только в одну или более из самых верхних фиброцементных пленок указанного фиброцементного изделия для настила.
14. Отвержденное на воздухе окрашенное в массе фиброцементное изделие для настила, получаемое с помощью любого из способов по пп. 9–13.
15. Применение отвержденного на воздухе окрашенного в массе фиброцементного изделия для настила по любому из пп. 1–8 или п. 14 в качестве строительного материала.
