Claims (25)
1. Водная не содержащая хрома композиция покрытия, включающая в себя
(A) по меньшей мере одно связующее вещество, содержащее
(A1) по меньшей мере одну синтетическую смолу и
(A2) по меньшей мере одно сшивающее средство,
отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит
(B) по меньшей мере одно комплексное соединение железо(III)-трис(N,N-дитиокарбамат) общей формулы (I)
[R1-N(-R2)- C(=S)- S]3Fe+III (I)
где
(i) R1 и R2 независимо представляет собой одновалентный линейный, разветвленный или циклический алифатический углеводородный радикал с 1-10 атомами углерода, или
(ii) R1 представляет собой двухвалентный линейный или разветвленный алифатический углеводородный радикал с 1-10 атомами углерода, R2 представляет собой ковалентную связь, и R1 связан посредством этой ковалентной связи с атомом азота в формуле (I),
в которой содержание воды в композиции покрытия составляет по меньшей мере 50,0 мас.% по общему содержанию жидких разбавителей, присутствующих в композиции покрытия.
2. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что комплексное соединение железо(III)-трис(N,N-дитиокарбамат) (B) имеет растворимость в воде при 20°C менее чем 0,1 моль/л.
3. Композиция покрытия по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что комплексное соединение железо(III)-трис(N,N-дитиокарбамат) (B) присутствует в количестве 0,01-25 мас.% по содержанию нелетучих веществ в композиции покрытия, как определено в стандарте DIN EN ISO 3251 (июнь 2008 г.).
4. Композиция покрытия по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере одно комплексное соединение железо(III)-трис(N,N-дитиокарбамат) (B) выбирается из группы, состоящей из: железо(III)-трис(диметилдитиокарбамат), железо(III)-трис(диэтилдитиокарбамат) и железо(III)-трис(пирролидиндитиокарбамат).
5. Композиция покрытия по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что связующее вещество (A) содержит по меньшей мере одну эпоксидную смолу (A1) и по меньшей мере одно сшивающее средство (A2), имеющее по меньшей мере одну функциональную аминогруппу.
6. Композиция покрытия по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере одна эпоксидная смола (A1) имеет массу эпоксидного эквивалента в диапазоне 100-300, определяемую в соответствии со стандартом DIN EN ISO 3001 (ноябрь 1999 г.).
7. Способ по меньшей мере частичного нанесения покрытия металлической подложки грунтовочным слоем, содержащим по меньшей мере стадию (1):
(1) по меньшей мере частичное контактирование металлической подложки с композицией покрытия по любому из пп. 1-6.
8. Способ по меньшей мере частичного нанесения покрытия металлической подложки многослойным покрытием, содержащий по меньшей мере стадии (1) и (2), а именно:
(1) по меньшей мере частичное контактирование металлической подложки с композицией покрытия по любому из пп. 1-6 для по меньшей мере частичного нанесения грунтовочного слоя на подложку, и
(2) нанесение по меньшей мере одного дополнительного слоя, предпочтительно верхнего покрывающего слоя или прозрачного покрывающего слоя, на грунтовочный слой, нанесенный на стадии (1).
9. Способ по п. 7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что перед стадией (1) металлическая подложка предварительно обрабатывается анодированием серной и винной кислотами (TSA) в соответствии со стандартом DIN EN 4704.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 7-9, отличающийся тем, что металлическая подложка представляет собой алюминиевый сплав группы 2XXX или 7XXX.
11. Применение композиции покрытия по любому из пп. 1-7 для защиты от коррозии металлических подложек, в частности в области производства самолетов.
12. Металлическая подложка, покрытая по меньшей мере частично композицией покрытия по любому из пп. 1-7.
