Claims (18)
1. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона, имеющая общий пониженный коэффициент клинкера, содержащая:
по меньшей мере одно первичное вяжущее вещество в соотношении от 10 до 60 процентов по массе, выбранное из группы первичных материалов, обладающих способностью к самопроизвольной гидратации;
по меньшей мере одно вторичное вяжущее вещество в соотношении от 40 до 90 процентов по массе, выбранное из группы вторичных материалов, обладающих способностью к индуцируемой гидратации.
2. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанное первичное вяжущее вещество содержит частицы, модовый средний диаметр которых составляет от 1/4 до 1/25 относительно модового среднего диаметра самых мелких частиц мелкодисперсного заполнителя.
3. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанный модовый средний диаметр самых мелких частиц мелкодисперсного заполнителя определяют посредством анализа распределения частиц по размерам (PSD) фракции, состоящей из самых мелких частиц мелкодисперсного заполнителя, сырьевого материала для приготовления бетона.

Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что группа первичных материалов выбрана из по меньшей мере одного материала, включающего обычный портландцемент общего назначения, механически модифицированный обычный портландцемент, химически модифицированную летучую золу, химически модифицированный доменный шлак.
5. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанное вторичное вяжущее вещество содержит частицы, модовый средний диаметр которых составляет от 1/4 до 1/625 относительно модового среднего диаметра самых мелких частиц мелкодисперсного заполнителя.
6. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная группа вторичных материалов выбрана из по меньшей мере одного материала, придающего пуццоланическую активность.
7. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что указанный материал, придающий пуццоланическую активность, выбран из по меньшей мере одного материала, включающего природный пуццолановый материал, искусственный пуццолановый материал.
8. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что указанный искусственный пуццолановый материал содержит:
химически активированный материал, выбранный из летучей золы, доменного шлака, вулканического пепла, кварца, пуццоланового материала; и
механически модифицированный материал, выбранный из летучей золы, доменного шлака, вулканического пепла, кварца, пуццоланового материала.
9. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая агент, модифицирующий реологические свойства, модулятор рН, активатор реакции.
10. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что указанный агент, модифицирующий реологические свойства, выбран из соединения, включающего лигносульфонатные соединения, поликарбоксилатное соединение, сульфированный формальдегид нафталина, сульфированный формальдегид меламина.
11. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что указанный модулятор рН выбран по меньшей мере из одного соединения, включающего гидроксид группы щелочных металлов, гидроксид группы щелочноземельных металлов.
12. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что указанный активатор реакции выбран из соединения, включающего оксид группы щелочноземельных металлов, гидроксид группы щелочноземельных металлов, карбонат группы щелочноземельных металлов.

Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная группа первичных материалов и указанная группа вторичных материалов образуют решетчатую структуру макро-микро-нано частиц, что приводит к повышению прочностных характеристик и показателя долговечности готового бетонного материала.
14. Новая разработанная вяжущая композиция для бетона по п. 13, отличающаяся тем, что указанная группа вторичных материалов адаптирована для компактного заполнения пустого пространства, образованного решетчатой структурой указанной группы первичных материалов.
