Claims (26)
1. Способ создания заготовки, включающий
перемещение полотна армированного волокнами композиционного материала в направлении обработки, (202);
размещение армированного волокнами композиционного материала поверх полотна, (204);
перемещение полотна и жгута в направлении обработки к отрезному приспособлению, (206); и
отрезание заготовки, содержащей комбинацию жгута и полотна, (214).
2. Способ по п. 1, согласно которому размещение жгута включает управление роликом, размещенным поверх полотна, который осуществляет выдачу жгута на полотно и компактирование жгута по полотну.
3. Способ по п. 2, согласно которому ролик осуществляет выдачу жгута под углом, причем продольная ось жгута не параллельна направлению обработки полотна.
4. Способ по п. 2, также включающий регулировку по меньшей мере одного из положения или ориентации ролика относительно полотна при выдаче роликом жгута на полотно.
5. Способ по п. 4, согласно которому регулировка положения ролика включает перемещение ролика со скоростью полотна.
6. Способ по п. 4, согласно которому ролик осуществляет выдачу жгута со скоростью, соответствующей скорости полотна, и нанесение жгута относительно полотна при перемещении полотна.
7. Способ по п. 1, также включающий приложение сил, которые посредством формования штампом придают заготовке заданную форму, приводя к проскальзыванию слоев полотна и жгута и консолидации полотна и жгута с созданием заготовки.
8. Некратковременный компьютерочитаемый носитель, содержащий запрограммированные инструкции, которые при их исполнении процессором пригодны для выполнения способа создания заготовки, включающего
перемещение полотна армированного волокнами композиционного материала в направлении обработки, (202);
размещение армированного волокнами композиционного материала поверх полотна, (204);
перемещение полотна и жгута в направлении обработки к отрезному приспособлению, (206); и
отрезание заготовки, содержащей комбинацию жгута и полотна, (214).
9. Устройство для создания заготовки, содержащее
механизм (110) продвижения полотна, выполненный с возможностью перемещения полотна (120) армированного волокнами композиционного материала в направлении обработки;
по меньшей мере одну установку (140) для нанесения, выполненную с возможностью размещения армированного волокнами композиционного материала поверх полотна; и
отрезное приспособление (166), размещенное в технологической цепочке после установки для нанесения и выполненное с возможностью отрезания заготовки (700), содержащей комбинацию полотна и армированного волокнами композиционного материала, который был размещен поверх полотна.
10. Устройство по п. 9, в котором установка для нанесения выполнена с возможностью приведения в действие с регулировкой по меньшей мере одного из его положения или ориентации относительно полотна при размещении жгута (142) армированного волокнами композиционного материала.
11. Устройство по п. 9, в котором механизм продвижения полотна содержит катушку (ПО), а установка для нанесения содержит ролик (344).
12. Устройство по п. 9, также содержащее штамп (162), имеющий первый контур (610), вводимый в оправку (164), имеющую второй контур (620).
13. Устройство по п. 9, также содержащее нагреваемый ролик (346), нагревающий жгут (142) армированного волокнами композиционного материала.
14. Устройство по п. 9, также содержащее контроллер (880), управляющий скоростью полотна на основании обратной связи от датчика (882).
15. Устройство по п. 9, в котором отрезное приспособление содержит круговое лезвие (167), сразу отрезающее всю заготовку.
