Claims (17)
1. Устройство для нанесения вязкого материала (3), включающее в себя
колокол (1) с окружной посадочной кромкой (8) и
подающий трубопровод (2), причем указанный материал (3) может транспортироваться транспортирующим средством через подающий трубопровод (2) в колокол (1),
причем колокол (1) выполнен с возможностью перемещения своей посадочной кромкой (8) в направлении посадки над выступающим элементом (9), в частности, головкой заклепки, компонента (9а), чтобы покрыть элемент (9) материалом (3),
отличающийся тем, что
в области колокола (1) или подающего трубопровода (2) предусмотрен дозирующий орган (12), причем дозирующий орган (12) выполнен с возможностью воздействия на поток материала в ходе процесса нанесения.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что дозирующий орган (12) расположен на ответвлении (10) подающего трубопровода (2), в частности, незадолго до входа подающего трубопровода (2) в колокол (1).
3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что дозирующий орган (12) включает в себя подвижный дозирующий поршень (11).
4. Устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что дозирующий поршень (11) выполнен с возможностью приводного перемещения исполнительным элементом (13), в частности, в двух направлениях.
5. Устройство по п.3 или 4, отличающееся тем, что дозирующий поршень (11) в по меньшей мере одном положении заканчивается по существу гладко со стенкой подающего трубопровода (2) и/или колокола (1).
6. Устройство по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что после подъема колокола (1) от элемента (9) осуществляется отвод материала (3) посредством дозирующего органа (12).
7. Способ нанесения вязкого материала на выступающий элемент (9) компонента (9а) посредством устройства по одному из предыдущих пунктов, включающий в себя следующие этапы:
а) насаживание колокола (1) на указанный компонент (9а);
b) заполнение колокола (1) вязким материалом (3) так, что покрывается элемент (9), причем по меньшей мере частично подвод материала осуществляется посредством дозирующего органа (12);
с) подъем колокола (1) от элемента (9).
8. Способ по п.7, дополнительно включающий в себя этап:
- отвод материала (3) посредством дозирующего органа (12) в ходе этапа с), чтобы облегчить отделение струи материала.
