Claims (13)
1. Способ изготовления клеевой композиции на водной основе, включающий:
диспергирование по меньшей мере одного ненасыщенного мономера в водной среде для образования эмульгированной смеси;
введение по меньшей мере одного инициатора в эмульгированную смесь, тем самым полимеризуя по меньшей мере один ненасыщенный мономер и образуя эмульсионный полимер; и
введение по меньшей мере одного сложного эфира полиола сопряженной кислоты в эмульсионный полимер по завершении полимеризации по меньшей мере одного ненасыщенного мономера, тем самым образуя клеевую композицию.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, одна сопряженная кислота содержит алифатическую карбоновую кислоту, содержащую по меньшей мере три сопряженные углерод-углеродные двойные связи.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одна сопряженная кислота получена из тунгового масла.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один сложный эфир полиола сопряженной кислоты представляет собой сложный эфир глицерина.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один сложный эфир полиола сопряженной кислоты представляет собой тунговое масло.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один сложный эфир полиола сопряженной кислоты составляет от 0,01 до 5% мас. клеевой композиции.
7. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий введение инициаторов окисления-восстановления в эмульсионный полимер вместе со сложным эфиром полиола сопряженной кислоты.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один ненасыщенный мономер выбран из группы, состоящей из 2-этилгексилакрилата, этилакрилата, бутилакрилата, метил(мет)акрилата, акриловой кислоты и смесей двух или более из них.
9. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий введение в эмульсионный полимер по меньшей мере одной добавки, выбранной из группы, состоящей из загустителя, нейтрализующего агента, пластификатора, вещества для повышения клейкости, усилителя адгезии и комбинаций двух или более из них.
10. Чувствительный к давлению клей на водной основе, содержащий композицию, приготовленную согласно п. 1.
