A method of reconstruction of the spinal canal in case of multilevel stenosis of the cervical spine, including the isolation of the interspinous gap in the area of the stenosing process, resection of the arches of the vertebrae, mobilization of the posterior wall of the spinal canal, performing intracanal manipulations, restoring the integrity of the posterior wall of the spine, characterized in that when accessing the spinal canal the supraspinous and interspinous ligaments are resected, then between the spinous processes of the adjacent vertebrae, a layer-by-layer drilling of the base of the underlying spinous process is performed, keeping most of it together with the attached muscles and ligaments, the arches above and below the lying vertebrae are resected, after which microsurgical reconstruction of the spinal canal is performed with its increase diameter, preserving the facet joints, then mobilize the yellow ligament from the underlying bone, excise the hypertrophied part of the yellow ligament throughout the stenosing process to the dural ny sac and spinal roots, restore the posterior wall of the spinal canal, fixing the remaining parts of adjacent spinous processes between themselves with a lavsan thread through separate holes.
