Claims (24)
1. Съемная корзина, предназначенная для вмещения и удерживания по меньшей мере одной фильтрующей среды (M) для фильтрации и распределения газовой фазы и жидкой фазы, и которая может быть установлена до неподвижного слоя катализатора (19) в реакторе (17), работающем с прямоточными нисходящими потоками газа и жидкости, причем указанная съемная корзина содержит:
- по существу горизонтальное дно (1) и совокупность по существу вертикальных боковых стенок (2) и/или по меньшей мере одну эллипсоидальную боковую стенку (2), причем дно (1) и/или по меньшей мере одна боковая стенка (2) проницаемы для газа и жидкости, и
- совокупность по существу вертикальных труб (3, 4), открытых на их нижних (5) и верхних (6) концах, причем каждая труба имеет нижнюю часть (7), содержащую нижний конец (5), закрепленный на дне (1), и находящуюся между боковыми стенками (2),
причем
- первая труба (3) съемной корзины имеет верхнюю часть (8), расположенную выше боковых стенок (2), и
- верхняя часть (8) первой трубы (3) подходит для введения в нижнюю часть (7) трубы другой съемной корзины того же типа.
2. Съемная корзина по п. 1, причем высота (h1) верхней части (8) первой трубы (3) меньше или равна высоте (H2) нижней части (7) второй трубы (4) съемной корзины.
3. Съемная корзина по п. 1 или 2, причем трубы (3, 4) являются трубами с круглым сечением, и диаметр (D2) нижней части (7) второй трубы (4) съемной корзины больше диаметра (d1) верхней части (8) первой трубы (3).
4. Съемная корзина по любому из предыдущих пунктов, содержащая, кроме того, вторую трубу (4), имеющую верхнюю часть (8), находящуюся выше боковых стенок (2), причем верхняя часть (8) второй трубы (4) предназначена для введения в нижнюю часть (7) трубы другой съемной корзины.
5. Съемная корзина по п. 4, причем высота (h2) верхней части (8) второй трубы (4) меньше или равна высоте (H1) нижней части (7) первой трубы (3).
6. Съемная корзина по п. 4, причем трубы (3, 4) являются трубами с круглым сечением, и причем диаметр (D1) нижней части (7) первой трубы (3) больше диаметра (d2) верхней части (8) второй трубы (4).
7. Съемная корзина по любому из предыдущих пунктов, содержащая четыре по существу вертикальные боковые стенки (2), причем две первые противоположные боковые стенки (2) имеют ширину (L) по существу равную удвоенной ширине (l) двух других боковых стенок (2), образуя прямоугольный параллелепипед, содержащий полость, состоящую из двух прямоугольных параллелепипедов со смежными квадратными основаниями, причем каждая из первой и второй труб (3, 4) находится в центре одного из прямоугольных параллелепипедов с квадратным основанием.
8. Съемная корзина по любому из предыдущих пунктов, причем по меньшей мере один из верхних концов (6) совокупности труб (3, 4) съемной корзины содержит сетку (10).
9. Съемная корзина по любому из предыдущих пунктов, причем дно (1) и/или боковые стенки (2) содержат периферийную арматуру (11).
10. Съемная корзина по любому из предыдущих пунктов, содержащая также по меньшей мере одно элемент жесткости (13), предназначенный для придания жесткости съемной корзине.
11. Съемная корзина по любому из предыдущих пунктов, содержащая, кроме того, перфорированную защитную сетку (9), предназначенную для размещения выше верхнего слоя фильтрующей среды (M).
12. Съемная корзина по любому из предыдущих пунктов, содержащая, кроме того, соединительный элемент (14) для соединения боковой стенки (2) съемной корзины с боковой стенкой (2) соседней съемной корзины.
13. Устройство фильтрации и распределения газовой фазы и жидкой фазы, предназначенное для размещения до неподвижного слоя катализатора (19) в реакторе (17), работающем с прямоточными нисходящими потоками газа и жидкости, содержащее:
- перфорированную тарелку (16), расположенную в горизонтальной плоскости, на которой закреплены по существу вертикальные средства распределения (15), открытые на их верхних (21) и нижних концах (22), причем указанные средства распределения (15) снабжены отверстиями (23) на по меньшей мере части их высоты, и
- множество съемных корзин по любому из пп. 1-12, расположенных на средствах распределения (15).
14. Реактор (17), подходящий для работы с прямоточными нисходящими потоками газа и жидкости, содержащий в направлении течения газа и жидкости:
- неподвижный слой катализатора (19) и
- устройство фильтрации и распределения газовой фазы и жидкой фазы по п. 13, установленное до катализаторного слоя (19).
15. Способ гидроочистки и/или гидрокрекинга углеводородного сырья, содержащего по меньшей мере одну углеводородную фракцию, имеющую содержание серы по меньшей мере 0,5 вес.% от полного веса углеводородного сырья, и/или начальную температуру кипения по меньшей мере 300°C, и/или конечную температуру кипения по меньшей мере 500°C, причем сырье вводят в реактор по п. 14.
