Claims (19)
1. Полиуретан, включающий продукт взаимодействия компонентов, включающих:
(а) приблизительно 1 эквивалент, по меньшей мере, одного полиизоцианата и
(b) от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 0,4 эквивалента, по меньшей мере, одного поликарбонатполиола в расчете на приблизительно 1 эквивалент, по меньшей мере, одного полиизоцианата; и
(с) от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 0,8 эквивалента триметилолпропана, в расчете на приблизительно 1 эквивалент, по меньшей мере, одного полиизоцианата;
(d) от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 0,5 эквивалента бутандиола, пентандиола или циклогександиметанола, в расчёте на приблизительно один эквивалент, по меньшей мере, одного полиизоцианата.
2. Полиуретан по п.1, где компоненты дополнительно содержат один или несколько полиуретанполиолов, акриламидов, поливиниловых спиртов, гидроксифункциональных акрилатов, гидроксифункциональных метакрилатов, аллиловых спиртов, дигидроксиоксамидов, дигидроксиамидов, дигидроксипиперидинов, дигидроксифталатов, дигидроксиэтилгидрохинонов и их смесей.
3. Полиуретан по п.1, где компоненты дополнительно содержат от приблизительно 0,01 до приблизительно 0,5 эквивалента воды в расчете на приблизительно 1 эквивалент, по меньшей мере, одного полиизоцианата.
4. Полиуретан по п.1, где компоненты по существу не содержат простого полиэфирполиола.
5. Полиуретан по п.1, где компоненты по существу не содержат сложный полиэфирполиол, отличный от поликарбонатполиола.
6. Полиуретан по п.1, где компоненты по существу не содержат аминного отвердителя.
7. Изделие, содержащее полиуретан по п.1.
8. Изделие по п.7, где изделие выбирают из группы, состоящей из оптических изделий, оптических линз, фотохромных изделий, фотохромных линз, окон, остекления, ветровых стекол, стекол бортовых огней, подсветки, авиационных иллюминаторов, пулестойких изделий, компонентов ветряных мельниц, глазурей, наружных поверхностей жидкокристаллических дисплеев, электронно-лучевых трубок, пленок, листовых материалов, проводящих пленок, поглощающих СВЧ пленок, низкоомных пленок, панелей от дульного пламени, пуленепробиваемых панелей и обтекателей.
9. Изделие по п.7, где изделие представляет собой изогнутое изделие.
10. Изделие по п.7, где изделие представляет собой плоское изделие.
11. Изделие, включающее, по меньшей мере, один слой полиуретана п.1 и, по меньшей мере, один слой поликарбоната.
12. Ламинат, включающий
по меньшей мере, один слой полиуретана по п.1; и
по меньшей мере, один слой субстрата, выбранного из группы, состоящей из бумаги, стекла, керамики, дерева, кирпича, текстиля, металла или органического полимерного материала и их комбинаций.
13. Композиция для нанесения покрытия, включающая полиуретан по п.1.
