Claims (14)

1. Плавучая платформа для преобразователя энергии волн (WEC), содержащая полый корпус, в котором могут быть установлены устройства для преобразования энергии, отличающаяся тем, что плавучая платформа имеет обратную сторону, обращенную к используемой воде, верхнюю сторону, обращенную в противоположном направлении, и первую длинную сторону, образующую переднюю часть, и вторую длинную сторону, образующую заднюю часть, и две короткие стороны, в которой обеспечено по меньшей мере одно средство выравнивания в виде по меньшей мере одного струйного двигателя и/или по меньшей мере одного пропеллера, причем средство выравнивания выполнено с возможностью выравнивания передней части плавучей платформы с передней частью волны, т.е. перпендикулярно направлению волны, причем передняя часть плавучей платформы имеет длину по меньшей мере 30 м, а длина передней части по меньшей мере в два раза больше длины стороны, при этом высота плавучей платформы составляет по меньшей мере 1 м, причем плавучая платформа изготовлена посредством композитной многослойной конструкции, которая обеспечивает легкую и жесткую плавучую платформу, которая находится на воде больше, чем в воде так, что платформа выполнена с возможностью работы в волнах глубоководной формы на глубине моря, более чем в 1,3 раза превышающей наивысшую вероятную огромную волну в соответствующей области.
2. Плавучая платформа по п.1, в которой длина передней части составляет по меньшей мере 40 м, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 50 м.
3. Плавучая платформа по п.1, в которой длина передней части по меньшей мере в три раза превышает длину стороны, предпочтительно по меньшей мере в пять раз.
4. Плавучая платформа по пп.1, 2 или 3, в которой высота плавучей платформы составляет по меньшей мере 2 м, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 4 м.
5. Плавучая платформа по п.1, в которой дополнительное средство выравнивания представляет собой любое из или комбинацию крыла/ьев, обеспеченного/ых по меньшей мере на верхней стороне, и/или лопасти, расположенные вблизи коротких сторон.
6. Плавучая платформа по п.5, в которой крыло/крылья расположено/ы так, что они начинаются на полпути между передней и задней частью и выдвигаются назад за заднюю часть.
7. Плавучая платформа по п.5 или 6, в которой имеется по меньшей мере два крыла и предпочтительно по меньшей мере четыре крыла.
8. Плавучая платформа по п.7, в которой крылья почти параллельны и разворачиваются назад под углом между 0 и 8 градусами.
9. Плавучая платформа по п.5, в которой по меньшей мере два струйных двигателя выполнены с возможностью нагнетать воду назад и вперед, соответственно, вблизи одной короткой стороны.
10. Плавучая платформа по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой короткие стороны имеют по меньшей мере первый участок, обеспеченный под углом более 90 градусов между передним и первым участками.
11. Плавучая платформа по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой плавучая платформа прикреплена к морскому дну по меньшей мере одной анкеровкой между дном и плавучей платформой.
12. Плавучая платформа по п.11, в которой анкеровка закреплена во вращающемся крепежном средстве, обеспеченном на нижней стороне плавучей платформы.
13. Плавучая платформа по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой между морским дном и плавучей платформой обеспечено по меньшей мере одно соединение для швартовки и извлечения мощности.
14. Плавучая платформа по п.12, в которой по меньшей мере одно соединение для извлечения мощности обеспечено между морским дном и плавучей платформой, проходя через вращающиеся средства крепления в плавучую платформу.
