Claims (17)
1. Насадочная структура (20), состоящая из по меньшей мере двух смежных рядов идентичных насадочных элементов (21), причем
указанные насадочные элементы (21) представляют собой скрученные пластины, имеющие форму винтовой спирали,
ряд содержит по меньшей мере два насадочных элемента (21), соединенных в направлении их высоты, и
насадочные элементы (21) двух разных рядов располагаются по существу параллельно в направлении их высоты.
2. Насадочная структура (20) по п. 1, содержащая n рядов насадочных элементов (21), причем указанные ряды содержат m соединенных насадочных элементов, где
n составляет от 1 до 300 и
m составляет от 2 до 300.
3. Насадочная структура (20) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что ребра (22, 23) двух краев каждого из насадочных элементов по существу параллельны друг другу.
4. Насадочная структура (20) по предыдущему пункту, отличающаяся тем, что ребра (22, 23) двух краев насадочных элементов (21) одного и того же ряда по существу параллельны друг другу.
5. Насадочная структура (20) по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что насадочная структура содержит по меньшей мере два ряда, в которых ребра (22, 23) краев насадочных элементов (21) двух смежных рядов являются по существу перпендикулярными.
6. Насадочная структура (20) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что шаг (p) винтовой спирали насадочного элемента (21) составляет от 10 до 30 см.
7. Насадочная структура (20) по предыдущему пункту, отличающаяся тем, что шаг (p) всех насадочных элементов идентичен.
8. Насадочная структура (20) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что ширина (l) каждого насадочного элемента составляет от 5 до 30 см.
9. Насадочная структура (20) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что высота (h) насадочной структуры (21) составляет от 20 до 100 см.
10. Насадочная структура (20) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что высота (h) насадочной структуры по меньшей мере вдвое больше шага (p) винтовой спирали насадочных элементов (21), имеющих наиболее высокое значение шага (p).
11. Структурированная насадка (15), состоящая из по меньшей мере двух насадочных структур (20) по пп. 1-10.
12. Применение структурированной насадки (15) по одному из пп. 1-11 для приведения в контакт газа с катализатором, в частности, для операции отпарки указанного катализатора.
